วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 22 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เข้าร่วมงาน IGNITE THAILAND : จุดพลัง รวมใจ ไทยต้องเป็นหนึ่ง โดยมีนายเศรษฐา ทวีสิน นายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลัง ประกาศวิสัยทัศน์ มุ่งเป้าพัฒนาประเทศไทยให้กลายเป็นศูนย์กลางเมืองแห่งอุตสาหกรรมระดับโลก ขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจไทยสู่อนาคตที่ยั่งยืน ครอบคลุมทั้งการท่องเที่ยว การรักษาพยาบาลและสุขภาพ อาหาร การบิน การผลิตยานยนต์แห่งอนาคต เทคโนโลยี และการเงิน ณ ตึกสันติไมตรี ทำเนียบรัฐบาล
นายเศรษฐาได้นำเสนอ 8 วิสัยทัศน์ เพื่อยกระดับประเทศไทยเป็นศูนย์กลางของภูมิภาค ดังนี้
1. การท่องเที่ยว ได้แก่ การยกระดับเมืองรองให้เป็นเมืองหลัก ผลักดัน Soft Power ประเทศไทย ปลดล็อกกฏระเบียบที่เป็นอุปสรรคต่อการท่องเที่ยว และการจัดงานเทศกาลระดับโลก รวมถึงจัดทำนโยบายภาครัฐอื่นๆ ที่ดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยว เช่น นโยบายฟรีวีซ่า
2. การแพทย์และสุขภาพ ได้แก่ การผลักดันการแพทย์แผนไทย รวมถึงยกระดับระบบประกันสุขภาพของคนไทย จาก 30 บาทรักษาทุกโรค เป็น 30 บาทรักษาทุกที่ โดยใช้ AI เชื่อมฐานข้อมูลทั้ง 77 จังหวัดกับบัตรประชาชน
3. เกษตรกรรมและอาหาร ได้แก่ การขยายแหล่งชลประทาน บริหารจัดการน้ำท่วม น้ำแล้ง ดูแลการเพาะปลูก ลดผลกระทบทางอากาศจากฝุ่น PM 2.5 รวมถึงเพิ่มปริมาณการผลิตอาหาร
4. การบิน ได้แก่ การขยายโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทั้งหมด เปลี่ยนให้ไทยเป็นศูนย์ซ่อมบำรุงของภูมิภาค สร้างศักยภาพด้านการบริการและจำนวนบุคลากร สร้างระบบขนส่งสินค้าควบคุมอุณหภูมิ รวมถึงปรับปรุงอาคารโดยให้เป็นสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว
5. การขนส่ง ได้แก่ การขยายท่าเรือน้ำลึกแหลมฉบัง จัดทำโครงการ Landbridge รวมถึงปรับปรุงระบบกระบวนการทำงานให้มี One Stop Service ด้วยการแก้ไขระบบราชการ และเอกสารต่างๆ เพื่อให้เกิดความยากง่ายในการประกอบธุรกิจ (Ease of Doing Business)
6. การผลิตยานยนต์แห่งอนาคต ได้แก่ ส่งเสริมให้เกิดห่วงโซ่อุปทานแบบระบบนิเวศ (Ecosystem) ของอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ไฟฟ้าในประเทศ รวมถึงสนับสนุนค่ายรถยนต์ญี่ปุ่น ให้สามารถเปลี่ยนผ่านไปสู่อุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์แห่งอนาคต
7. เศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล ได้แก่ ดึงดูดการลงทุนในธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Data Center, AI, Semiconductor รวมถึงแก้ไขกฏ กติกา และสนับสนุนการวิจัยและพัฒนา เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการแข่งขันของสตาร์ทอัพ (Startup)
8. การเงิน ได้แก่ ยกระดับตลาดหลักทรัพย์ประเทศไทย เพื่อดึงดูดเม็ดเงินจาก Sovereign Wealth Fund ของตะวันออกกลาง รวมถึงใช้ระบบ Blockchain เป็นโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางการเงิน และแปลงสินทรัพย์เป็น Digital Asset รวมถึงจัดตั้งศูนย์ซื้อ-ขาย Carbon Credit ของภูมิภาคในประเทศไทย เพื่อก้าวสู่ยุคการเงินสมัยใหม่
On Thursday, February 22, 2024, Mr. Kriangkrai Thiennukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), attended the IGNITE THAILAND event: Uniting to Make Thailand Number One, where Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Mr. Settha Thavisin announced the vision aimed at developing Thailand into a global industrial hub, driving the Thai economy towards a sustainable future. This includes sectors such as tourism, healthcare, food, aviation, the future automotive industry, technology, and finance, held at the Santimaitree Building, Government House.
Mr. Settha presented 8 visions to elevate Thailand as a regional hub, as follows:
1. Tourism, which includes upgrading secondary cities to become primary destinations, promoting Thailand’s Soft Power, removing regulations that hinder tourism, and hosting global festivals. Additionally, implementing other government policies to attract tourists, such as a free visa policy.
2. Medicine and health, which includes promoting traditional Thai medicine and upgrading the public health insurance system from the 30 Baht scheme to provide coverage anywhere, utilizing AI to connect data across all 77 provinces with national ID cards.
3. Agriculture and food, which includes expanding irrigation sources, managing flood and drought conditions, overseeing crop cultivation, reducing air pollution from PM 2.5 dust, and increasing food production.
4. Aviation, which includes expanding all infrastructure to turn Thailand into a regional maintenance hub, enhancing service capabilities and personnel numbers, establishing temperature-controlled logistics systems, and improving facilities to function as tourist attractions.
5. Transportation, which includes expanding the Laem Chabang deep-sea port, implementing the Landbridge project, and improving work processes to provide One Stop Service through bureaucratic and document reforms to facilitate ease of doing business.
6. The future automotive industry, which involves promoting an ecosystem supply chain for the domestic electric vehicle industry and supporting Japanese car manufacturers in transitioning to future automotive technologies.
7. The digital economy, which aims to attract investments related to Data Centers, AI, and Semiconductors, as well as reforming regulations to support research and development, enhancing the competitiveness of startups.
8. Finance, which includes elevating the Stock Exchange of Thailand to attract capital from Middle Eastern Sovereign Wealth Funds, using Blockchain as financial infrastructure, converting assets to Digital Assets, and establishing a regional Carbon Credit trading center in Thailand to advance into the new financial era.
