เมื่อวันที่ 11 มิถุนายน 2569 นางกนิษฐ์ เมืองกระจ่าง รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสายงานมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรมและศักยภาพในการแข่งขัน พร้อมด้วยนายกิตติ สุขุตมตันติ รองประธานสายงานฯ และประธานคณะกรรมการมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม และนายบัณฑูรย์ จุ้ยเจริญ รองประธานคณะกรรมการสายงานฯ และประธานคณะกรรมการมาตรการทางการค้า เข้าพบนายเอกนิติ รมยานนท์ เลขาธิการสำนักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (สมอ.) เพื่อหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือในการยกระดับมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม และเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย ณ ห้อง 230 สำนักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (สมอ.)
ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือด้านมาตรฐานอย่างเป็นระบบและยั่งยืน ผ่านการจัดทำแผนการดำเนินงานระยะยาวและการบูรณาการการทำงานร่วมกัน โดยมุ่งผลักดันการพัฒนามาตรฐานในอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมายของประเทศ ส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคเอกชนในการจัดทำมาตรฐาน และสนับสนุนการยกระดับบทบาทของประเทศไทยในเวทีมาตรฐานสากล เพื่อเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของผู้ประกอบการไทยในระยะยาว
นอกจากนี้ ได้หารือแนวทางการบูรณาการข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนระบบ Trade Early Warning System และการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลผ่าน National Single Window (NSW) รวมถึงการพัฒนากลไกเฝ้าระวังสินค้าที่ไม่ได้มาตรฐานในท้องตลาด โดย สมอ. เห็นถึงศักยภาพของเครือข่ายสมาชิก ส.อ.ท. ในการเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการเฝ้าระวัง แจ้งข้อมูลเบาะแส และสะท้อนข้อมูลจากภาคอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการกำกับดูแลและคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค
ที่ประชุมยังได้หารือถึงการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านการตรวจสอบ ทดสอบ และรับรองมาตรฐาน ตลอดจนการเชื่อมโยงศักยภาพของห้องปฏิบัติการภาคอุตสาหกรรมและสถาบันการศึกษา รวมถึงแนวทางความร่วมมือในการเฝ้าระวังสินค้านำเข้าที่มีความเสี่ยงไม่ได้มาตรฐาน และการประสานงานกับแพลตฟอร์มการค้าออนไลน์ เพื่อยกระดับระบบมาตรฐานของประเทศให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น อันจะช่วยสร้างความเชื่อมั่นแก่ผู้บริโภค และเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้ภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทยอย่างยั่งยืน
On June 11, 2026, Mrs. Kanit Mueangkrajang, Vice President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and Chairperson of the Industrial Standards and Competitiveness Enhancement Committee, along with Mr. Kitti Sukutmattanti, Vice President of the Committee and Chairperson of the Industrial Product Standards Committee, and Mr. Bandoon Chui Jarern, Vice President of the Committee and Chairperson of the Trade Measures Committee, met with Mr. Ekniti Romyanon, Secretary-General of the Office of Industrial Product Standards (TISI), to discuss collaborative approaches to enhancing industrial product standards and increasing the competitiveness of the Thai industrial sector at Room 230, Office of Industrial Product Standards (TISI).
The two parties exchanged systematic and sustainable collaboration strategies regarding standards through the establishment of a long-term action plan and integrated working methods. They aim to drive the development of standards in the country’s target industries, promote private sector participation in standard formulation, and support the enhancement of Thailand’s role in international standards forums, thereby strengthening the competitiveness of Thai entrepreneurs in the long run.
Additionally, they discussed the integration of data to support the Trade Early Warning System and data linking through the National Single Window (NSW), as well as the development of mechanisms to monitor non-compliant products in the market. TISI recognized the potential of FTI's member network to be a crucial part in monitoring, reporting data signals, and reflecting information from the industrial sector to enhance the efficiency of regulation and consumer protection.
The meeting also addressed the development of infrastructure for inspection, testing, and standard certification, as well as linking the capabilities of industrial laboratories and educational institutions. They discussed collaboration strategies in monitoring imported products at risk of non-compliance with standards, and coordination with online trade platforms to further enhance the national standard system's efficiency, which will help build consumer confidence and strengthen the Thai industrial sector sustainably.
