ส.อ.ท. ชี้ Supply Chain ยุคใหม่ไม่ได้แข่งกันที่การขนส่งเพียงอย่างเดียว แต่แข่งกันที่ “ข้อมูล” ตั้งแต่ต้นน้ำถึงปลายน้ำ เร่งเชื่อม Data–Logistics–Infrastructure ยกระดับ Health Supply Chain ไทย ลดความเสี่ยง เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ และรองรับกฎระเบียบที่ซับซ้อนขึ้น
เมื่อวันที่ 1 กันยายน 2569 นายธนรัชต์ พยาน้อย นางสาววิภาพร วิระชะนัง และนางสุนันทา ชาญสมาธิ อนุกรรมการโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน โลจิสติกส์และซัพพลายเชน สายงานอาเซียนและโลจิสติกส์ ผู้แทนสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เข้าร่วมงาน Executive Supply Chain Luncheon: “Connected Data, Connected Care: Unifying Asia’s Supply Networks” ณ ห้อง Gallery 1 ชั้น 4 โรงแรมเดอะ ริทซ์-คาร์ลตัน กรุงเทพฯ
งานดังกล่าวจัดโดย LogiSYM (Logistics and Supply Chain Symposium) ร่วมกับ InterSystems Asia Pacific เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองเกี่ยวกับการยกระดับเครือข่าย Supply Chain ในเอเชีย โดยเฉพาะภาคสุขภาพและเวชภัณฑ์ ซึ่งมีความซับซ้อนและต้องการความแม่นยำสูง ทั้งด้านคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย การควบคุมอุณหภูมิ และการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด

หนึ่งในประเด็นสำคัญของเวที คือ การนำ Unified Data Architecture มาใช้เชื่อมโยงข้อมูลจากหลายส่วนให้สามารถทำงานร่วมกันได้ตลอด Supply Chain จากเดิมที่ข้อมูลอาจแยกอยู่ตามหน่วยงานหรือระบบต่าง ๆ การเชื่อมข้อมูลอย่างเป็นระบบจะช่วยลดจุดบอดในการดำเนินงาน เพิ่มความโปร่งใส และทำให้ผู้ประกอบการสามารถใช้ข้อมูลประกอบการตัดสินใจได้รวดเร็วและแม่นยำยิ่งขึ้น
สำหรับ Health Supply Chain ประเด็นดังกล่าวมีความสำคัญเป็นพิเศษ โดยเฉพาะการบริหารจัดการ Cold Chain และการติดตามอุณหภูมิ ซึ่งเกี่ยวข้องโดยตรงกับคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยของผลิตภัณฑ์ การมีข้อมูลที่ต่อเนื่องและตรวจสอบได้จึงช่วยลดความเสี่ยงตลอดเส้นทาง ตั้งแต่การจัดเก็บ การขนส่ง ไปจนถึงปลายทาง

นอกจากนี้ ที่ประชุมยังแลกเปลี่ยนถึงความจำเป็นในการเตรียมโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านโลจิสติกส์ให้พร้อมรับความเปลี่ยนแปลง ทั้งความผันผวนของห่วงโซ่อุปทาน ความต้องการของตลาด และกฎระเบียบที่มีความซับซ้อนมากขึ้น โดยเฉพาะธุรกิจที่ต้องสร้างสมดุลระหว่างความปลอดภัยของผู้บริโภค คุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ การปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด และต้นทุนการดำเนินงาน
ส.อ.ท. เห็นว่า การยกระดับ Supply Chain จึงต้องมองมากกว่าการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพด้านการขนส่ง แต่ต้องพัฒนา Data + Technology + Infrastructure ให้ทำงานเชื่อมโยงกัน เพื่อสร้าง Supply Chain ที่สามารถมองเห็นข้อมูลได้ตลอดทั้งระบบ ตัดสินใจได้เร็ว และปรับตัวได้เมื่อเกิดความเสี่ยงหรือเหตุการณ์ไม่คาดคิด
การเข้าร่วมเวทีครั้งนี้ ส.อ.ท. พร้อมมุ่งมั่นในการเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ เทคโนโลยี และเครือข่ายธุรกิจระดับภูมิภาค เพื่อนำแนวคิดและแนวปฏิบัติด้าน Supply Chain มาต่อยอดสู่ภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย รวมทั้งผลักดันให้ผู้ประกอบการไทยมีโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและระบบข้อมูลที่พร้อมเชื่อมต่อกับ Supply Chain ของภูมิภาคเอเชีย และแข่งขันได้ในโลกธุรกิจที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว
FTI indicates that the new era of supply chains is not only competing in transportation but also in 'data' from upstream to downstream, accelerating the integration of Data–Logistics–Infrastructure to enhance Thailand's health supply chain, reduce risks, increase efficiency, and accommodate increasingly complex regulations.
On September 1, 2026, Mr. Thanaratch Phayanoi, Ms. Vipaporn Wirachanan, and Ms. Sunanta Chansamathi, subcommittee members of the Infrastructure, Logistics and Supply Chain in the ASEAN and Logistics Division, representing the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), attended the Executive Supply Chain Luncheon: 'Connected Data, Connected Care: Unifying Asia’s Supply Networks' at Gallery 1, 4th floor, The Ritz-Carlton Bangkok.
The event was organized by LogiSYM (Logistics and Supply Chain Symposium) in collaboration with InterSystems Asia Pacific to exchange views on enhancing supply chain networks in Asia, particularly in the health and pharmaceutical sectors, which are complex and require high precision in terms of quality, safety, temperature control, and compliance with regulations.

One key topic of the forum was the adoption of Unified Data Architecture to link data from various components to work together throughout the supply chain, moving away from a scenario where data might be siloed within different agencies or systems. Systematic data integration will help reduce operational blind spots, increase transparency, and enable operators to make decisions more quickly and accurately using data.
For the health supply chain, this aspect is particularly important, especially in managing the cold chain and temperature monitoring, which directly affects the quality and safety of products. Having continuous and verifiable data helps reduce risks along the entire journey from storage, transportation, to the final destination.

Moreover, the meeting also exchanged views on the necessity of preparing logistics infrastructure to adapt to changes, including fluctuations in supply chains, market demands, and increasingly complex regulations, particularly for businesses that must balance consumer safety, product quality, compliance, and operational costs.
FTI believes that enhancing the supply chain must go beyond improving transportation efficiency; it should develop Data + Technology + Infrastructure to work in concert to create a supply chain that has visibility across the entire system, enables rapid decision-making, and adapts to risks or unforeseen events.
