ส.อ.ท. รับฟังเสียง 4 จังหวัดภาคกลางปริมณฑล พบ 4 โจทย์เร่งด่วน “พื้นที่–คน–เงิน–กลไก” เพื่อเชื่อมข้อเสนอจากพื้นที่สู่การขับเคลื่อนและแก้ไขอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 15 กันยายน 2569 สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) จัดกิจกรรม Roadshow “เชื่อมใจสภาจังหวัดสัญจร” ครั้งที่ 2 ลงพื้นที่รับฟังเสียงจากกลุ่มจังหวัดภาคกลางปริมณฑล เพื่อเชื่อมการทำงานระหว่าง ส.อ.ท. ส่วนกลางกับสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด พร้อมรับฟังปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอจากพื้นที่ เพื่อนำไปสู่แนวทางสนับสนุนที่ตอบโจทย์แต่ละจังหวัด และเสริมศักยภาพสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดให้เป็นกลไกสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจพื้นที่ ณ โรงแรมศรีวารี พาวิลเลียน จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้นำโดย นายไพรัตน์ เอื้อชูยศ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และประธานสายงานส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร ส.อ.ท. ประกอบด้วย นางเบญจมาศ สมบูรณ์ นายศาณิต เกษสุวรรณ และนายณรงค์ฤทธิ์ พานิชชีวะ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. นายณฐกร โซ่จินดามณี รองเลขาธิการ ส.อ.ท. นางสาวปภาวี สุธาวิวัฒน์ ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมภาคกลาง และ นายเจริญชัย เฉลียวเกรียงไกร เลขาธิการสภาอุตสาหกรรมภาคกลาง
การลงพื้นที่ครอบคลุม 4 จังหวัด ได้แก่ สมุทรปราการ ปทุมธานี นครปฐม และนนทบุรี ซึ่งแต่ละจังหวัดมีโจทย์และศักยภาพแตกต่างกัน โดยสมุทรปราการมุ่งยกระดับฐานอุตสาหกรรมสู่ Clean, Smart & Net Zero ควบคู่กับการสร้างความเข้มแข็งของเครือข่ายสมาชิก
ปทุมธานีให้ความสำคัญกับการสร้างความมั่นคงและการพึ่งพาตนเองของสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด
นครปฐมเสนอการปลดล็อกข้อจำกัดด้านผังเมืองและโครงสร้างพื้นฐานเพื่อรองรับเศรษฐกิจและอุตสาหกรรมใหม่
ขณะที่นนทบุรีสะท้อนความจำเป็นในการปรับผังเมืองให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพพื้นที่และทิศทางการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจ
จากเสียงสะท้อนของทั้ง 4 จังหวัด พบโจทย์ร่วมที่ต้องเร่งขับเคลื่อนใน 4 มิติสำคัญ ได้แก่ “พื้นที่ – คน – เงิน – กลไก” ประกอบด้วย การปลดล็อกข้อจำกัดด้านผังเมืองและการใช้ประโยชน์พื้นที่ให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทเศรษฐกิจ การสร้างคนรุ่นใหม่และเพิ่มการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิก การเพิ่มรายได้และทรัพยากรเพื่อสร้างความมั่นคงในการดำเนินงานของสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด และการพัฒนากลไกเชื่อมโยง ส่วนกลาง–จังหวัด–ภาครัฐ ให้สามารถผลักดันประเด็นสำคัญและติดตามผลได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
Roadshow “เชื่อมใจสภาจังหวัดสัญจร” จึงไม่ใช่เพียงเวทีรับฟังความคิดเห็น แต่เป็นกลไกในการ “เชื่อมโจทย์พื้นที่สู่การขับเคลื่อนระดับส่วนกลาง” เพื่อให้ข้อเสนอจากจังหวัดนำไปสู่การแก้ไขปัญหาและการสนับสนุนที่เป็นรูปธรรม พร้อมเสริมความเข้มแข็งให้สภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดสามารถเป็นตัวแทนภาคอุตสาหกรรมและเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจของพื้นที่ได้อย่างยั่งยืน
FTI listens to the voices of 4 provinces in the central region, identifying 4 urgent issues: "Area – People – Money – Mechanism" to connect proposals from the ground to tangible actions and solutions.
On Tuesday, September 15, 2026, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) organized the 2nd Roadshow "Connecting Hearts of the Provincial Council" to gather input from groups in the central provinces. This initiative aims to bridge the operations between FTI central and the provincial industrial councils while addressing problems, obstacles, and proposals from the ground to guide support tailored to each province and enhance the capabilities of the provincial industrial councils as a key mechanism for driving local economic development, held at Sriwari Pavilion Hotel in Samut Prakan Province.
This event was led by Mr. Phairat U-chuayod, Vice Chairman of FTI and Chairman of the Promotion and Support Division of Provincial Industrial Councils, along with senior executives from FTI, including Ms. Benjamart Somboon, Mr. Sanit Kasuwat, and Mr. Narongrit Panichchiwa, FTI Vice Chairmen; Mr. Nattakorn Sojindamanee, FTI Deputy Secretary-General; Ms. Pawawit Sutthawiwat, Chairwoman of the Central Industrial Council; and Mr. Jareonchai Chaleokriangkrai, Secretary-General of the Central Industrial Council.
The field visit covered 4 provinces: Samut Prakan, Pathum Thani, Nakhon Pathom, and Nonthaburi, each presenting different challenges and potentials. Samut Prakan aims to elevate its industrial base toward Clean, Smart & Net Zero along with strengthening the member network.
Pathum Thani emphasizes the importance of fostering stability and self-reliance within the provincial industrial council.
Nakhon Pathom proposes to unlock restrictions related to urban planning and infrastructure to accommodate new economies and industries.
Meanwhile, Nonthaburi reflects the necessity to adapt urban planning to fit the local conditions and economic growth directions.
From the feedback gathered from the 4 provinces, there were common critical issues that need urgent addressing in 4 important dimensions: "Area – People – Money – Mechanism". This includes unlocking urban planning limitations and spatial utilization to align with economic contexts, developing a new generation of workforce and increasing member engagement, enhancing revenue and resources to ensure the stability of provincial industrial councils' operations, and developing a mechanism to link central–provincial–public sectors to continuously drive important issues and track outcomes.
Thus, the Roadshow "Connecting Hearts of the Provincial Council" serves not just as a forum for collecting opinions but as a mechanism to "connect local challenges to central-level initiatives" to ensure that proposals from the provinces lead to concrete problem-solving and support, while strengthening the provincial industrial councils to effectively represent the industrial sector and be a vital force in the sustainable economic advancement of their respective areas.
