เมื่อวันที่ 29 พฤษภาคม 2569 นายเจน นำชัยศิริ ประธานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอและกรรมการ สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) นางสุภาวดี โชคสกุลนิมิตร ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมภาคใต้ และผู้แทนจากกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม ส.อ.ท. เข้าร่วมการประชุมรับฟังความคิดเห็นต่อร่างกรอบแผนพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ 14 สำหรับกลุ่มภาคเอกชน เพื่อร่วมกันระดมสมองและสร้างแนวร่วมในการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาประเทศในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2571 – 2575 ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของภาคอุตสาหกรรม ณ โรงแรมอมารี กรุงเทพฯ
ในการประชุมรับฟังความเห็นฯ สภาพัฒน์ ได้นำเสนอร่างกรอบแผนพัฒนาฯ ฉบับที่ 14 มุ่งเน้นเป้าหมายหลัก คือ “การเพิ่มผลิตภาพและความสามารถในการแข่งขัน” ภายใต้ธีมการพัฒนา “ซ่อมและเสริมรากฐาน สร้างอนาคต” โดยขับเคลื่อนผ่าน 5 เสาหลัก ได้แก่ 1) Transform เศรษฐกิจ เพื่อปรับโครงสร้างสู่เศรษฐกิจฐานนวัตกรรม 2) Upgrade ทุนมนุษย์ สำหรับโลกยุคใหม่ 3) Transfer เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม เพื่อก้าวข้ามข้อจำกัดเดิม 4) Reform ภาครัฐ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้สนับสนุน (Enabler : ผู้เอื้อให้เกิดการขับเคลื่อน) และ 5) Sustain ทรัพยากรและสิ่งแวดล้อม เพื่อมุ่งสู่สังคมคาร์บอนต่ำ โดยแผนฉบับนี้จะให้ความสำคัญกับการกำหนดทิศทางที่ชัดเจน และสามารถขับเคลื่อนได้จริงในเชิงปฏิบัติ เพื่อสร้างโอกาสใหม่และยกระดับความเชื่อมั่นต่ออนาคตของประเทศ
ทั้งนี้ สภาพัฒน์จะนำข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้รับฟังจากทั้งภาคเอกชนและภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง มาประกอบการจัดทำร่างแผนฯ ให้มีความสมบูรณ์มากยิ่งขึ้น และคาดว่าจะดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จภายในเดือนกันยายน 2569 เพื่อให้สามารถเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการยุทธศาสตร์ชาติและคณะรัฐมนตรีพิจารณาเห็นชอบต่อไป
On May 29, 2026, Mr. Jane Namchaiseer, Chairman of the Textile Industry Group and Board Member of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), Ms. Supavadee Choksakunimit, Chairwoman of the Southern Industrial Council, and representatives from the FTI Industrial Group attended a meeting to gather opinions on the draft framework of the 14th National Economic and Social Development Plan for the private sector. The objective was to brainstorm and create a coalition for the development plan for the years 2028 - 2032 that aligns with the needs of the industrial sector held at Amari Hotel, Bangkok.
During the meeting, the National Development Board presented the draft framework of the 14th Development Plan, focusing on the main goal: “Increasing productivity and competitiveness” under the development theme “Repair and Strengthen the Foundations, Build the Future.” It will be driven by five key pillars: 1) Transforming the economy to transition towards an innovation-based economy; 2) Upgrading human capital for the new era; 3) Transferring technology and innovation to overcome previous limitations; 4) Reforming the public sector to enhance efficiency and act as an enabler; and 5) Sustaining resources and the environment to aim for a low-carbon society. This plan emphasizes the importance of having a clear direction that can be genuinely implemented in practice to create new opportunities and elevate confidence in the future of the country.
The National Development Board will incorporate feedback and suggestions received from both the private sector and relevant stakeholders to refine the draft plan further, aiming for completion by September 2026. This will enable submission for consideration and approval by the National Strategic Committee and the Cabinet.
