เมื่อวันที่ 20 พฤษภาคม 2569 FTI Academy สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เดินหน้าเสริมสร้างทักษะและศักยภาพบุคลากร จัดกิจกรรม “FTI Skills Lab: Coaching & Focus Group” ภายใต้หัวข้อ “บริหารเวลา – เปลี่ยนงานยุ่งเป็นงานที่มีคุณภาพ” เพื่อส่งเสริมแนวคิดการทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และยกระดับคุณภาพงานผ่านการบริหารเวลาอย่างเหมาะสม ณ ห้อง GS1 Training Room ชั้น 11 ส.อ.ท.
ภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจากนายมาโนช เลิศสาครศิริ พี่เลี้ยงนักบริหาร (Management Mentor และ Performance Coach) และนายพงศา แสนใจงาม ผู้แทนสายงาน FTI Academy ร่วมถ่ายทอดแนวคิดและเทคนิคการปลดล็อกศักยภาพการทำงาน พร้อมเปิดเวที Coaching & Focus Group เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ มุมมอง และแนวทางการพัฒนาการทำงานร่วมกันอย่างสร้างสรรค์
กิจกรรมดังกล่าว มุ่งจุดประกายให้คนทำงานตระหนักว่า “ความยุ่ง” ไม่ได้เป็นเครื่องหมายของความสำเร็จเสมอไป แต่การจัดลำดับความสำคัญ การมุ่งเน้นงานที่สำคัญ และการบริหารเวลาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ คือ หัวใจสำคัญของการสร้างผลงานที่มีคุณภาพและยั่งยืน
นอกจากนี้ ผู้เข้าร่วมยังได้เรียนรู้แนวทางการจัดการเวลา เทคนิคการเพิ่ม Productivity และการลดความสูญเปล่าจากการทำงานที่ไม่จำเป็น เพื่อช่วยยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานทั้งในระดับบุคคลและองค์กร
สำหรับผู้ที่สนใจพัฒนาทักษะเพิ่มเติม FTI Academy ยังเปิดพื้นที่การเรียนรู้ผ่านแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ ซึ่งรวบรวมหลักสูตรที่ตอบโจทย์โลกการทำงานยุคใหม่ไว้อย่างหลากหลาย สามารถเรียนได้ฟรี ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย พร้อมรับประกาศนียบัตร (Certificate) ตามเงื่อนไขของหลักสูตร เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรอย่างต่อเนื่อง
On May 20, 2026, FTI Academy of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) continued to enhance the skills and potential of personnel by organizing the "FTI Skills Lab: Coaching & Focus Group" event under the theme "Time Management – Turning Busy Work into Quality Work" to promote effective working concepts and elevate work quality through appropriate time management in the GS1 Training Room, 11th floor of FTI.
The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Manot Lertsakornsirirak, a Management Mentor and Performance Coach, and Mr. Pongsak Saenjaingam, a representative from FTI Academy, who shared ideas and techniques for unlocking work potential, along with facilitating a Coaching & Focus Group to allow participants to exchange experiences, perspectives, and collaborative development approaches creatively.
This activity aimed to inspire workers to realize that "busyness" does not always signify success. However, prioritizing tasks, focusing on what is important, and managing time effectively are crucial for creating quality and sustainable output.
Moreover, participants learned about time management strategies, productivity enhancement techniques, and ways to reduce waste from unnecessary work to help elevate efficiency at both individual and organizational levels.
For those interested in further skill development, FTI Academy also offers a learning space through an online platform, which collects a variety of courses that meet the demands of the modern work environment. Courses are available free of charge, along with a certificate provided based on course conditions to support the continuous development of personnel potential.
