เมื่อวันที่ 20 พฤษภาคม 2569 สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เดินหน้าสร้างความร่วมมือเชิงรุกกับ มูลนิธิคีนันแห่งเอเซีย (Kenan Foundation Asia) เพื่อยกระดับขีดความสามารถกำลังคนไทย และพัฒนาทักษะแห่งอนาคตที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของภาคอุตสาหกรรม ในการนี้ นายยุทธนา ศิลป์สรรค์วิชช์ พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร ส.อ.ท. ได้หารือร่วมกับคณะผู้บริหารมูลนิธิคีนันแห่งเอเซีย เพื่อกำหนดกรอบแนวทางความร่วมมือด้านการพัฒนาและยกระดับทักษะแรงงานไทย (Upskill & Reskill) ให้ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการที่แท้จริงของภาคอุตสาหกรรม (Industry-driven Skills) ณ ส.อ.ท.
ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้ มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาทักษะสำคัญในอนาคต ได้แก่ เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ทักษะด้านดิจิทัล (Digital Skills) และยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า (EV) รวมถึงการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลาง ขนาดย่อม และรายย่อย (MSME)
นอกจากนี้ ทั้งสองหน่วยงานเตรียมบูรณาการองค์ความรู้และเทคโนโลยี ผ่านการส่งเสริมระบบการเรียนรู้ออนไลน์ (E-learning) ควบคู่กับการจัดกิจกรรมฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Workshop) ในพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรมสำคัญทั่วประเทศ เพื่อกระจายโอกาสการเข้าถึงองค์ความรู้และการพัฒนาทักษะอย่างทั่วถึง
ความร่วมมือระหว่าง FTI Academy และมูลนิธิคีนันแห่งเอเซียในครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญของการเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายภาคอุตสาหกรรมและองค์กรพัฒนาเอกชน เพื่อร่วมขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาศักยภาพทรัพยากรมนุษย์อย่างยั่งยืน และเตรียมความพร้อมบุคลากรไทยให้สามารถแข่งขันได้ในเศรษฐกิจยุคใหม่อย่างมั่นคง
On May 20, 2026, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) has proactively established a collaborative partnership with the Kenan Foundation Asia to enhance the capabilities of the Thai workforce and develop future skills that align with the demands of the industrial sector. In this regard, Mr. Yutthana Silpasarnvich has met with the executive team of FTI and discussed with the executive team of the Kenan Foundation Asia to outline a framework for collaboration in the development and enhancement of Thai workforce skills (Upskill & Reskill) that responds to the real needs of the industrial sector (Industry-driven Skills) at FTI.
This collaboration focuses on developing critical future skills, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Digital Skills, and Electric Vehicles (EV), as well as enhancing the potential of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
In addition, both organizations are preparing to integrate knowledge and technology through the promotion of online learning systems (E-learning) alongside organizing hands-on training workshops in key industrial areas across the country to widely distribute access to knowledge and skills development.
This collaboration between FTI Academy and the Kenan Foundation Asia marks another significant step in connecting the industrial network and non-governmental organizations to jointly drive the sustainable development of human resource capabilities and prepare Thai personnel to effectively compete in the new economy.
