เมื่อวันที่ 19 พฤษภาคม 2569 สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) โดยสถาบันวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต (SMI) ร่วมกับ บริษัท อินฟอร์มา มาร์เก็ตส์ ประเทศไทย จัดงานสัมมนา “FHT BUSINESS GATEWAY : ประตูสู่ตลาดด้านอาหาร เครื่องดื่ม และธุรกิจบริการ” โดยมี นายวีรชัย มั่นสินธร รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และประธานสถาบันวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต (SMI) เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด ณ ลาน ThaiBev ชั้น 10 ส.อ.ท.
การจัดงานครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมศักยภาพและเตรียมความพร้อมให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร เครื่องดื่ม และซัพพลายเชนธุรกิจบริการ เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสทางการค้าและขยายตลาดสู่กลุ่มลูกค้าองค์กรและธุรกิจบริการขนาดใหญ่
ภายในงาน มีไฮไลต์สำคัญเป็นการเสวนาในหัวข้อ “เจาะรหัสฝ่ายจัดซื้อ: กลยุทธ์ชนะใจโรงแรม ร้านอาหาร และค้าปลีก” โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญระดับแนวหน้าจากภาคธุรกิจ ได้แก่ นางสาวสุดคนึง วงษ์สกุล จาก Dusit International นายพลพิพัฒ อัศวนิก จาก Minor International และนางสาวสายชล อชานนท์ จาก Gourmet Thai & Fresh Sourcing ดำเนินรายการโดย นายทรงพล เกียรติเลิศพงศา จากเคพีเอ็มจี ประเทศไทย ซึ่งร่วมถ่ายทอดมุมมองและเกณฑ์การคัดเลือกคู่ค้าเชิงลึก เพื่อให้ผู้ประกอบการสามารถนำไปปรับใช้ในการวางกลยุทธ์ทางธุรกิจได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
นอกจากนี้ ภายในงานยังมีการแบ่งปันประสบการณ์จริงในช่วง Success Case โดย นางสาวปองบุญ เด่นไพศาล ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายการตลาด บริษัท แอนนาโพลิส จำกัด พร้อมทั้งแนะนำงานแสดงสินค้า Food & Hospitality Thailand (FHT) และแนวทางการขอรับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณค่าใช้จ่ายในการออกบูธ ภายใต้โครงการ “SME ปัง ตังได้คืน” ของสำนักงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (สสว.) เพื่อช่วยลดต้นทุนและเพิ่มโอกาสในการขยายตลาดให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งกลไกสำคัญในการยกระดับขีดความสามารถการแข่งขันของ SMEs ไทย ในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมอาหารและบริการ ให้สามารถเติบโตได้อย่างเข้มแข็ง พร้อมก้าวสู่เวทีการค้าระดับสากลอย่างยั่งยืน
On May 19, 2026, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), through the Small and Medium Enterprises Institute (SMI), in collaboration with Informa Markets Thailand, organized the seminar "FHT BUSINESS GATEWAY: A Gateway to the Food, Beverage, and Service Business Market," presided over by Mr. Veerachai Munsinthorn, Vice President of FTI and President of the Small and Medium Enterprises Institute (SMI), at the ThaiBev area on the 10th floor of FTI.
The purpose of this event was to enhance capabilities and prepare entrepreneurs in the food, beverage, and service business supply chain to increase trade opportunities and expand markets towards corporate clients and large service businesses.
A key highlight of the event was a panel discussion titled "Unlocking the Purchasing Department: Strategies to Win over Hotels, Restaurants, and Retailers," featuring leading experts from the industry, including Ms. Sudkhanung Wongsakul from Dusit International, Mr. Polpipat Asavanik from Minor International, and Ms. Saichon Achanon from Gourmet Thai & Fresh Sourcing, moderated by Mr. Songpol Kiartlerdpongsa from KPMG Thailand. They shared their insights and criteria for selecting partners in depth, enabling entrepreneurs to effectively apply these insights in their business strategies.
Additionally, there were real experience sharing sessions during the Success Case segment by Ms. Pongboon Denpaisarn, Marketing Director of Annapolis Co., Ltd., who introduced the Food & Hospitality Thailand (FHT) exhibition and the approach to obtaining financial support for booth expenses under the "SME Success, Money Back" program of the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (OSMEP) to help reduce costs and enhance market expansion opportunities for entrepreneurs.
This collaboration is considered another key mechanism for enhancing the competitive capabilities of Thai SMEs in the food and service industries, allowing them to grow robustly and sustainably enter the international trade stage.
