เมื่อวันที่ 14 พฤษภาคม 2569 นายวีรชัย มั่นสินธร รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสถาบันเศรษฐกิจและการลงทุนไทย–จีน ส.อ.ท. พร้อมด้วย นายทองดี ปาโส ประธานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม นายอภิรมย์ เลี้ยงชีพเสริมสุข รองประธานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องจักรและระบบอัตโนมัติ นายอัครพล สุขตา รองประธานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมดิจิทัล นายชัพมนต์ จันทรพงศ์พันธุ์ เลขาธิการกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมพลังงานหมุนเวียน และนางสาวยศรา ลิมป์ไพฑูรย์ กรรมการกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ ให้การต้อนรับนายหลิว ซูอี้ (Liu Shuyi) รองเลขาธิการ China–ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (CABIS) Secretariat และรองประธาน China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Guangxi Committee พร้อมคณะผู้บริหารและผู้ประกอบการจากมณฑลกว่างซี สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ณ ส.อ.ท.
ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือแนวทางส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านเศรษฐกิจ การค้า การลงทุน และความร่วมมือทางอุตสาหกรรมระหว่างไทย จีน และอาเซียน พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองเกี่ยวกับแนวโน้มเศรษฐกิจโลก และโอกาสความร่วมมือภายใต้กรอบความตกลงการค้าเสรีอาเซียน-จีน (CAFTA 3.0) รวมถึงการต่อยอดความร่วมมือด้านการลงทุน การจับคู่ธุรกิจ และอุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต อาทิ Smart Manufacturing, Green Industry และ Digital Economy เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ประกอบการไทย–จีนได้สร้างเครือข่ายและขยายความร่วมมือทางธุรกิจร่วมกันต่อไป
On May 14, 2026, Mr. Weerachai Munsinthorn, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and Chairman of the Thai–Chinese Economic and Investment Institute, along with Mr. Thongdee Pasow, Chairman of the Food and Beverage Industry Group, Mr. Apiram Leangchiphsoong, Vice Chairman of the Machinery and Automation Industry Group, Mr. Akkarapol Sukta, Vice Chairman of the Digital Industry Group, Mr. Chappamon Chanthraphongpan, Secretary-General of the Renewable Energy Industry Group, and Ms. Yosara Limppaithoon, Committee Member of the Automotive Parts Industry Group, welcomed Mr. Liu Shuyi, Deputy Secretary-General of the China–ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (CABIS) Secretariat and Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Guangxi Committee, along with executives and entrepreneurs from Guangxi province, People's Republic of China at the FTI.
Both parties discussed ways to promote cooperation in terms of economy, trade, investment, and industrial collaboration between Thailand, China, and ASEAN. They exchanged views on global economic trends and cooperation opportunities under the ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA 3.0), as well as extending cooperation in investment, business matching, and future industries such as Smart Manufacturing, Green Industry, and Digital Economy to provide opportunities for Thai and Chinese entrepreneurs to create networks and expand mutual business collaboration.
