เมื่อวันที่ 11 พฤษภาคม 2569 ดร.นิลสุวรรณ ลีลารัศมี พร้อมด้วย ดร.ปิยะนุช มาลากุล ณ อยุธยา รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และนายบัณฑูรย์ จุ้ยเจริญ ประธานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมเหล็ก เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณะทำงานกลุ่มย่อยด้านมาตรการรองรับผลกระทบและเสริมศักยภาพ ครั้งที่ 1/2569 โดยมีอธิบดีกรมส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศเป็นประธานการประชุม เพื่อหารือแนวทางรองรับผลกระทบจากมาตรการภาษีของสหรัฐอเมริกา รวมถึงแนวทางเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของผู้ประกอบการไทย ผ่านระบบออนไลน์
ที่ประชุมได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับผลกระทบจากมาตรการภาษีและมาตรการที่มิใช่ภาษีของประเทศคู่ค้า ซึ่งส่งผลต่อภาคอุตสาหกรรมและการส่งออกของไทย ทั้งด้านต้นทุนการผลิต ความผันผวนของอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน มาตรฐานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ตลอดจนความท้าทายจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยีและบริบทการค้าโลกที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว
นอกจากนี้ ที่ประชุมยังได้หารือแนวทางและมาตรการรองรับผลกระทบในหลายมิติ อาทิ มาตรการลดต้นทุนการผลิต การสนับสนุนสินเชื่อดอกเบี้ยต่ำ (Soft Loan) เพื่อเพิ่มสภาพคล่องแก่ผู้ประกอบการ การลดต้นทุนด้านโลจิสติกส์ รวมถึงมาตรการด้านภาษีและการส่งเสริมการลงทุน โดยหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ชี้แจงความคืบหน้าของมาตรการสนับสนุนที่อยู่ระหว่างดำเนินการ พร้อมเสนอให้มีการประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลและสิทธิประโยชน์ต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้ผู้ประกอบการสามารถเข้าถึงได้อย่างทั่วถึงมากยิ่งขึ้น
ทั้งนี้ สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทยพร้อมสนับสนุนและบูรณาการความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐในการผลักดันมาตรการที่เหมาะสม เพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้ประกอบการไทยให้สามารถปรับตัว รับมือกับความท้าทายจากสถานการณ์การค้าโลก และรักษาขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันได้อย่างยั่งยืน
On May 11, 2026, Dr. Nilsuwan Leelarasmee, along with Dr. Piyanuj Malakul Na Ayutthaya, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), and Mr. Bhanthoon Chuaicharoen, Chairman of the Steel Industry Group, attended the first meeting of the sub-working group on measures to address impacts and enhance capabilities, chaired by the Director-General of the Department of International Trade Promotion. The meeting discussed ways to mitigate the impacts of U.S. tax measures and improve the competitiveness of Thai operators through online means.
The meeting exchanged views on the impacts of tariff and non-tariff measures from trading partners, which affect Thailand's industrial sector and exports in terms of production costs, exchange rate volatility, environmental standards, as well as challenges from rapidly changing technology and global trading contexts.
In addition, the meeting discussed approaches and measures to address impacts in various dimensions, such as measures to reduce production costs, support for low-interest loans (Soft Loan) to enhance liquidity for operators, reduce logistics costs, as well as fiscal measures and investment promotion. Relevant agencies provided updates on the progress of ongoing support measures and proposed to publicize information and various benefits for operators to ensure greater accessibility.
The Federation of Thai Industries is ready to support and integrate cooperation with government agencies to promote appropriate measures to assist Thai operators in adapting to challenges from the global trade situation and sustainably maintain their competitiveness.
