เมื่อวันที่ 4 มีนาคม 2569 นายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ประธานสถาบันวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต (SMI) และประธานสายงานสมาชิกสัมพันธ์ กิจกรรมและรายได้ของ ส.อ.ท. พร้อมด้วยนางกนิษฐ์ เมืองกระจ่าง รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และประธานสายงาน FTI Academy ได้นำคณะผู้บริหารเข้าพบ พ.ต.ท.วรรณพงษ์ คชรักษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เพื่อหารือแลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางการยกระดับทักษะแรงงานไทยและสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการ SMEs ให้สามารถปรับตัวสู่เศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 7 กระทรวงแรงงาน
ทั้งนี้ ส.อ.ท. ได้นำเสนอโครงสร้างการดำเนินงานและโครงการสำคัญ ดังนี้
สถาบัน SMI: นำเสนอหลักสูตร “Smart SMEs Go Digital & AI” เพื่อส่งเสริมให้ผู้ประกอบการ SMEs เข้าถึงและประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ในการบริหารจัดการธุรกิจ เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน และสร้างโอกาสการแข่งขันในตลาดโลก
สายงาน FTI Academy: แนะนำระบบ E-Learning Platform ซึ่งเป็นแพลตฟอร์มการเรียนรู้สมัยใหม่ที่ช่วยให้แรงงานและบุคลากรในภาคอุตสาหกรรม รวมถึงบุคลากรในภาคธุรกิจ SMEs สามารถ Upskill และ Reskill ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว เข้าถึงองค์ความรู้ได้ทุกที่ทุกเวลา
สายงานสมาชิกสัมพันธ์ฯ: นำเสนอโครงการตรวจสุขภาพประจำปีแบบเคลื่อนที่ เพื่อดูแลสุขภาวะของบุคลากรในสถานประกอบการ รวมถึงแรงงานในภาคอุตสาหกรรมและภาคธุรกิจ SMEs เพื่อเสริมสร้างความพร้อมของกำลังคนในภาคการผลิต
ในที่ประชุม พ.ต.ท.วรรณพงษ์ เห็นชอบในแนวทางการบูรณาการความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐและเอกชน เพื่อยกระดับแรงงานไทย สู่แรงงานที่มีทักษะสูง (High-Skilled Labor) พร้อมรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยี และเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการสนับสนุนการเติบโตของภาคอุตสาหกรรม ซึ่งในเร็วๆ นี้ จะมีการจัดตั้งคณะทำงานประสานการทำงานในการจัดทำโครงการและหลักสูตรที่ได้หารือไว้มาร่วมกันทำงานต่อไป
On March 4, 2026, Mr. Apichit Prasoprat, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), President of the Small and Medium Enterprises Institute (SMI), and Chairman of the Member Relations Division, Activities and Revenue of the FTI, along with Ms. Kanit Muangkrang, Vice Chairman of the FTI and Chairperson of the FTI Academy, led a delegation of executives to meet with Pol. Lt. Col. Wannapong Kocharak, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Labor, to discuss ways to enhance the skills of Thai labor and support SMEs to adapt to the digital economy at the 7th-floor meeting room of the Ministry of Labor.
The FTI presented its operational structure and key projects as follows:
The SMI Institute presented the “Smart SMEs Go Digital & AI” course aimed at promoting access to and application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in business management for SMEs, increasing operational efficiency and creating competitive opportunities in the global market.
The FTI Academy Division introduced the E-Learning Platform, a modern learning platform that enables workers and personnel in the industrial sector, as well as staff in the SME business sector, to rapidly Upskill and Reskill, providing access to knowledge anytime and anywhere.
The Member Relations Division presented a mobile annual health check project to care for the well-being of personnel in establishments, including labor in the industrial sector and the SME business sector, to enhance the readiness of the workforce in the manufacturing sector.
During the meeting, Pol. Lt. Col. Wannapong agreed on the integration of cooperation between the public and private sectors to elevate Thai labor to high-skilled labor, prepared to meet technological changes and serve as a crucial force in supporting the growth of the industrial sector. Soon, a working committee will be established to coordinate the preparation of projects and courses discussed for further collaboration.
