เมื่อวันที่ 2 มีนาคม 2569 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ให้การต้อนรับนายนฤตม์ เทอดสถีรศักดิ์ เลขาธิการสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน (BOI) พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารของทั้งสองฝ่าย เพื่อประชุมหารือและรับฟังข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับทิศทางการส่งเสริมการลงทุนภายใต้นโยบายของรัฐบาลชุดใหม่ ณ ห้องประชุม 802 ส.อ.ท.
ในการประชุมครั้งนี้ มีการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและรับฟังข้อเสนอจากภาคอุตสาหกรรม โดยมุ่งเน้นการขับเคลื่อนใน 3 วาระสำคัญ ได้แก่
1. การผลักดันมาตรการ Made in Thailand (MiT) เพื่อเพิ่มสัดส่วนการใช้วัตถุดิบและชิ้นส่วนภายในประเทศ (Local Content) ในโครงการลงทุนลดการพึ่งพาการนำเข้า และเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของซัพพลายเชนภายในประเทศ
2. การส่งเสริมกลไกการร่วมทุนและการจับคู่ธุรกิจ เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้เกิดความร่วมมือระหว่างนักลงทุนต่างชาติและผู้ประกอบการไทย ผ่านรูปแบบการร่วมทุนและการเชื่อมโยงทางธุรกิจ
3. การยกระดับศักยภาพผู้ประกอบการไทย ให้สามารถปรับตัวและแข่งขันได้ ท่ามกลางความท้าทายจากสถานการณ์ความขัดแย้งทางภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ และบริบทการค้าโลกยุคใหม่
ทั้งนี้ ความร่วมมือดังกล่าวจะเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการยกระดับขีดความสามารถของภาคการผลิตไทยอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ตลอดจนสนับสนุนการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจของประเทศอย่างยั่งยืนในระยะยาว
On March 2, 2026, Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), welcomed Mr. Niruttam Teordsathirak, Secretary-General of the Board of Investment (BOI), along with the management teams from both sides to discuss and gather suggestions regarding the investment promotion direction under the policies of the new government at the FTI meeting room 802.
This meeting involved an exchange of opinions and suggestions from the industrial sector, focusing on three important agendas:
1. Promoting the Made in Thailand (MiT) measures to increase the ratio of using domestic raw materials and parts (Local Content) in investment projects to reduce dependence on imports and strengthen the domestic supply chain.
2. Promoting mechanisms for joint ventures and business matchmaking to create opportunities for cooperation between foreign investors and Thai operators through joint venture models and business linkages.
3. Enhancing the capabilities of Thai operators to adapt and compete amid challenges posed by geopolitical conflicts and the new global trade context.
This collaboration will act as a crucial mechanism in substantially enhancing the capabilities of the Thai manufacturing sector, while also supporting sustainable economic growth in the long term.
