เมื่อวันที่ 27 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 นางกนิษฐ์ เมืองกระจ่าง รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสายงาน FTI Academy ให้การต้อนรับ Mr. Yasuhiko Yoshida ประธาน The Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) พร้อมคณะผู้บริหาร ในโอกาสเข้าหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือด้านการพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคล และกระชับความสัมพันธ์ไทย–ญี่ปุ่น ณ ห้องประชุม 801 ส.อ.ท.
การหารือครั้งนี้ มุ่งเน้นการวางกรอบความร่วมมือ เพื่อยกระดับศักยภาพบุคลากรภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย ผ่านการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ เทคโนโลยี และแนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศจากประเทศญี่ปุ่น โดยมีประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่
1. การบูรณาการหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมด้านเทคนิคและการจัดการ
AOTS แสดงความพร้อมในการสนับสนุนหลักสูตรที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญ ทั้งด้านเทคนิคและการบริหารจัดการ เพื่อนำมาผสานกับแผนพัฒนาบุคลากรของ ส.อ.ท. และ FTI Academy มุ่งสู่การสร้างมาตรฐานการพัฒนากำลังคนภาคอุตสาหกรรมร่วมกันในอนาคต ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของผู้ประกอบการไทยในยุคเศรษฐกิจใหม่
2. ความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรธุรกิจครอบครัว (Family Business)
ทั้งสองฝ่ายเห็นพ้องในการร่วมพัฒนาและสนับสนุนหลักสูตรด้าน Family Business โดยต่อยอดแนวคิด “Business Family” เพื่อพัฒนาผู้บริหารและทายาทธุรกิจรุ่นใหม่ ให้ได้เรียนรู้บทเรียนและแนวทางการบริหารจัดการธุรกิจครอบครัวอย่างยั่งยืน จากต้นแบบองค์กรญี่ปุ่นที่ดำเนินกิจการมาอย่างยาวนานหลายร้อยปี
ความร่วมมือระหว่าง ส.อ.ท. และ AOTS ในครั้งนี้ นับเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญของการเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ระดับนานาชาติสู่ผู้ประกอบการไทย เสริมสร้างศักยภาพบุคลากรในเครือข่าย ส.อ.ท. ให้พร้อมแข่งขันในเวทีโลก และร่วมขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมไทยสู่การเติบโตอย่างมั่นคงและยั่งยืนต่อไป
On February 27, 2026, Mrs. Kanit Muangkachang, Vice President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and President of FTI Academy, welcomed Mr. Yasuhiko Yoshida, President of the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS), along with the executive team, to discuss collaboration on human resource development and to strengthen Thai-Japanese relations at meeting room 801 of FTI.
The discussion focused on establishing a framework for cooperation to enhance the capabilities of Thai industrial personnel through the transfer of knowledge, technology, and best practices from Japan. Key topics included:
1. Integration of training courses in technical skills and management
AOTS expressed readiness to support specialized courses in both technical and management fields to be integrated with FTI’s personnel development plan and FTI Academy, aimed at creating industry personnel development standards together in the future, meeting the needs of Thai entrepreneurs in a new economic era.
2. Collaboration on developing Family Business curricula
Both sides agreed to jointly develop and support curricula related to Family Business, building on the concept of “Business Family” to train new executives and successors in sustainable family business management, drawing lessons and management approaches from long-established Japanese organizations that have operated for hundreds of years.
This cooperation between FTI and AOTS marks another significant step toward linking international knowledge to Thai entrepreneurs, enhancing the capabilities of personnel within the FTI network to compete on the global stage, and driving the Thai industry towards stable and sustainable growth.
