เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 23 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) จัดประชุมคณะกรรมการสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ครั้งที่ 2/2569 (22) โดยมีนายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธาน ส.อ.ท. เป็นประธานการประชุม พร้อมด้วยนายทวี ปิยะพัฒนา รองประธานอาวุโส นายสมพงศ์ นครศรี รองประธานอาวุโส ดร.ปิยะนุช มาลากุล ณ อยุธยา รองประธานและเหรัญญิก และนายกฤษณ์ อิ่มแสง เลขาธิการและรักษาการนายทะเบียน รวมถึงคณะกรรมการ ส.อ.ท. เข้าร่วม ณ ห้องประชุม Ballroom 1 อาคารไทย ซีซี ทาวเวอร์ เขตสาทร
การประชุมครั้งนี้ มีการนำเสนอและพิจารณาวาระสำคัญที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการขับเคลื่อนภาคอุตสาหกรรม อาทิ
1.การเตรียมการจัดประชุมสามัญประจำปี 2569 ของ ส.อ.ท. และการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ประกอบด้วย
- การเสนอรายชื่อผู้ทำหน้าที่ประธานดำเนินการเลือกตั้งต่อที่ประชุมสามัญประจำปี 2569
- แนวทางการแต่งตั้งคณะอนุกรรมการนับคะแนน เพื่อนำเสนอต่อที่ประชุมสามัญประจำปี 2569
- การประกาศและตรวจสอบรายชื่อผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้ง ประจำปี 2569
- สรุปจำนวนสมาชิก ส.อ.ท. และจำนวนผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้ง
- การเชิญชวนสมาชิกตอบรับเข้าร่วมประชุมสามัญประจำปี 2569
- แนวทางการแต่งกายของผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมสามัญประจำปี 2569
- การแสดงตนของสมาชิกสามัญผู้ได้รับการเสนอชื่อเข้ารับการเลือกตั้ง
2.การอนุมัติรูปแบบการเสนอขอรับรองสมาชิกใหม่ต่อที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการ ส.อ.ท. และการอนุมัติขั้นตอนการเปิดเผยข้อมูลสมาชิกเชิงลึก
3.สรุปผลการต้อนรับพรรคการเมืองที่เข้าหารือร่วมกับผู้บริหาร ส.อ.ท. รวมทั้งสิ้น 6 พรรค ได้แก่ พรรคประชาธิปัตย์ พรรคไทยก้าวใหม่ พรรคไทยสร้างไทย พรรคเพื่อไทย พรรคประชาชน และพรรคเศรษฐกิจ รวมถึงผลการเลือกตั้งปี 2569 และนโยบายของพรรคแกนนำในการจัดตั้งรัฐบาล
4. ความคืบหน้าการแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนของกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมและสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด
5. การใช้สิทธิลดหย่อนการวางเงินประกันการใช้ไฟฟ้าสำหรับผู้ใช้ไฟฟ้ารายใหญ่ และการเชิญชวนสมาชิก ส.อ.ท. ใช้สิทธิลดหย่อนดังกล่าว
6. การประชาสัมพันธ์งาน IP Dinner Talk 2026 ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 11 มีนาคม 2569
7. การประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรม FTI Skills Lab: Coaching & Focus Group
นอกจากนี้ ที่ประชุมได้ร่วมแสดงความยินดีกับผู้บริหาร ส.อ.ท. ดังนี้
1. นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธาน ส.อ.ท. ในโอกาสได้รับปริญญาศิลปศาสตรดุษฎีบัณฑิตกิตติมศักดิ์ สาขาวิชาการจัดการ ประจำปีการศึกษา 2567–2568 จากมหาวิทยาลัยเซาธ์อีสท์บางกอก
2. นายมนตรี มหาพฤกษ์พงศ์ กรรมการบริหาร ส.อ.ท. ในโอกาสได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ในคณะกรรมการสถาบันระหว่างประเทศเพื่อการค้าและการพัฒนา
ทั้งนี้ ก่อนปิดการประชุม นายเกรียงไกร ได้กล่าวขอบคุณคณะกรรมการสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย วาระปี 2567–2569 ทุกท่าน ที่ได้ทุ่มเท เสียสละเวลาในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ด้วยความรับผิดชอบ โปร่งใส และยึดมั่นในประโยชน์ส่วนรวมตลอดระยะเวลา 2 ปีที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งความร่วมมือและความเป็นหนึ่งเดียวกันของคณะกรรมการทุกภาคส่วน ส่งผลให้สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทยได้รับการยอมรับอย่างกว้างขวางจากทั้งหน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน

On Monday, February 23, 2026, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) held the 2nd Meeting of the Federation of Thai Industries Committee for the year 2026 (22), chaired by Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukul, Chairman of the FTI, along with Mr. Thawi Piyapattana, Senior Vice Chairman, Mr. Sompong Nakornsri, Senior Vice Chairman, Dr. Piyanuch Malakul Na Ayutthaya, Vice Chairman and Treasurer, and Mr. Kritsana Imsaeng, Secretary General and Acting Registrar, as well as committee members of the FTI, at the Ballroom 1, Thai CC Tower, Sathorn District.
This meeting addressed and considered important agendas that are beneficial for driving the industrial sector, such as:
1. Preparation for the FTI Annual General Meeting 2026 and the election of the Federation of Thai Industries Committee, including:
- Proposal of candidates for the position of Chairman to conduct the elections during the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
- Guidelines for appointing the Subcommittee for Counting Votes to be presented at the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
- Declaration and verification of the list of eligible voters for the year 2026.
- Summary of FTI membership numbers and the number of eligible voters.
- Invitation for members to confirm participation in the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
- Dress code guidelines for participants of the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
- Identification of regular members who are nominated for election.
2. Approval of the proposal format for new member certification to the FTI Committee meeting and approval of the procedures for revealing in-depth member information.
3. Summary of welcoming political parties that participated in discussions with FTI executives, totaling 6 parties: Democrat Party, Thai Sang Thai Party, Thai Sang Nation Party, Pheu Thai Party, People's Party, and Economic Party, including the results of the 2026 elections and policies of the leading parties for government formation.
4. Progress on resolving issues affecting industrial groups and the Provincial Industrial Councils.
5. Use of the right to reduce the deposit for electricity usage for large electricity users and encouragement for FTI members to utilize this reduction.
6. Promotion of the IP Dinner Talk 2026 event to be held on March 11, 2026.
7. Promotion of the FTI Skills Lab: Coaching & Focus Group activities.
Additionally, the meeting congratulated FTI executives on the following occasions:
1. Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukul, Chairman of the FTI, on receiving an honorary Doctor of Arts degree in Management for the academic year 2025–2026 from Southeast Bangkok University.
2. Mr. Monthree Mahaprukpong, Executive Board Member of the FTI, on his appointment to serve as an expert member of the Board of the International Institute for Trade and Development.
Before concluding the meeting, Mr. Kriangkrai expressed gratitude to all members of the Federation of Thai Industries Committee for the term 2025–2026 for their dedication and sacrifice of time in performing their duties responsibly and transparently, adhering to the collective benefit over the past two years. The cooperation and unity among committee members from all sectors have resulted in the Federation of Thai Industries being widely recognized by both government agencies and the private sector.
