On January 16, 2026, Mrs. Warada Chamnartphit, Vice President of the Chonburi Provincial Industrial Council, participated in a national meeting under the Smart Family Life Planning in Action (SFLP) project organized by the Kinnari Foundation in collaboration with Organon (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to promote sustainable family planning at Kamolmas Room, 6th Floor, The Sukosol Hotel, Bangkok.

The meeting featured presentations on the direction and lessons learned from the SFLP project, along with discussions on the topic “Changes or Benefits of the SFLP Model to Organizations, Employees, and Target Groups.” Representatives from both the public and private sectors exchanged experiences and policy proposals to expand the model at the organizational and community levels.

Mrs. Warada stated that promoting knowledge and choices regarding family planning and financial literacy for employees, especially female workers, is not merely a benefit but a strategic investment for organizations. Employees who have stability in life and family will be more focused on their work, which helps increase productivity, reduces absenteeism and turnover, and aligns with the ESG concept, serving as a crucial mechanism for addressing the aging society while enhancing the competitiveness of the Thai industrial sector in the long term.

This meeting reflects the importance of linking health dimensions, decision-making rights, and women's potential with the economic and industrial development of the country.
