เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 27 พฤศจิกายน 2568 นางกนิษฐ์ เมืองกระจ่าง รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสายงาน FTI Academy พร้อมคณะผู้บริหาร ส.อ.ท. ได้เยี่ยมชม “โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอาหารต้นแบบตามหลักสุขาภิบาล” และ “ห้องปฏิบัติการทางประสาทสัมผัส” เพื่อทำความเข้าใจศักยภาพด้านงานวิจัย การทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ และความพร้อมในการพัฒนานวัตกรรมอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพของคณะฯ พร้อมหารือร่วมกัน ณ ห้องประชุม S208 ชั้น 2 อาคาร บร.5 คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ศูนย์รังสิต
การหารือครั้งนี้ ทั้งสองหน่วยงานมุ่งเน้นการบูรณาการองค์ความรู้และทักษะที่ภาคอุตสาหกรรมต้องการจริง โดยเฉพาะการร่วมพัฒนาหลักสูตร วิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารเพื่อสุขภาพและการชะลอวัย ซึ่งเป็นสาขาที่มีแนวโน้มเติบโตสูง และเป็นที่ต้องการของตลาดแรงงานในอนาคต
นอกจากนี้ ยังได้พูดคุยถึงแนวทางการเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์เข้าฝึกงานกับบริษัทสมาชิก ส.อ.ท. ทั่วประเทศ เพื่อเสริมประสบการณ์จริงและเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรม
ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้สะท้อนบทบาทของ FTI Academy ในการขับเคลื่อนภารกิจด้าน Upskill และ Reskill และสร้างกำลังคนคุณภาพ รองรับการเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมอาหารสุขภาพ
On Thursday, November 27, 2025, Mrs. Kanit Muangkrajang, Vice President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and Head of the FTI Academy, along with FTI executives, visited the “Model Sanitary Food Industry Factory” and the “Sensory Laboratory” to understand the potential in research, product testing, and readiness to develop health food innovations of the faculty, while also discussing at the S208 meeting room, 2nd floor, Building B5, Faculty of Science and Technology, Thammasat University, Rangsit Center.
This discussion emphasized the integration of knowledge and skills that the industry truly requires, particularly in the joint development of a Bachelor of Science curriculum in health food product development and anti-aging, which is a field with high growth potential and demand in the future labor market.
Additionally, they discussed opportunities for Thammasat University students to intern with FTI member companies nationwide to enhance real experience and prepare them for entering the industry.
This collaboration reflects the role of FTI Academy in driving Upskilling and Reskilling missions and creating quality personnel to support the growth of the health food industry.
