เมื่อวันที่ 26 พฤศจิกายน 2568 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสภาธุรกิจไทย–รัสเซีย พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร ส.อ.ท. เข้าร่วมกล่าวเปิดงาน Russian–Thai Investment Forum และร่วมกล่าวในช่วง Plenary Session หัวข้อ “Russia and Thailand: Investing in a Shared Future” ณ โรงแรม Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort จังหวัดภูเก็ต
ภายในพิธีเปิด มีผู้บริหารระดับสูงจากทั้งสองประเทศเข้าร่วมงาน อาทิ นายวิชาวัฒน์ อิศรภักดี ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ, นายเยฟกินี โทมิคิน (Evgeny Tomikhin) เอกอัครราชทูตรัสเซียประจำประเทศไทย, นายอีวาน เดมเชนโก (Ivan Demchenko) ประธานสภาธุรกิจรัสเซีย–ไทย, นายอเล็กเซย์ กรุซเดฟ (Alexey Gruzdev) รองรัฐมนตรีกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมและการค้ารัสเซีย, นายบอริส ทีทอฟ (Boris Titov) ผู้แทนพิเศษของประธานาธิบดีแห่งสหพันธรัฐรัสเซีย,นายอเล็กซานเดอร์ สตัคเลฟ (Alexander Stuglev) ประธานมูลนิธิรอสคองเกรส, นายศศิวัฒน์ ว่องสินสวัสดิ์ เอกอัครราชทูตไทยประจำสหพันธรัฐรัสเซีย, ม.ร.ว. นงคราญ ชมพูนุท ประธานสภาดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งประเทศไทย รวมถึงผู้แทนหน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนกว่า 200 คน
ในโอกาสนี้ สภาธุรกิจไทย–รัสเซีย และสภาธุรกิจรัสเซีย–ไทย ได้ร่วมลงนาม Memorandum on the Development of Cooperation เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือและขยายโอกาสทางธุรกิจระหว่างสองประเทศ
นายเกรียงไกรและคณะผู้บริหารยังได้หารือแนวทางความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานและบริษัทชั้นนำของรัสเซีย ได้แก่
1. Russian Export Center – หน่วยงานส่งเสริมการส่งออกภายใต้แบรนด์ “Made in Russia”
2. Tatarstan Government Agency – หน่วยงานส่งเสริมการลงทุนและเศรษฐกิจของสาธารณรัฐตาตาร์สถาน
3. Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) – กองทุนการลงทุนของรัฐเพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจรัสเซีย
4. Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) – หน่วยงานสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการในมอสโกและความร่วมมือทางการค้า
5. AFK Sistema – กลุ่มบริษัทชั้นนำด้านโทรคมนาคม ดิจิทัล เฮลท์แคร์ เกษตร และอสังหาริมทรัพย์
การเข้าร่วมงานครั้งนี้มีบทบาทสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจระหว่างไทยและรัสเซีย พร้อมผลักดันการลงทุนที่มีศักยภาพ เพื่อการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจของทั้งสองประเทศร่วมกันในอนาคต
On November 26, 2025, Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and Chairman of the Thai-Russian Business Council, participated in the opening of the Russian–Thai Investment Forum and spoke during the Plenary Session on the topic “Russia and Thailand: Investing in a Shared Future” at the Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort in Phuket Province.
During the opening ceremony, senior executives from both countries attended the event, including Mr. Wichawath Isarapakdi, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Evgeny Tomikhin, Ambassador of Russia to Thailand, Mr. Ivan Demchenko, Chairman of the Russian-Thai Business Council, Mr. Alexey Gruzdev, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia, Mr. Boris Titov, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation, Mr. Alexander Stuglev, Chairman of the Roscongress Foundation, Mr. Sasivath Wongsinsawat, Ambassador of Thailand to the Russian Federation, and M.R. Nongkran Chomphunut, Chairperson of the Digital Economy and Society Council of Thailand, along with over 200 representatives from both public and private sectors.
On this occasion, the Thai-Russian Business Council and the Russian-Thai Business Council signed a Memorandum on the Development of Cooperation to promote collaboration and expand business opportunities between the two countries.
Mr. Kriangkrai and the executive team also discussed cooperation strategies with leading Russian agencies and companies, including:
1. Russian Export Center – An agency promoting exports under the “Made in Russia” brand.
2. Tatarstan Government Agency – An agency promoting investment and the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
3. Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) – A state investment fund to support the economic development of Russia.
4. Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) – An agency supporting entrepreneurs in Moscow and trade cooperation.
5. AFK Sistema – A leading group in telecommunications, digital healthcare, agriculture, and real estate.
The participation in this event plays a crucial role in strengthening economic cooperation between Thailand and Russia, while promoting potential investments for the economic development of both countries together in the future.
