เมื่อวันที่ 18 พฤศจิกายน 2568 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้มอบหมายให้นางสาวเพชรรัตน์ เอกแสงกุล รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และประธานคณะกรรมการกำกับฯ Made in Thailand : MiT เข้าร่วมเสวนาในหัวข้อ “ปรับกลยุทธ์ รับนโยบายรัฐ ขับเคลื่อนธุรกิจผ่านระบบ e-GP” ในงานสัมมนา “Krungthai BUSINESS BEYOND LIMITS ก้าวที่กล้า สู่ความสำเร็จ” จัดโดยธนาคารกรุงไทย เพื่อร่วมแบ่งปันมุมมองและแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนธุรกิจไทยในยุคดิจิทัล ณ โรงแรม The Ritz-Carlton
การเสวนาในครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากผู้บริหารจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐและสถาบันการเงินชั้นนำร่วมให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ นางสาวทัศนีย์วรรณ ประเสริฐศรี นักวิชาการคลังชำนาญการพิเศษ จากกรมบัญชีกลาง และนายนพพร นุชนิยม ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายอาวุโส จากธนาคารกรุงไทย โดยมีนายนเรศ บัณฑิต เป็นผู้ดำเนินรายการ
นางสาวเพชรรัตน์ ได้กล่าวถึงบทบาทของ ส.อ.ท. ในการส่งเสริมผู้ประกอบการไทย โดยเฉพาะกลุ่ม SME ภายใต้นโยบาย “4 Go” (Go Digital and AI, Go Innovation, Go Global และ Go Green) พร้อมเน้นย้ำถึงความสำเร็จของโครงการ Made in Thailand (MiT) ที่สามารถสร้างมูลค่าการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐให้กับสินค้าไทยได้แล้วกว่าแสนล้านบาท ซึ่งถือเป็นการสร้างโอกาสครั้งสำคัญให้กับผู้ประกอบการในประเทศ
นอกจากนี้ ยังได้กล่าวถึงความท้าทาย เช่น การล็อกสเปกในการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง และเสนอแนวทางการแก้ไขผ่านการตรวจสอบที่เข้มข้นและการปรับปรุงระเบียบเพื่อสร้างความเท่าเทียมในการแข่งขัน
ภายในงานยังมีการให้ข้อมูลจากหน่วยงานสำคัญอื่นๆ เช่น กรมบัญชีกลางที่ได้กล่าวถึงการพัฒนาระบบ e-GP และ e-Shopping เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกและเพิ่มโอกาสให้ผู้ประกอบการเข้าถึงตลาดภาครัฐได้ง่ายขึ้น ขณะที่ธนาคารกรุงไทยได้นำเสนอโซลูชันทางการเงินเพื่อเสริมสภาพคล่องให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการที่ทำธุรกิจกับภาครัฐ เช่น แพลตฟอร์ม PromptBiz (พี่ช่วยน้อง) และโครงการ “สินเชื่อกรุงไทย รู้ใจคู่ค้าภาครัฐ”
ทั้งนี้ ส.อ.ท. มีความมุ่งมั่นที่จะผลักดันและสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการไทยอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผ่านการประสานความร่วมมือกับภาครัฐและสถาบันการเงิน เพื่อยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน ลดต้นทุน และสร้างการเติบโตที่แข็งแกร่งให้กับภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทยในเวทีโลกต่อไป
On November 18, 2025, Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), assigned Ms. Pechrat Ekkasaengkul, Vice Chairman of FTI and Chairperson of the MiT Steering Committee, to participate in a discussion titled “Adjusting Strategies in Response to Government Policies to Drive Business through the e-GP System” at the “Krungthai BUSINESS BEYOND LIMITS: Bold Steps Towards Success” seminar organized by Krung Thai Bank to share insights and strategies for advancing Thai businesses in the digital era at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
The seminar was honored to have executives from government agencies and leading financial institutions providing insights, including Ms. Thasanivan Prasertsi, Senior Treasury Specialist from the Comptroller General’s Department, and Mr. Nopporn Nuchniyom, Senior Director from Krung Thai Bank, with Mr. Nares Bandit as the moderator.
Ms. Pechrat highlighted FTI’s role in supporting Thai entrepreneurs, especially within the SME sector, under the “4 Go” policy (Go Digital and AI, Go Innovation, Go Global, and Go Green). She emphasized the success of the Made in Thailand (MiT) initiative, which has generated over 100 billion baht in government procurement for Thai products, creating significant opportunities for domestic entrepreneurs.
Additionally, she addressed challenges such as specification locking in procurement and offered solutions through rigorous inspections and regulatory improvements to create a level playing field in competition.
The event also featured insights from other key agencies, such as the Comptroller General’s Department, which discussed the development of the e-GP and e-Shopping systems to facilitate and increase access to government markets for entrepreneurs. Meanwhile, Krung Thai Bank presented financial solutions to enhance liquidity for businesses contracting with the government, including the PromptBiz platform (Support for Partners) and the “Krung Thai Loan: Understanding State Partner” program.
In conclusion, FTI is committed to continually promoting and supporting Thai entrepreneurs through collaboration with the government and financial institutions to enhance competitive capabilities, reduce costs, and foster robust growth for the Thai industrial sector on the global stage.
