เมื่อวันที่ 18 พฤศจิกายน 2568 นายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เข้าร่วมเปิดเวที Reinvent Thailand Workshop: “พี่ช่วยน้อง – เสริมศักยภาพ SME ไทย” เพื่อเชื่อมทุกภาคส่วนเข้าด้วยกัน รับฟังปัญหาจริงของผู้ประกอบการ และร่วมออกแบบทางออกด้านเงินทุนหมุนเวียนและระบบซัพพลายเชนของไทย ณ โรงแรมอินเตอร์คอนติเนนตัล กรุงเทพ
นายอภิชิตเน้นย้ำว่า SMEs คือ กลไกสำคัญของเศรษฐกิจไทย แต่ยังฟื้นตัวช้า เพราะแบกรับปัญหาหนี้และข้อจำกัดด้านสภาพคล่อง ซึ่งเป็นอุปสรรคต่อการพัฒนาจากอุตสาหกรรมดั้งเดิม (First Industry) ไปสู่อุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต (Next-Gen Industry)
“หลังโควิด SMEs ได้รับผลกระทบหนัก วันนี้เราต้องช่วยกันยกระดับขีดความสามารถของอุตสาหกรรมไทย และทำให้เกิดผลลัพธ์ที่จับต้องได้ เวทีนี้คือหัวใจของคณะกรรมการร่วมภาคเอกชน 3 สถาบัน (กกร.)
และ ส.อ.ท. ที่เปิดให้เราเชื่อมต่อกันจริงๆ รับฟัง Pain Point จาก SMEs ไม่ใช่ต่างคนต่างคิด” นายอภิชิตกล่าว
งานครั้งนี้มีไฮไลต์สำคัญ คือ การทำ Workshop โดยใช้กระบวนการ Design Thinking ร่วมกันระหว่างผู้ประกอบการรายใหญ่ (พี่) และ SMEs (น้อง) ใน 6 อุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ยานยนต์ (Automotive) อิเล็กทรอนิกส์อัจฉริยะ (Smart Electronics) เกษตรและอาหารแปรรูป การแพทย์และสุขภาพ รวมทั้งการค้าปลีกและการท่องเที่ยว
ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ร่วมกันถอดปัญหา ตั้งแต่ความผันผวนของคำสั่งซื้อ (PO) สภาพคล่องไม่เพียงพอ Credit Term ที่ยาว ไปจนถึงกระบวนการทางเอกสารที่ซับซ้อน ก่อนนำมาระดมไอเดียออกแบบแนวทางแก้ไข เพื่อใช้พัฒนาโครงการ “พี่ช่วยน้อง” ให้ตอบโจทย์ภาคธุรกิจมากที่สุด
เวที Reinvent Thailand ถือเป็นความร่วมมือครั้งสำคัญระหว่างภาครัฐ–เอกชน–สถาบันการเงิน ในการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการแข่งขันของอุตสาหกรรมไทยทั้งระบบ โดยมีเป้าหมายคือช่วยให้ SMEs ก้าวข้ามข้อจำกัดเชิงโครงสร้าง และผลักดันให้เศรษฐกิจไทยกลับมาเติบโตได้อย่างยั่งยืนอีกครั้ง
On November 18, 2025, Mr. Apichit Prasoprat, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), participated in the opening of the Reinvent Thailand Workshop: “Elder Helping Younger – Enhancing Thai SMEs’ Potential” to connect all sectors together, listen to the real problems of entrepreneurs, and collaboratively design solutions regarding working capital and Thailand’s supply chain system at the InterContinental Bangkok Hotel.
Mr. Apichit emphasized that SMEs are a crucial mechanism of the Thai economy, yet they are recovering slowly as they bear the burdens of debt and liquidity constraints, which hinder their development from the traditional industry (First Industry) to the future industries (Next-Gen Industry).
“Post-COVID, SMEs have been severely affected. Today, we must help elevate the capabilities of the Thai industry and yield tangible results. This workshop is at the heart of the Joint Private Sector Committee of three institutes (GorKor).”
“FTI allows us to connect genuinely and listen to the pain points from SMEs, rather than thinking separately,” Mr. Apichit stated.
A key highlight of this event is the workshop utilizing the Design Thinking process collaboratively between large enterprises (elders) and SMEs (younger siblings) across six targeted industries, namely automotive, smart electronics, agriculture and processed food, healthcare, as well as retail and tourism.
Participants collectively addressed issues ranging from fluctuations in purchase orders (POs) and insufficient liquidity to extended credit terms and complicated documentation processes, before brainstorming solutions to develop the “Elder Helping Younger” project that best meets the business sector's needs.
The Reinvent Thailand platform is recognized as a significant collaboration between the government, private sector, and financial institutions to create a competitive environment for the entire Thai industry system, aiming to help SMEs overcome structural limitations and drive the Thai economy towards sustainable growth once again.
