ส.อ.ท. จัดประชุมคณะกรรมการส⁠ภ⁠า⁠อุ⁠ต⁠ส⁠า⁠ห⁠ก⁠ร⁠ร⁠ม⁠แ⁠ห่⁠ง⁠ป⁠ร⁠ะ⁠เ⁠ท⁠ศ⁠ไ⁠ท⁠ย ครั้งที่ 9/2568FTI Holds 9th/2568 Board Meeting

On Monday, October 27, 2025, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) held its 9th/2568 Board Meeting, chaired by Mr. Kriangkrai Thiennukul, President of FTI, along with Mr. Thavee Piyapattana, Senior Vice President, Dr. Piyanuch Malakul na Ayudhya, Vice President and Treasurer, Mr. Isares Rattanadilok na Phuket, Vice President and Registrar, and Mr. Krit Imsaeng, Secretary-General of FTI, along with the board members, at Room 109, 1st Floor, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.

Before commencing the meeting, the President of FTI, along with board members, executives, and employees, stood in silence for one minute to pay respects and reflect on the royal benevolence of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother.

In addition, the meeting presented and considered important matters to drive the Thai industrial sector, including:
    •    Membership application criteria and procedures for changing representatives
    •    Exemption from registration fees and reduced membership fees for 2026 for areas affected in three southern border provinces and Nan province
    •    Discussion with the Bank of Thailand regarding measures to enhance liquidity and address tax and trade war issues
    •    Progress on significant draft legislation, including the Labor Protection Act, Factory Act, and Clean Air Act
    •    Promotion of FTI Outlook 2026 event, FTI-JCC seminar, and intellectual property training.

Furthermore, the meeting congratulated:
    •    Mr. Apichit Prasornrat, FTI Vice President, for receiving the “Rampai Jaratsang” award from the Tepsirinth Alumni Association
    •    Dr. Chana Poomi, FTI Vice President, for being re-elected as a board member of the Global Cement and Concrete Association (GCCA) for a second term.

Additionally, gifts were presented to member companies participating in the employee health check project, with the following winners:
1st Prize Refrigerator – Petpal Products Public Company Limited, Neoplastomer Company Limited
2nd Prize Air Purifier – Metalcom Company Limited
3rd Prize Water Dispenser – Summit Autotech Industry Company Limited, P.W.S. Concrete Company Limited, Prime Steel Mill Company Limited
4th Prize Industrial Fan – Thai Ducktile Industry Company Limited, Atlantic Pharmaceutical Factory Company Limited, ACE Food Tech Company Limited, Advanced Surface Technology Company Limited
5th Prize Ice Bucket – Summit Kurata Manufacturing Company Limited, Cap Global Aluminum Company Limited.
