เมื่อวันที่ 24 ตุลาคม 2568 นายอนุวัตร เฉลิมไชย รองประธานสถาบันเศรษฐกิจและการลงทุนไทย–จีน สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วยนายสุพจน์ ชัยวิไล กรรมการและเลขานุการสถาบันฯ นายวรวิทย์ จำเริญเลิศ กรรมการสถาบันฯ นายสมบูรณ์ วาณิชวศิน ผู้อำนวยการฝ่าย ธนาคารกสิกรไทย และนายเรืองชัย โศภาวชิราคุปต์ ผู้อำนวยการฝ่าย ธนาคารกสิกรไทย ร่วมให้การต้อนรับนายเจิ้ง เจียนเผิง รองนายกเทศมนตรีเมืองตงกว่าน มณฑลกว่างตง สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน พร้อมคณะผู้บริหาร ณ ห้องมงคลสุธี ส.อ.ท.
การเข้าพบครั้งนี้ มีเป้าหมายเพื่อกระชับความสัมพันธ์และหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจระหว่างเมืองตงกว่านกับสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย รวมถึงแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลด้านการลงทุน การพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรม และแนวทางการส่งเสริมการใช้ วัตถุดิบในประเทศ (Local Content) ของประเทศไทย
ทั้งนี้ การเยือนประเทศไทยของคณะเมืองตงกว่าน นายเจิ้ง เจียนเผิง เปิดเผยว่านักลงทุนต่างมีความประทับใจต่อสภาพแวดล้อมการลงทุนในไทย และพร้อมขยายความร่วมมือกับภาคธุรกิจไทยอย่างต่อเนื่อง
ทั้งสองฝ่ายเห็นพ้องที่จะร่วมมือกันอย่างใกล้ชิดในการส่งเสริมการลงทุน การแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยี และการพัฒนาเครือข่ายผู้ประกอบการไทย–จีน เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจของทั้งสองประเทศให้เติบโตอย่างมั่นคงและยั่งยืน
On October 24, 2025, Mr. Anuwat Chalermchai, Vice Chairman of the Thai–Chinese Economic and Investment Institute, Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Mr. Supachai Chaiwilai, Committee Member and Secretary of the Institute, Mr. Worawit Jamroenlerd, Committee Member of the Institute, Mr. Somboon Vanichwasin, Director of Kasikornbank, and Mr. Rueangchai Sopawachirakup, Director of Kasikornbank, welcomed Mr. Zheng Jianpeng, Deputy Mayor of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China, and his delegation at the Mongkolsuthee Room, FTI.
The purpose of this meeting was to strengthen relationships and discuss avenues for economic cooperation between Dongguan City and the Federation of Thai Industries, as well as to exchange information regarding investment, industrial development, and promote the use of local content in Thailand.
During the visit to Thailand, Mr. Zheng Jianpeng revealed that investors are impressed with the investment environment in Thailand and are ready to expand cooperation with Thai businesses continuously.
Both parties agreed to work closely together to promote investment, share knowledge on technology, and develop a network of Thai–Chinese entrepreneurs to jointly drive the economies of both countries towards stable and sustainable growth.
