เมื่อวันที่ 15–16 ตุลาคม 2568 สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) โดยสถาบันวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต (SMI) ได้จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการหลักสูตร “Smart SMEs Go Digital & AI: คิดไว ทำได้ พร้อมแข่งขัน” รุ่นที่ 2 โดยมีผู้ประกอบการ SMEs ภาคการผลิตเข้าร่วมอบรมจำนวน 97 บริษัท และผู้เข้าอบรม 120 คน พร้อมเรียนรู้และลงมือปฏิบัติจริงในการใช้ Generative AI (Gen AI) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดต้นทุนในยุคดิจิทัล ณ โรงแรมอวานี รัชดา กรุงเทพฯ
ภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจากนายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และประธานสถาบัน SMI กล่าวถึงความเป็นมาของหลักสูตรที่ตอบโจทย์ผู้ประกอบการ ซึ่งต้องการเครื่องมือที่พร้อมใช้งานและเข้าถึงได้ง่าย เพื่อให้สามารถ “คิดไว” ลงมือปฏิบัติได้จริง “ทำได้” และ “พร้อมแข่งขัน” ในตลาดโลก ทั้งนี้ ยังสอดคล้องกับนโยบาย “4GO” ของ ส.อ.ท. ได้แก่ Go Digital & AI, Go Innovation, Go Global และ Go Green เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ประกอบการ SMEs ไทยให้สามารถแข่งขันได้
การอบรมในรุ่นที่ 2 นี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก Chulalongkorn Business School โดย รศ.ดร.ดนุพล หุ่นโสภณ ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดี จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และ ศ.ดร.วธนน์ วิริยสิทธาวัฒน์ ประธานหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ด้านธุรกิจ ให้เกียรติเป็นวิทยากรบรรยาย
ตลอดการอบรม 2 วัน มุ่งเน้นการสร้างความเข้าใจและทักษะให้ SMEs ใช้ Gen AI เป็น “คู่คิด–ที่ปรึกษา” เพื่อเพิ่มผลิตภาพและเสริมศักยภาพการแข่งขัน โดยเรียนรู้ตั้งแต่ขั้นพื้นฐานจนถึงการประยุกต์ใช้ AI ในงานประจำวัน เน้นการปฏิบัติจริง สร้าง Use Case ในธุรกิจ พร้อมกิจกรรม Group Pitching (การนำเสนอแนวคิดเป็นกลุ่ม) ให้ผู้เข้าอบรมนำเสนอแนวทางการใช้ Gen AI กับธุรกิจของตนเอง นอกจากนี้ ยังมีกิจกรรมต่อเนื่อง โดยผู้เข้าอบรมต้องนำ AI ไปใช้จริงในสถานประกอบการและส่งรายงานความคืบหน้า (Assignment) พร้อมรับคำปรึกษาแบบกลุ่มเพิ่มเติมในอีก 1 เดือนหลังการอบรม
ทั้งนี้ สถาบัน SMI พร้อมสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการในรุ่นสุดท้าย ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นวันที่ 11–12 พฤศจิกายน 2568 เพื่อผลักดันให้ SMEs มีทักษะด้านดิจิทัลและ AI ยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันในอุตสาหกรรมต่อไป
On October 15–16, 2025, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), through the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Development Institute (SMI), conducted a workshop titled “Smart SMEs Go Digital & AI: Think Fast, Act Smart, Compete Effectively” for the second cohort. A total of 97 manufacturing SMEs participated, with 120 attendees engaging in hands-on training to utilize Generative AI (Gen AI) to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in the digital age at the Avani Ratchada Bangkok Hotel.
Mr. Apichit Prasoprat, Vice Chairman of FTI and President of SMI, honored the event with his remarks on the course's background which addresses the needs of entrepreneurs looking for easily accessible and ready-to-use tools. This empowers them to “think fast,” take actionable steps, “act smart,” and “be ready to compete” in the global market. Furthermore, this aligns with FTI’s “4GO” policy, which includes Go Digital & AI, Go Innovation, Go Global, and Go Green, aimed at enhancing the competitive capabilities of Thai SMEs.
The second training session was graced by Chulalongkorn Business School through Assoc. Prof. Dr. Danupol Hunsopha, Assistant to the President of Chulalongkorn University, and Prof. Dr. Watan Wilayasitthawat, Program Director for the Master of Science in Software Business Development, who served as esteemed lecturers.
Throughout the two-day training, the focus was on building understanding and skills for SMEs to utilize Gen AI as a “thinking partner and consultant” to increase productivity and enhance competitive capabilities by learning from the basics to applying AI in their daily operations, emphasizing practical application and creating Use Cases for their businesses. Additionally, there was a Group Pitching activity where participants presented their ideas on using Gen AI in their businesses. Furthermore, a follow-up activity requires participants to implement AI in their workplaces and submit progress reports (Assignments) while receiving additional group consulting one month after the training.
SMI is also prepared to support the final cohort, scheduled for November 11–12, 2025, to empower SMEs with digital and AI skills, enhancing their competitive strengths in the industry.
