เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 30 กันยายน 2568 สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) โดยสายงานสื่อสารองค์กร ได้จัดกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “Media Coaching & Personality for Senior Executives” โดยมีนายธวัชชัย เฮงประเสริฐ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และที่ปรึกษาสายงานสื่อสารองค์กร เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดกิจกรรม พร้อมเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการเสริมสร้างภาพลักษณ์และทักษะการสื่อสาร ณ ห้องประชุม 802 ชั้น 8 ส.อ.ท.
การอบรมครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารและบุคลิกภาพของผู้บริหาร โดยได้รับเกียรติจากนายโศภณ นวรัตนาพงษ์ ผู้ประกาศข่าวและผู้ดำเนินรายการจาก TNN ช่อง 16 มาร่วมแบ่งปันประสบการณ์ตรงในการทำงานกับสื่อมวลชน พร้อมฝึกเทคนิคการตอบคำถามสื่อในสถานการณ์จริง อีกทั้งยังมีนายปรีดิยุช รัตนงาม ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพ มาร่วมเสริมทักษะด้านการปรับบุคลิกภาพและนำเสนอภาพลักษณ์ที่เหมาะสมสำหรับผู้บริหาร
การอบรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นสำหรับประธาน รองประธาน เลขาธิการ และกรรมการ กลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม รวมถึงสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด โดยบรรยากาศเป็นไปอย่างเข้มข้นและเต็มไปด้วยการเรียนรู้ โดยผู้เข้าร่วมได้มีโอกาสลงมือฝึกจริง-ตอบจริง พร้อมรับคำแนะนำจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เพื่อพร้อมก้าวสู่การเป็นผู้นำที่น่าเชื่อถือ มั่นคงและทันสมัย สามารถสื่อสารเชิงรุกได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และสะท้อนภาพลักษณ์ที่น่าเชื่อถือขององค์กรต่อสาธารณะ
On Tuesday, September 30, 2025, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), through its Corporate Communication Division, held a workshop titled “Media Coaching & Personality for Senior Executives.” Mr. Thavachai Hengprasert, Vice President of FTI and Advisor to the Corporate Communication Division, officiated the opening of the event, emphasizing the importance of enhancing image and communication skills at Meeting Room 802, 8th Floor, FTI.
This training aimed to develop communication skills and personality of executives, with the honor of having Mr. Sophon Nawarattanapong, a news anchor and program host from TNN Channel 16, share his firsthand experiences working with the media. Participants practiced techniques for answering media questions in real situations. Additionally, Mr. Pridiyuth Rattanakham, a personality development expert, contributed to enhancing skills in adjusting personality and presenting an appropriate image for executives.
The training was organized for chairpersons, vice chairpersons, secretaries, and committee members of industrial groups, as well as provincial industrial councils. The atmosphere was intense and filled with learning opportunities, as participants engaged in practical exercises and received feedback from experts, preparing them to become credible, stable, and modern leaders who can communicate proactively and effectively reflect the organization’s trustworthy image to the public.
