เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 29 กันยายน 2568 สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้จัดประชุมคณะกรรมการสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ครั้งที่ 8/2568 (17) โดยมีนายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธาน ส.อ.ท. เป็นประธานการประชุม พร้อมด้วยนายทวี ปิยะพัฒนา รองประธานอาวุโส ส.อ.ท. นายสมพงศ์ นครศรี รองประธานอาวุโส ส.อ.ท. ดร.ปิยะนุช มาลากุล ณ อยุธยา รองประธานและเหรัญญิก ส.อ.ท. นายอิศเรศ รัตนดิลก ณ ภูเก็ต รองประธานและนายทะเบียน ส.อ.ท. และนายกฤษณ์ อิ่มแสง เลขาธิการ ส.อ.ท. รวมถึงคณะกรรมการ ส.อ.ท. เข้าร่วมประชุม ณ ห้อง Ballroom 1 อาคารไทยซีซี ทาวเวอร์ (ชั้น 9) สาทร
ในการประชุมครั้งนี้ ได้มีการนำเสนอวาระสำคัญที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการขับเคลื่อนภาคอุตสาหกรรม อาทิ
1. การอนุมัติจัดตั้งกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมป้องกันประเทศ
2. การประชุมหารือร่วมกับนายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล นายกรัฐมนตรี และคณะ เพื่อหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือด้านเศรษฐกิจและอุตสาหกรรม มุ่งเสริมศักยภาพการแข่งขันและยกระดับความเข้มแข็งของเศรษฐกิจไทย
3. การลงนาม MOU ระหว่าง ส.อ.ท. กับมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ เพื่อร่วมพัฒนากำลังคนและนวัตกรรม ต่อยอดศักยภาพอุตสาหกรรมไทยสู่ระดับสากล
4. การลงนาม MOU ระหว่าง ส.อ.ท. กับการนิคมอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย เพื่อยกระดับและเร่งรัดการลงทุนในอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมาย
5. หลักเกณฑ์การรับสมัครสมาชิกประเภท (สน) และความคืบหน้าการเพิ่มสมาชิกใหม่
6. คณะทำงาน กกร. ด้านแรงงาน ได้หารือการปรับอัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำ โดยที่ประชุม กกร. มีมติให้จัดทำหนังสือเปิดผนึกถึงรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน เพื่อให้มีการพิจารณาอัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำและมีการทบทวนอย่างเหมาะสม และสอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์เศรษฐกิจในปัจจุบัน
7. มาตรการอนุญาต (Licensing) สำหรับการส่งออกและส่งกลับสินค้าที่ใช้ได้สองทาง (Dual-Use Items: DUI)
8. ความคืบหน้า (ร่าง) พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองแรงงาน (ฉบับที่ ..) พ.ศ. ....
9. ความคืบหน้าร่างพระราชบัญญัติโรงงาน (ฉบับที่ ...) พ.ศ. ....
10. ความคืบหน้าการแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนของกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมและสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด
11. รายงานสถานการณ์น้ำและเตรียมการรับมือพื้นที่เสี่ยง
12. การจัดงานกาชาด ประจำปี 2568 ระหว่างวันที่ 11-21 ธันวาคม 2568 ณ สวนลุมพินี กรุงเทพฯ ภายใต้แนวคิด “70 พรรษาขัตติยนารีรัตนา ปวงประชาสดุดี”
13. สรุปผลการอบรบความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา (IP) กับภาคอุตสาหกรรม

On Monday, September 29, 2025, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) convened the 8th Board Meeting of the Federation of Thai Industries (2025) chaired by Mr. Kriangkrai Thiennukool, President of FTI, along with Mr. Tawee Piyapathana, Senior Vice President of FTI, Mr. Sompong Nakhonsri, Senior Vice President of FTI, Dr. Piyanuj Malakul Na Ayudhya, Vice President and Treasurer of FTI, Mr. Itsaret Rattanadilok Na Phuket, Vice President and Registrar of FTI, and Mr. Kritsana Imsaeng, Secretary General of FTI, as well as other FTI board members at Ballroom 1, Thai CC Tower (9th Floor), Sathorn.
In this meeting, important agendas that benefit the advancement of the industrial sector were presented, including:
1. The approval of the establishment of the Defense Industry Group.
2. A discussion meeting with Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, the Prime Minister, and his team to discuss collaborative economic and industrial strategies aimed at enhancing competitiveness and strengthening the Thai economy.
3. The signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between FTI and Thammasat University to jointly develop human resources and innovations to enhance the potential of Thai industries to the international level.
4. The signing of an MOU between FTI and the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand to enhance and expedite investments in target industries.
5. Regulations for applications for membership of type (Support) and updates on the addition of new members.
6. The Labor Committee discussed the adjustment of the minimum wage, and the committee decided to draft an open letter to the Minister of Labor to consider appropriate adjustments to the minimum wage based on the current economic situation.
7. Licensing measures for the export and import of dual-use items (Duplicable Items: DUI).
8. Progress on the (draft) Labor Protection Act (version ...) BE ....
9. Progress on the draft Factory Act (version ...) BE ....
10. Progress on resolving the issues faced by respective industries and the provincial industrial councils.
11. Report on the water situation and preparations for high-risk areas.
12. Organization of the annual Red Cross Fair 2025 from December 11-21, 2025 at Lumpini Park, Bangkok, under the theme “70 Years of Enthronement: A Tribute to the People”.
13. Summary of the general knowledge training regarding intellectual property (IP) with the industry sector.
14. Promotion inviting participation in the annual academic seminar Energy Symposium 2025 on October 9, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao, Bangkok.
15. Promotion of the Eco Innovation Forum 2025 on Friday, October 17, 2025, at 8:30 AM at Aswin Grand Convention Hotel.
16. Promotion of a special lecture titled “Israel: Business Opportunities and Cooperative Innovations” on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM in room 1011, 10th floor, FTI.
17. Promotion of a study trip to Taiwan and South Korea on Modern Agriculture and Bio-Based Industry from November 1-7, 2025 (7 days, 5 nights).
