วันที่ 26 กันยายน 2568 ดร.นิลสุวรรณ ลีลารัศมี พร้อมด้วยนายวิวรรธน์ เหมมณฑารพ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ดร.ทองดี ปาโส และนางบัญชุสา พุทธพรมงคล กรรมการสายงานต่างประเทศ ร่วมให้การต้อนรับและหารือกับคณะผู้แทนสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรแห่งสาธารณรัฐประชาชนยูเครน เนื่องในโอกาสเดินทางเยือนประเทศไทย นำโดยนาย Vadym Halaichuk รองประธานคณะกรรมาธิการด้านการบูรณาการของยูเครนเข้าสู่สหภาพยุโรป นาง Tamila Tasheva นาง Lesia Vasylenko และ ดร. Hanna Shelest สมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรยูเครน โดยมีนาย Viktor Semenov อุปทูตยูเครนประจำประเทศไทย เข้าร่วมการหารือ ณ ห้องมงคลสุธี ส.อ.ท.
ทั้งสองฝ่าย ได้หารือถึงความร่วมมือด้านเศรษฐกิจและการค้าระหว่างกัน โดยเฉพาะในประเด็นความมั่นคงทางอาหารและภาคเกษตรกรรม ซึ่งยูเครนถือเป็นหนึ่งในผู้ส่งออกวัตถุดิบทางการเกษตรรายสำคัญของโลก ด้วยข้อได้เปรียบจากพื้นที่เกษตรกรรมขนาดใหญ่ ประกอบกับการนำเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ เช่น โดรน มาใช้ในการยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
นอกจากนี้ ยังได้หารือถึงการฟื้นฟูโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของยูเครน ซึ่งรัฐบาลยูเครนได้ออกมาตรการสนับสนุนการลงทุนจากต่างประเทศ ทั้งในรูปแบบสิทธิประโยชน์ทางกฎหมายและมาตรการจูงใจต่าง ๆ เพื่อเชิญชวนให้บริษัทต่างชาติเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในโครงการก่อสร้างที่อยู่อาศัย อาคารสำนักงาน ระบบคมนาคม และโลจิสติกส์
การเปิดกว้างในลักษณะนี้ นับเป็นโอกาสที่สำคัญสำหรับผู้ประกอบการไทยในอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้าง ที่สามารถต่อยอดการลงทุนและขยายสู่ตลาดใหม่ในภูมิภาคดังกล่าวได้ในอนาคต
On September 26, 2025, Dr. Nilsuwan Leelarasamee, along with Mr. Wiwat Hemmandharak, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), Dr. Thongdee Paso, and Ms. Banchusa Phuthapromngok, Committee Member for Foreign Affairs, welcomed and discussed with a delegation of members from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on their visit to Thailand. The delegation was led by Mr. Vadym Halaichuk, Vice Chairman of the Integration Committee of Ukraine into the European Union, along with Ms. Tamila Tasheva, Ms. Lesia Vasylenko, and Dr. Hanna Shelest, members of the Ukrainian Parliament, and Mr. Viktor Semenov, Deputy Ambassador of Ukraine to Thailand, participated in the discussions at the Mongkolsuthee Room of FTI.
Both parties discussed economic and trade cooperation, particularly concerning food security and the agricultural sector, in which Ukraine is considered one of the major agricultural raw material exporters globally, owing to its large agricultural area and the use of modern technologies, such as drones, to enhance production efficiency.
Additionally, discussions were held on the infrastructure recovery of Ukraine, where the Ukrainian government has implemented measures to support foreign investment, both in the form of legal benefits and various incentives, to encourage foreign companies to participate in construction projects such as housing, office buildings, transportation systems, and logistics.
This openness presents significant opportunities for Thai operators in the construction industry, enabling them to expand investments and tap into new markets in the region in the future.
