เมื่อวันที่ 15 กรกฎาคม 2569 นายเวทิต โชควัฒนา รองประธานอาวุโสสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสายงานอาเซียนและโลจิสติกส์ เข้าร่วมเป็นเกียรติในพิธีเปิดงานแสดงสินค้าระดับภูมิภาค “The 5th MEGA SHOW Bangkok” และ “The 2nd MEGA HALAL Bangkok 2026” ณ บริเวณ Foyer ฮอลล์ 7 ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์
ภายในงาน ได้รับเกียรติจาก นายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล นายกรัฐมนตรี เป็นประธานในพิธี ท่ามกลางคณะผู้บริหารจาก Comasia Limited ตลอดจนผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนที่เข้าร่วม
ทั้งนี้ พิธีเปิดจัดขึ้นภายใต้แนวคิด “Opening the Gate to the Global Halal Economy” (เปิดประตูสู่เศรษฐกิจฮาลาลโลก) โดยนายกรัฐมนตรีได้นำคณะผู้แทนร่วมชมการแสดงชุดพิเศษ พร้อมทั้งเยี่ยมชมบูธนิทรรศการต่าง ๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนการจับคู่ธุรกิจและการร่วมลงทุนระหว่างผู้ประกอบการไทยและต่างประเทศ
การจัดงานครั้งนี้ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศในกลุ่มอาเซียน (ASEAN Cross-border Trade) ด้วยการเชื่อมโยงผู้ซื้อจากทั่วโลกเข้ากับผู้ผลิตและซัพพลายเออร์ชั้นนำจากภูมิภาคเอเชีย
พื้นที่จัดแสดงสินค้าแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน ได้แก่
MEGA SHOW Bangkok ครั้งที่ 5 จัดแสดงสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภคและสินค้าไลฟ์สไตล์ที่เป็นที่ต้องการในตลาดอาเซียน อาทิ ของตกแต่งบ้านและของขวัญ เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าและอุปกรณ์ภายในบ้าน อุปกรณ์ฮาร์ดแวร์และอุปกรณ์กลางแจ้ง เครื่องเขียน ตลอดจนสินค้าลิขสิทธิ์และอาร์ตทอย
MEGA HALAL Bangkok ครั้งที่ 2 เวทีเชื่อมโยงสำคัญของอุตสาหกรรมฮาลาลระดับโลกใจกลางอาเซียน โดยมุ่งเน้นกลุ่มอาหารและเครื่องดื่มฮาลาล ผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อสุขภาพและสุขภาวะ สินค้าเพื่อความงาม และแฟชั่นฮาลาล
ทั้งนี้ การผนึกกำลังจัดงานทั้งสองงานร่วมกันในครั้งนี้ จะเป็นแรงขับเคลื่อนสำคัญในการสร้างโอกาสทางการค้า ยกระดับมาตรฐานการผลิตสินค้าและบริการของไทยสู่ระดับสากล พร้อมทั้งขับเคลื่อนห่วงโซ่อุปทานของอุตสาหกรรมฮาลาลและสินค้าไลฟ์สไตล์ให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน

On July 15, 2026, Mr. Wethit Chokwatana, Senior Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and Chairman of the ASEAN and Logistics Sector, attended the opening ceremony of the regional trade exhibitions “The 5th MEGA SHOW Bangkok” and “The 2nd MEGA HALAL Bangkok 2026” at the Foyer of Hall 7, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
The event was honored by Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, the Prime Minister, who presided over the ceremony, along with executives from Comasia Limited and representatives from both government and private sectors in attendance.
The opening ceremony was held under the theme “Opening the Gate to the Global Halal Economy,” with the Prime Minister leading the delegation to view a special performance and visit various exhibition booths to support business matching and investment collaborations between Thai and foreign entrepreneurs.
This event represents a significant step in promoting international trade within the ASEAN (ASEAN Cross-border Trade) by connecting buyers from around the world with leading producers and suppliers from the Asia region.
The exhibition area is divided into two segments:
MEGA SHOW Bangkok, featuring consumer goods and lifestyle products in demand in the ASEAN market, such as home decor and gifts, electrical appliances and household items, hardware and outdoor equipment, stationery, as well as licensed products and art toys.
MEGA HALAL Bangkok serves as a crucial platform for the global halal industry in the heart of ASEAN, focusing on halal food and beverages, health and wellness products, beauty products, and halal fashion.
Moreover, the joint organization of both events will be a significant driving force in creating trade opportunities and elevating the standards of Thai products and services to an international level, while also advancing the supply chain of the halal industry and lifestyle products to grow sustainably.
