เมื่อวันที่ 10 กันยายน 2568 ภก.เชิญพร เต็งอำนวย รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดงาน MEDICAL FAIR THAILAND 2025 ณ ศูนย์นิทรรศการและการประชุมไบเทค บางนา
ภก.เชิญพร กล่าวว่า ไทยได้รับการยอมรับมายาวนานว่าเป็นศูนย์กลางการดูแลสุขภาพในอาเซียน ด้วยโรงพยาบาลมาตรฐานสากลกว่า 60 แห่ง บุคลากรแพทย์ที่เชี่ยวชาญ และภาคเอกชนที่แข็งแกร่ง อีกทั้งยังเป็นจุดหมายด้านการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพชั้นนำ โดยคาดว่าตลาดเครื่องมือแพทย์ไทยจะเติบโตสูงถึง 2.5 พันล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐภายในปี 2571
ส.อ.ท. กำหนดยุทธศาสตร์ “4 GO” ได้แก่ GO Digital & AI, GO Innovation, GO Global และ GO Green เพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถการแข่งขัน พร้อมตั้ง คลัสเตอร์อุตสาหกรรมสุขภาพและความงาม ครอบคลุม 7 กลุ่มหลัก ได้แก่ ยา อาหารและเครื่องดื่ม เครื่องมือแพทย์ สมุนไพร เครื่องสำอาง ผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหาร และเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพ อีกทั้งยังส่งเสริมให้ผู้ประกอบการยานยนต์ปรับสายการผลิตสู่การทำเครื่องมือแพทย์ เช่น อุปกรณ์ช่วยหายใจ และชิ้นส่วนวินิจฉัย
งาน MEDICAL FAIR THAILAND 2025 จึงไม่ใช่เพียงเวทีแสดงสินค้า แต่ยังเป็นแพลตฟอร์มสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรม ความร่วมมือ และความก้าวหน้าอย่างยั่งยืน ซึ่งจะช่วยเสริมบทบาทของไทยในการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีการแพทย์และระบบสุขภาพทั้งระดับภูมิภาคและระดับโลก
สำหรับงานครั้งที่ 11 จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 10-12 กันยายน 2568 ณ ไบเทค บางนา บนพื้นที่กว่า 20,000 ตารางเมตร โดยมีผู้ประกอบการกว่า 1,000 รายจาก 40 ประเทศ นำเสนอเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมการแพทย์ครบวงจร ตั้งแต่อุปกรณ์โรงพยาบาล เครื่องมือวินิจฉัย Health Tech ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) จนถึงการผลิตขั้นสูง พร้อมการประชุมและสัมมนาวิชาการเพื่ออัปเดตเทรนด์ล่าสุด ถือเป็นโอกาสทั้งด้านธุรกิจ การแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ และการสร้างเครือข่าย ยกระดับอุตสาหกรรมการแพทย์และสาธารณสุขของไทยให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน
On September 10, 2025, Ph.D. Chernporn Tang-amnuay, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), had the honor of presiding over the opening ceremony of MEDICAL FAIR THAILAND 2025 at the BITEC Bangna Exhibition and Convention Center.
Ph.D. Chernporn stated that Thailand has long been recognized as a healthcare hub in ASEAN, with over 60 internationally accredited hospitals, skilled medical professionals, and a robust private sector. Additionally, it is a leading destination for medical tourism, with the Thai medical device market expected to grow to USD 2.5 billion by 2028.
FTI has defined a “4 GO” strategy, including GO Digital & AI, GO Innovation, GO Global, and GO Green, to enhance competitive capabilities. It has also established a health and beauty industry cluster encompassing seven key groups: pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, medical devices, herbs, cosmetics, dietary supplements, and biotechnology. Furthermore, it encourages automotive manufacturers to pivot their production lines toward medical devices, such as respiratory aids and diagnostic components.
The MEDICAL FAIR THAILAND 2025 is not just a product showcase but also a vital platform for driving innovation, collaboration, and sustainable advancement, which will help strengthen Thailand's role in developing medical technology and health systems at both regional and global levels.
For its 11th iteration, the event is held from September 10-12, 2025, at BITEC Bangna, covering an area of over 20,000 square meters. More than 1,000 exhibitors from 40 countries present comprehensive medical technologies and innovations, ranging from hospital equipment, diagnostic tools, Health Tech, artificial intelligence (AI), to advanced manufacturing, alongside conferences and seminars to update on the latest trends. This event represents an opportunity for business, knowledge exchange, and networking, elevating the Thai medical and public health industry to grow sustainably.
