เมื่อวันที่ 3 กันยายน 2568 นายวิวรรธน์ เหมมณฑารพ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสถาบันนวัตกรรมเพื่ออุตสาหกรรม พร้อมด้วยนายปรนนท์ ฐิตะวรรโณ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และ ประธานสถาบันเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่ออุตสาหกรรม และ ดร. วิบูลย์ รักสาสน์เจริญผล กรรมการบริหาร ส.อ.ท. ให้การต้อนรับ Kjell Håkan Närfelt หัวหน้าทีมวางแผนกลยุทธ์ องค์กร Vinnova จากประเทศสวีเดน ณ ห้องประชุมมงคลสุธี ชั้น 8 ส.อ.ท.
ในการหารือครั้งนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบนวัตกรรมของทั้งสองประเทศ พร้อมทั้งหารือถึงโอกาสความร่วมมือในอนาคต โดยผู้แทนจาก Vinnova ได้เสนอแนะว่า ประเทศไทยควรใช้จุดแข็งด้านอุตสาหกรรมอาหารและภาคเกษตรกรรม มาต่อยอดสู่การพัฒนา FoodTech ผ่านการส่งเสริมนวัตกรรมเชิงระบบ นอกจากนี้ ยังได้เน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการสร้างระบบนิเวศนวัตกรรม (Innovation Ecosystem) ด้วยการเชื่อมโยงความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐ ภาคธุรกิจ และสถาบันการศึกษา เพื่อขับเคลื่อนโครงการนวัตกรรมให้เกิดผลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน
ทั้งนี้ ประเทศสวีเดน ถือเป็นประเทศที่สองในยุโรปที่มีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับ Strategic Partnership กับประเทศไทย โดยมีความร่วมมือในหลายด้าน โดยเฉพาะด้านนวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยี และการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรม
On September 3, 2025, Mr. Wiwatan Hemmantharap, Vice President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and President of the Innovation Institute for Industry, along with Mr. Pannath Thitaworn, Vice President of the FTI and President of the Institute of Information Technology and Communication for Industry, and Dr. Wiboon Ruksasancharoen, Executive Committee Member of the FTI, welcomed Kjell Håkan Närfelt, Head of Strategic Planning at Vinnova, from Sweden at the Mongkolsuthee Meeting Room, 8th Floor, FTI.
During this discussion, both parties exchanged knowledge and strategies for developing innovation systems in their respective countries and discussed future collaboration opportunities. A representative from Vinnova suggested that Thailand should leverage its strengths in the food and agriculture industries to advance FoodTech through the promotion of systemic innovation. Additionally, the importance of creating an innovation ecosystem was emphasized, which involves linking cooperation between the government, business sector, and educational institutions to effectively and sustainably drive innovation projects.
Sweden is the second country in Europe to have a Strategic Partnership with Thailand, with cooperation in various areas, particularly innovation, technology, and industrial development.
