เมื่อวันที่ 29 สิงหาคม 2568 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วยนางสาวเพชรรัตน์ เอกแสงกุล รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และคณะกรรมการ ส.อ.ท. ได้ให้การต้อนรับนายณรงค์ บุญเสถียรวงศ์ ผู้อำนวยการใหญ่ สำนักงานการค้าและเศรษฐกิจไทย ไทเป และผู้แทนหน่วยงานนวัตกรรมจากหน่วยงาน Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) Institute for Information Industry (III) และ Taipei Computer Association (TCA) ณ ส.อ.ท.
การหารือครั้งนี้ มีเป้าหมายเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดและสร้างความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม โดยเน้นใน 3 ด้านสำคัญ ได้แก่ ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) การพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านเทคโนโลยี (AI Workforce) และอุตสาหกรรมเซมิคอนดักเตอร์ ซึ่งเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการยกระดับขีดความสามารถการแข่งขันของทั้งสองประเทศ โดยเชื่อมั่นว่าความร่วมมือครั้งนี้จะเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการยกระดับศักยภาพของอุตสาหกรรมไทย พร้อมสร้างโอกาสในการขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางธุรกิจและวิชาการระหว่างไทย–ไต้หวัน ให้มีความแน่นแฟ้นและยั่งยืนยิ่งขึ้น
On August 29, 2025, Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Ms. Pechharat Aeksangkul, Vice Chairman of FTI, and the FTI Board of Directors, welcomed Mr. Narong Boonsermwang, Director-General of the Thai Trade and Economic Office in Taipei, and representatives from innovation agencies including the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Institute for Information Industry (III), and Taipei Computer Association (TCA) at FTI.
The discussion aimed to exchange ideas and foster collaboration in the development of technology and innovation, focusing on three key areas: Artificial Intelligence (AI), AI Workforce development, and the semiconductor industry, which serve as essential foundations for enhancing the competitive capabilities of both countries. It is believed that this collaboration will be a significant step in boosting the potential of the Thai industry while creating opportunities to expand business and academic cooperation networks between Thailand and Taiwan to be stronger and more sustainable.
