เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ 12 กรกฎาคม 2568 สภาอุตสาหกรรมภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จัดประชุมคณะกรรมการสภาอุตสาหกรรมภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ครั้งที่ 2/2568 (3) โดยมี พ.ท.วรายุส์ ตรีวัฒนสุวรรณ ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดอุดรธานี พร้อมคณะฯ ให้การต้อนรับ และนายสมยศ ชาญจึงถาวร ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ กล่าวเปิดการประชุม ณ ห้องทุ่งศรีเมือง 1 โรงแรมเซ็นทาราอุดร จังหวัดอุดรธานี
การประชุมในครั้งนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจากนายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธาน ส.อ.ท. ได้ให้ข้อมูลถึงมาตรการภาษีสหรัฐอเมริกา (Reciprocal Tariff) พร้อมด้วยนายทวี ปิยะพัฒนารองประธานอาวุโส ส.อ.ท. และรองประธาน ส.อ.ท. นายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ นายธนารักษ์ พงษ์เภตรา และนายธวัชชัย เฮงประเสริฐ รวมทั้งนายอภิสิทธิ์ เตชะนิธิสวัสดิ์ ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมภาคกลาง เข้าร่วมประชุม เพื่อเสนอแนะข้อมูลในการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด และรับฟังประเด็นปัญหาความเดือดร้อนของสมาชิกในพื้นที่ โดยมีประเด็นนำเสนอที่สำคัญ ดังนี้
1) การนำเสนอข้อมูลการลงทุนในภาคอีสานบนหลักการวิเคราะห์มาตรการช่วยนักลงทุนไทยได้ประโยชน์สูงสุด
2) ความเดือดร้อนจากการปรับขึ้นค่าแรงขั้นต่ำ 400 บาท / วัน เมื่อวันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2568 ในธุรกิจโรงแรม 4 ดาวขึ้นไป ได้รับผลกระทบต่อต้นทุนที่สูงขึ้น โดยไม่มีเวลาปรับตัวเพื่อรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลง
3) ขอความอนุเคราะห์เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายในการวางท่อลอดในเขตทางหลวง จาก บจก.สงวนวงษ์อุตสาหกรรม เพื่อจ่ายน้ำให้แก่กลุ่มเกษตรกรในพื้นที่
4) ความคืบหน้าเรื่องร้องเรียนจากสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ กรณีขอปรับเงื่อนไขส่งเสริมการลงทุน ประเภทกิจการขยายพันธุ์สัตว์ของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน (BOI)
5) การขอให้ประธานสภาจังหวัด มอบหมายให้เจ้าหน้าที่จังหวัด ประสานสมาชิกในการลงข้อมูล หรือหาข้อมูลสินค้าและบริการจากสมาชิกมาลงระบบ เพื่อทำ Provincial E-Catalog ขยายโอกาสทางการค้า
6) การรายงานความคืบหน้าผลการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มจังหวัด (5 กลุ่มจังหวัด)
On Saturday, July 12, 2025, the Federation of Thai Industries Northeastern Region held its 2nd/2025 (3) meeting of the Northeastern Regional Industry Council, where Lieutenant Colonel Varayut Triwatthanasuwan, President of the Udonthani Provincial Industry Council, and his team welcomed the attendees. Mr. Somyot Chanjuengthavorn, President of the FTI Northeastern Region, officially opened the meeting at Thung Sri Muang Room 1, Centara Udonthani Hotel, Udonthani Province.
This meeting was honored by Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukul, President of the FTI, who provided information regarding the United States' Reciprocal Tariff measures, along with Senior Vice President of the FTI Mr. Thavee Piyapattan, Vice Presidents Mr. Apichit Pasaprat, Mr. Thanarak Phongphetra, Mr. Thawatchai Hengprasert, and Mr. Apisit Techanitisawat, President of the Central Industry Council, participated in the meeting to offer suggestions on promoting and supporting the operations of the provincial industry councils and to listen to the pressing issues faced by members in the region. The key points presented included:
1) Presentation of investment data in the Northeastern region based on principles that maximize benefits for Thai investors.
2) Concerns regarding the increase of the minimum wage to 400 Baht/day, effective July 1, 2025, which has impacted costs in the 4-star hotel sector without providing time to adapt to these changes.
3) A request for assistance regarding laws for pipeline installation in highway areas from Sanguan Wong Industrial Co., Ltd. to supply water to local farmers.
4) Progress on complaints from the Buriram Provincial Industry Council regarding the request to amend investment promotion conditions for livestock breeding projects from the Board of Investment (BOI).
5) A request for the province council president to assign provincial officials to coordinate with members to enter data or gather information on products and services from members into the system for the creation of a Provincial E-Catalog to expand trade opportunities.
6) A report on the progress of the provincial group operations (5 provincial groups).
