เมื่อวันที่ 3 กรกฎาคม 2568 นายอิศเรศ รัตนดิลก ณ ภูเก็ต รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานเปิดงานสัมมนา “Parts Transformation: ทางเลือก – ทางรอด ชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ไทย” ร่วมกับนายสุพจน์ สุขพิศาล ประธานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนและอะไหล่ยานยนต์ ส.อ.ท. ณ ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์
งานสัมมนาครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นการรวมพลังเพื่อหาคำตอบสำคัญว่าอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ไทยจะอยู่รอดและเติบโตอย่างไรในยุคที่โลกเปลี่ยนไปสู่ยานยนต์ไฟฟ้าและเทคโนโลยีใหม่
นายอิศเรศ กล่าวว่า ประเทศไทยมีความจำเป็นต้องขับเคลื่อนภาคอุตสาหกรรมใหม่ ให้เป็น New Growth Engine โดยเฉพาะอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ที่กำลังประสบกับความท้าทาย โดย ส.อ.ท. ให้ความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งกับการเปลี่ยนผ่านของอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ไทยสู่อนาคต หรือ Part Transformation
"วันนี้รู้สึกยินดีที่ได้เห็นผู้ประกอบการทุกท่านมีความตื่นตัว เพราะนี่คือก้าวสำคัญที่จะช่วยสร้างความแข็งแกร่งและยั่งยืนให้กับเศรษฐกิจไทยและผู้ประกอบการในอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ในระยะยาว" นายอิศเรศ กล่าว
ด้านนายสุพจน์ กล่าวถึงสถานการณ์อุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ไทยว่า แม้ปี 2568 จะตั้งเป้าการผลิตไว้ที่ 1.5 ล้านคัน เพิ่มขึ้นจากปีก่อนเล็กน้อย แต่ยอดขายในประเทศยังคงหดตัว โดยเฉพาะรถกระบะที่ยอดขายลดลงกว่า 20% ในภาคอีสานและภาคกลาง เนื่องจากภาวะหนี้ครัวเรือนและเศรษฐกิจที่ยังชะลอตัว ขณะเดียวกันยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า (EV) ก็กำลังเข้ามาเปลี่ยนโฉมอุตสาหกรรมอย่างรวดเร็ว ผู้ประกอบการชิ้นส่วนฯ จึงต้องเร่งมองหาโอกาสใหม่เพื่อความอยู่รอดและการเติบโตอย่างมั่นคงในอนาคต
งานนี้ได้รับการตอบรับเป็นอย่างดี โดยบรรยากาศภายในงานเต็มไปด้วยความสนใจจากผู้ประกอบการชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์และกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมต่าง ๆ ที่มาร่วมรับฟังและแลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดกับวิทยากร โดยหลังจากช่วงกล่าวเปิดงาน วิทยากรต่างได้ถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์การเปลี่ยนผ่านธุรกิจของตนเองอย่างเข้มข้น สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพของผู้ประกอบการไทยที่พร้อมจะปรับตัวสู่อนาคต
ดร.เกรียงศักดิ์ วงศ์พร้อมรัตน์ ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันยานยนต์ เปิดมุมมองใหม่ที่น่าสนใจด้านการพัฒนาชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ไทยสู่อุตสาหกรรมระบบราง โดยชี้ให้เห็นว่า รถไฟฟ้าจะมีตลาดเฉพาะกลุ่ม (Niche Market) ที่มีแนวโน้มเติบโตสูง โดยดร.เกรียงศักดิ์เผยว่า สถาบันยานยนต์ได้ทำข้อตกลงความร่วมมือกับสถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีระบบราง (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ สทร. และ Blue Engineering S.r.l. ประเทศอิตาลี เพื่อพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมระบบรางของไทย ทั้งนี้ ยังตัวอย่างประเทศตุรกีที่ประสบความสำเร็จในการส่งออกรถไฟ และกล่าวว่า "ถ้าตุรกีทำได้ ทำไมไทยจะทำไม่ได้"
ด้าน ดร.เอกรัตน์ ไวยนิตย์ ผู้อำนวยการการขนส่งระบบรางและขนส่งสมัยใหม่ ศูนย์เทคโนโลยีโลหะและวัสดุแห่งชาติ หรือ MTEC เล่าถึงโครงการที่ท้าทายและน่าตื่นเต้น ด้านการพัฒนารถค้ำคูณสู่ระบบนิเวศธุรกิจแห่งอนาคตว่า "แม้ต้นแบบรถค้ำคูณจะประสบความสำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย แต่ยังมีความท้าทายในเชิงธุรกิจทั้งด้านการผลิตและการขนส่ง" ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นว่าการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีเพียงอย่างเดียวไม่เพียงพอ ต้องมีการพัฒนาทั้งระบบเพื่อให้เกิดความยั่งยืนทางธุรกิจ
นายชรัคร ตรังอดิศัยกุล กรรมการผู้จัดการบริษัท BKF Aerospace เล่าถึง "การเติบโตแบบ Exponential" จากจุดเริ่มต้นเพียง 50,000 ดอลลาร์ในปี 2555 วันนี้บริษัทครองพื้นที่ 4,240 ตารางเมตร พนักงาน 330 คน ผลิตชิ้นส่วนการบินกว่า 2,100 รายการ ด้วยอัตราการเติบโต CAGR ถึง 72% แต่ความสำเร็จมาพร้อมความท้าทายทั้งในระดับโลก ระดับประเทศ และระดับบริษัท
นางสาววัชรา ลี้โกมลชัย ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร จาก CLP Group พลิกวิกฤตเป็นโอกาส เมื่อการแข่งขันจากจีนทำให้ต้องคิดใหม่ทำใหม่ จาก "ผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์" สู่ "ผู้สร้างนวัตกรรมเครื่องจักรกลการเกษตร" ด้วยเครื่องสีข้าวมาตรฐานญี่ปุ่นในราคาที่ SMEs ไทยเอื้อมถึง ไม่หยุดเพียงเท่านั้น CLP Group ยังสร้าง "Ecosystem เกษตรแบบครบวงจร" ตั้งแต่เครื่องจักรต้นน้ำ ระบบชลประทาน ไปจนถึงการแปรรูปปลายน้ำ พร้อมศูนย์เรียนรู้และ Innovation Park เพื่อยกระดับเกษตรกรไทยสู่ "Smart Farmer" อย่างแท้จริง
ด้านนายณภูมิ ไวทยะพัฒน์ จากผู้จัดการโรงงาน จาก C.C. Autopart เล่าถึงการเปลี่ยนผ่านที่ไม่มีใครคิดว่าจะเป็นไปได้ จากผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้าน Metal Forming กว่า 35 ปี สู่การผลิต Dental Unit หรือยูนิตทันตกรรมครบวงจร โดยนายณภูมิได้เน้นย้ำถึง 4 ปัจจัยสำคัญของการ Transform ได้แก่ การศึกษาตลาดเป้าหมายอย่างละเอียด การปรับปรุงมาตรฐานโรงงาน การสร้างระบบโลจิสติกส์ที่เข้มแข็ง และการพัฒนาทักษะบุคลากร
นางสาวศิรพรรณ อ่อนอรรถ กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท O.E.I. Part บอกเล่าการเดินทางสู่ "Silicon Valley แห่งเอเชีย" เริ่มจาก Business Matching ปี 2558 "เราเริ่ม SOP ในปี 2559 และปัจจุบันมีสัดส่วนรายได้จากอุตสาหกรรมเซมิคอนดักเตอร์และไฟฟ้ากว่า 30% จากเดิมที่พึ่งพาอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์เกือบ 90%" นางสาวศิรพรรณเผย โดยการปรับตัวครั้งนี้ไม่ใช่แค่เปลี่ยนสินค้า แต่คือการยกระดับทุกมิติ ทั้ง Chemical Composition ที่ต้องแม่นยำ Precision Tolerance ที่เข้มงวดขึ้น และ Cleanliness Standards ที่สูงกว่าเดิมหลายเท่า
กุญแจสำคัญ คือ การวางแผนที่ดี ใช้จุดแข็งที่มีอยู่ และพร้อมปรับตัวรับการเปลี่ยนแปลง พร้อมกับการสนับสนุนที่เหมาะสมจากภาครัฐ
การเปลี่ยนผ่านครั้งนี้ไม่ใช่เพียงการเอาตัวรอดจากวิกฤต แต่เป็นการสร้างโอกาสใหม่ที่จะช่วยสร้างความแข็งแกร่งให้กับเศรษฐกิจไทยในระยะยาวต่อไป
งานสัมมนาครั้งนี้พิสูจน์ให้เห็นชัดเจนว่า "Parts Transformation" ไม่ใช่แค่คำพูด แต่คือการลงมือทำจริงของผู้ประกอบการไทย ที่พร้อมจะพลิกโฉมจาก "ผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วน" สู่ "ผู้นำนวัตกรรม" ในอุตสาหกรรมใหม่ เพื่อสร้างอนาคตที่ยั่งยืนให้กับเศรษฐกิจไทยต่อไป
On July 3, 2025, Mr. Isares Rattanadilok na Phuket, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), had the honor of presiding over the seminar "Parts Transformation: Options - Survival for Thai Automotive Parts," together with Mr. Supatch Sukphisan, Chairman of the Automotive Parts and Accessories Industry Group at FTI, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
This seminar serves as a gathering of efforts to seek crucial answers on how the Thai automotive parts industry can survive and thrive as the world transitions to electric vehicles and new technologies.
Mr. Isares stated that Thailand needs to drive its industrial sector forward to become a New Growth Engine, especially in the automotive parts industry which is currently facing significant challenges. FTI places great importance on the transition of the Thai automotive industry into the future, or Part Transformation.
"Today, I am pleased to see all entrepreneurs being proactive because this is a critical step that will help strengthen and sustain the Thai economy and the automotive parts industry in the long term," said Mr. Isares.
Meanwhile, Mr. Supatch addressed the situation of the Thai automotive industry, noting that although 2025 targets production at 1.5 million units, a slight increase from the previous year, domestic sales continue to contract, particularly in pickup trucks where sales have dropped by over 20% in the Northeast and Central regions due to household debt and a sluggish economy. Additionally, electric vehicles (EV) are rapidly transforming the industry, prompting parts manufacturers to seek new opportunities for survival and stable growth in the future.
This event received an enthusiastic response, with an atmosphere full of interest from automotive parts entrepreneurs and various industrial groups who gathered to listen and exchange ideas with the speakers. After the opening remarks, the speakers shared experiences regarding their own business transitions intensely, reflecting the potential of Thai entrepreneurs who are ready to adapt to the future.
Dr. Kriangsak Wongphratorn, Director of the Automotive Institute, opened up interesting new perspectives on developing Thai automotive parts for the rail systems industry. He highlighted that electric trains will have a niche market with significant growth potential. Dr. Kriangsak revealed that the Automotive Institute has signed a cooperation agreement with the Railway Technology Research and Development Institute (Public Organization) or STR, and Blue Engineering S.r.l. from Italy to develop Thailand's rail systems industry. He also cited Turkey as an example of a country that has successfully exported trains, stating, "If Turkey can do it, why can't Thailand?"
In addition, Dr. Ekarat Wainit, Director of the Rail and Modern Transport System, National Metal and Materials Technology Center, or MTEC, discussed the exciting and challenging project focused on developing multiplier vehicles towards the future business ecosystem, stating that "even though the prototype vehicles have achieved their goals, there are still business challenges regarding production and transportation." This emphasizes that developing technology alone is insufficient; comprehensive systemic development is necessary for sustainable business.
Mr. Charak Trangadisai, Managing Director of BKF Aerospace, shared his journey of "Exponential Growth," starting with just $50,000 in 2012. Today, the company occupies 4,240 square meters, employs 330 people, and produces over 2,100 aviation parts with a CAGR of 72%. However, this success comes with challenges at the global, national, and company levels.
Ms. Watchara Leekomolchai, Chief Executive Officer of CLP Group, transformed crises into opportunities when competition from China necessitated a reinvention from "automotive parts manufacturer" to "agricultural machinery innovator," utilizing Japanese-standard rice milling machines priced affordably for Thai SMEs. Not stopping there, CLP Group has also created a "comprehensive agricultural ecosystem," encompassing upstream machinery, irrigation systems, and downstream processing, along with a learning center and Innovation Park to elevate Thai farmers to become true "Smart Farmers."
Furthermore, Mr. Napoom Wityapat, Factory Manager from C.C. Autopart, recounted an unexpected transition from 35 years of expertise in metal forming for automotive parts to producing complete dental units. He emphasized four key factors for transformation, including detailed target market research, factory standard improvements, robust logistics system creation, and personnel skill development.
Ms. Siraporn Onart, Managing Director of O.E.I. Part, shared her journey towards becoming the "Silicon Valley of Asia," starting from business matching in 2015. "We began SOPs in 2016 and currently derive over 30% of our revenue from the semiconductor and electrical industry, down from nearly 90% reliance on the automotive sector," she disclosed. This adaptation involves not just product changes but a complete elevation across all dimensions, including precise chemical composition, stricter precision tolerance, and significantly higher cleanliness standards.
The key to success lies in good planning, leveraging existing strengths, and being ready to adapt to changes, alongside appropriate support from the government.
This transition is not merely about surviving a crisis but about creating new opportunities that will help strengthen the Thai economy in the long term.
This seminar clearly demonstrates that "Parts Transformation" is not just a phrase but a real endeavor by Thai entrepreneurs who are ready to transform from "parts producers" to "innovation leaders" in a new industry to create a sustainable future for the Thai economy.
