ส.อ.ท. จับมือกรมการค้าต่างประเทศ เสริมเกราะผู้ส่งออกไทย อบรมเข้ม “การตรวจสอบถิ่นกำเนิดสินค้า” เจาะตลาดสหรัฐฯFTI Collaborates with the Department of Foreign Trade to Strengthen Thai Exporters' Preparedness with Intensive Training on 'Product Origin Verification' for the U.S. Market

On Tuesday, June 24, 2025, the Membership Relations, Activities, and Revenue Department of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) partnered with the Department of Foreign Trade to conduct a training session titled 'Product Origin Verification for Goods under Surveillance for the United States.' Mr. Nawa Janthanasurakorn, Vice Chairman of FTI, graciously welcomed the participants, and Mrs. Chanintr Rimjaroen, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Foreign Trade, officially opened the training. Additionally, Mr. Chayut Sripean, Deputy Secretary-General of FTI and Chairman of the Certification Working Group, outlined the objectives of the training at Meeting Room 802, 8th Floor, FTI.

This training was organized to provide knowledge about the product origin rules for both general and surveillance goods destined for the United States, as well as the procedures for applying for product origin verification. This will prepare operators for exporting to the U.S. in compliance with regulations. The event attracted the interest of over 460 participants from FTI members and the private sector, both onsite and online, reflecting the heightened awareness of Thai operators in adapting to international trade measures.
