ระหว่างวันที่ 18 – 24 มิถุนายน 2568 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสภาธุรกิจไทย-รัสเซีย พร้อมด้วยนายชาติชาย พานิชชีวะ และนายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. เข้าร่วมงาน Russian - Thai Business Dialogue จัดโดย Russian-Thai Business Council (RTBC) ซึ่งจัดขึ้นควบคู่กับการประชุม St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) 2025 ณ เมืองเซนต์ปีเตอร์สเบิร์ก สหพันธรัฐรัสเซีย
การประชุมครั้งนี้นับเป็นเวทีสำคัญครั้งแรกในการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ทางเศรษฐกิจระหว่างไทยและรัสเซีย โดยผู้แทนทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล แสดงวิสัยทัศน์ และหาแนวทางความร่วมมือในหลากหลายสาขา อาทิ อุตสาหกรรม ยานยนต์ พลังงาน การแพทย์ การท่องเที่ยว โลจิสติกส์ อาหาร ไปจนถึงเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและภาพยนตร์
คณะผู้แทนไทยประกอบด้วยภาครัฐและเอกชนรวม 16 คน อาทิ นายอุเมส ปานเดย์ ผู้แทนการค้าไทย นายศศิวัฒน์ ว่องสินสวัสดิ์ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงมอสโก นายบุญเสริม ขันแก้ว รองผู้แทนกรมการท่องเที่ยว ผู้แทนสภาดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งประเทศไทย และผู้แทนภาคเอกชน
นอกจากนี้ คณะไทยยังได้เข้าพบและหารือกับองค์กรชั้นนำของรัสเซีย เช่น
• Positive Technologies Co,ltd เป็นหนึ่งในผู้นำด้าน Cybersecurity ของรัสเซียและมีบทบาทระดับโลก พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และโซลูชันด้านความปลอดภัย
• Rosatom Group หารือด้านการลงทุนระบบพลังงานนิวเคลียร์สะอาด
• Skolkovo Innovation Center - ศูนย์นวัตกรรมแห่งชาติรัสเซีย (Skolkovo Innovation Center)
• Wildberry Group เป็นบริษัท E-Commerce และมาร์เก็ตเพลสรายใหญ่ที่สุดของรัสเซีย ซึ่งถือครองส่วนแบ่งตลาดอีคอมเมิร์ซในรัสเซียประมาณ 47%
• Leningrad Region ของรัสเซีย – การพัฒนาพื้นที่เขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษสำหรับนักลงทุนต่างชาติ ที่สามารถถือครองพื้นที่ได้ 100% และ สิทธิประโยชน์ด้านการลงทุน
• RAKETA Watch – โรงงานผลิตนาฬิกาแบรนด์ชั้นนำของประเทศรัสเซีย ก่อตั้งในปี ค.ศ. 1961 เป็นโรงงานผลิตนาฬิกาที่เก่าแก่ที่สุดแห่งหนึ่ง ในโลกชั้นนำของประเทศรัสเซีย
• Robbo Co.,ltd - บริษัทรัสเซีย-ฟินแลนด์ ด้านสื่อการสอนเชิงวิศวกรรมและหุ่นยนต์ สำหรับสถาบันการศึกษา
การเข้าร่วมเวทีครั้งนี้ของ ส.อ.ท. สะท้อนบทบาทเชิงรุกในการขยายโอกาสทางธุรกิจและการลงทุนระหว่างไทยกับตลาดใหม่อย่างรัสเซีย พร้อมสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือที่เข้มแข็งในเวทีระดับนานาชาติ
From June 18 to June 24, 2025, Mr. Kriangkrai Thiennukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and Chairman of the Thai-Russian Business Council, along with Mr. Chatchai Panitcheewa and Mr. Apichit Pasornprat, Vice Chairmen of FTI, participated in the Russian - Thai Business Dialogue organized by the Russian-Thai Business Council (RTBC) held alongside the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) 2025 in Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation.
This meeting is considered the first important platform for strengthening economic relations between Thailand and Russia, where representatives from both sides exchanged information, shared visions, and sought collaboration across various sectors, including industry, automotive, energy, medicine, tourism, logistics, food, as well as digital technology and film.
The Thai delegation consisted of a total of 16 representatives from both the public and private sectors, including Mr. Umes Panday, Thai Trade Representative, Mr. Sasivath Wongsinsawat, Ambassador to Moscow, Mr. Boonserm Kankaew, Deputy Director of the Tourism Department, a representative from the Digital Economy and Society Development Agency, and representatives from the private sector.
Additionally, the Thai delegation also met and held discussions with leading organizations in Russia such as:
• Positive Technologies Co, ltd, a leader in cybersecurity in Russia and a major global player, developing security products and solutions.
• Rosatom Group, discussing investment in clean nuclear energy systems.
• Skolkovo Innovation Center - the National Innovation Center of Russia.
• Wildberry Group, the largest e-commerce and marketplace company in Russia, holding approximately 47% of the e-commerce market share in Russia.
• Leningrad Region of Russia – developing a special economic zone for foreign investors, where they can own 100% of their area and enjoy investment incentives.
• RAKETA Watch – a leading watch manufacturing factory in Russia, established in 1961, is one of the oldest watch manufacturing facilities in leading countries in Russia.
• Robbo Co., ltd - a Russia-Finland company specializing in engineering education and robotics for educational institutions.
FTI's participation in this dialogue reflects its proactive role in expanding business and investment opportunities between Thailand and new markets like Russia, while also creating strong collaborative networks on an international platform.
