ระหว่างวันที่ 9-10 มิถุนายน 2568 สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้จัดการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ เพื่อจัดทำแผนยุทธศาสตร์ส่งเสริมภาคอุตสาหกรรมและผู้ประกอบการขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (SME) ในพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออก พร้อมกับการประชุมคณะกรรมการสภาอุตสาหกรรมภาคตะวันออก (สัญจร) ครั้งที่ 5/2568 ซึ่งเป็นการรวมตัวของผู้นำและผู้ขับเคลื่อนภาคอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อมุ่งสู่เป้าหมายในการยกระดับศักยภาพ SME ไทยให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน โดยภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจาก นายทวี ปิยะพัฒนา รองประธานอาวุโส ส.อ.ท. และประธานสายงานส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงาน และมี นายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และประธานสถาบันวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต (SMI) กล่าวต้อนรับและชี้แจงวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดงาน ณ โรงแรม เดอะ โพเอ็ม จังหวัดระยอง
สำหรับวันที่ 9 มิถุนายน 2568 มีการประชุมจัดทำแผนยุทธศาสตร์ ส่งเสริมภาคอุตสาหกรรมและ SME และคณะกรรมการสภาอุตสาหกรรมภาคตะวันออกได้เข้าร่วมการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Workshop) และรับฟังการบรรยายในหัวข้อ “Critical & Systematic Thinking” ซึ่งเป็นหัวใจสำคัญในการพัฒนาทักษะการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์และเป็นระบบ
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการระดมสมองเพื่อหาแนวทางการพัฒนา SME ตามนโยบาย 4GO ดำเนินการWorkshop โดยนายสมภพ ธีระสานต์ เลขาธิการสภาอุตสาหกรรมภาคกลาง ซึ่งเป็นการวางรากฐานเพื่อขับเคลื่อน SME ให้ก้าวทันการเปลี่ยนแปลงในระดับโลก
ต่อมาในวันที่ 10 มิถุนายน 2568 ได้มีการสรุปแผนยุทธศาสตร์และวิเคราะห์ทิศทางเศรษฐกิจโลก
โดยผู้เข้าร่วมได้ร่วมกันสรุปแนวทางการพัฒนา SME สู่การเป็น SMART SME ด้วยนโยบาย 4GO ซึ่งผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จะถูกส่งมอบให้คณะกรรมการสถาบัน SMI นำไปจัดทำแผนยุทธศาสตร์ภาพรวมเพื่อขับเคลื่อนต่อไป
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการรับฟังแนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมเชื่อมโยงสมาชิกและสร้างรายได้จากเจ้าหน้าที่สภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด ก่อนที่นายสงวน แสงวงศ์กิจ ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมภาคตะวันออก จะกล่าวขอบคุณและปิดการสัมมนาอย่างเป็นทางการ
ในช่วงบ่าย ได้มีการประชุมคณะกรรมการสภาอุตสาหกรรมภาคตะวันออก โดยมีวาระสำคัญ คือ การปาฐกถาพิเศษในหัวข้อ “เจาะเกมส์ เศรษฐกิจ นโยบายทรัมป์ กับกลุ่ม BRICS ประเทศไทยได้อะไร” โดยนายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธาน ส.อ.ท. ซึ่งเป็นการวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มเศรษฐกิจโลกและผลกระทบต่อประเทศไทยอย่างลึกซึ้ง พร้อมกันนี้ ยังมีการร่วมพูดคุยแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเพื่อหาแนวทางการดำเนินงานของสภาอุตสาหกรรมภาคตะวันออก โดยได้รับเกียรติจากนายวีระ นันทเศรษฐ์ อุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดระยอง มารับฟังข้อมูลจากภาคอุตสาหกรรมโดยตรง
การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการในครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นหมุดหมายสำคัญในการผนึกกำลังของภาคอุตสาหกรรมในภาคตะวันออก เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนและยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของ SME ไทยให้ก้าวสู่ยุคใหม่แห่งการเติบโตอย่างแข็งแกร่งและยั่งยืน
From June 9-10, 2025, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) hosted a workshop to develop strategic plans to promote the industrial sector and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Eastern region, alongside the 5th Mobile Meeting of the Eastern Industrial Council. This gathering brought together leaders and stakeholders from the industrial sector, aiming to enhance the capabilities of Thai SMEs for sustainable growth. The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Thavee Piyapathana, Senior Vice President of FTI and Chairman of the Provincial Industrial Promotion and Support Council, who delivered the opening remarks. Mr. Apichit Prasoprat, Vice President of FTI and Chairman of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Development Institute (SMI), welcomed participants and explained the purpose of the event at The Poem Hotel, Rayong province.
On June 9, 2025, discussions were held to develop a strategic plan for promoting the industrial sector and SMEs, and the Eastern Industrial Council participated in a workshop, attending lectures on the topic of “Critical & Systematic Thinking,” which is essential for developing analytical and systematic thinking skills.
Additionally, there was a brainstorming session to find ways to develop SMEs in accordance with the 4GO policy, facilitated by Mr. Somphop Teerasan, Secretary-General of the Central Industrial Council, as a foundation to ensure SMEs can keep pace with global changes.
On June 10, 2025, the strategic plan was summarized, and a global economic direction analysis was conducted. Participants collectively summarized strategies for developing SMEs into SMART SMEs under the 4GO policy. The outcomes will be delivered to the SMI Institute's committee to form an overall strategic plan for further advancement.
Moreover, there were discussions on activities to connect members and generate income for provincial industrial council officials, before Mr. Sa-nguan Saengwongkit, Chairman of the Eastern Industrial Council, expressed gratitude and formally concluded the seminar.
In the afternoon, a meeting of the Eastern Industrial Council was held, featuring an important agenda: a special lecture titled “The Economic Game: Trump’s Policies and the BRICS Group - What Can Thailand Gain?” by Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukul, President of FTI, which provided an in-depth analysis of global economic trends and their impacts on Thailand. Additionally, there was a discussion to exchange insights regarding the operational strategies of the Eastern Industrial Council, honored by the presence of Mr. Weera Nantaset, Rayong Provincial Industry Director, who listened directly to information from the industrial sector.
This workshop represents a significant milestone in uniting the industrial sector in the Eastern region to drive forward and enhance the competitiveness of Thai SMEs towards a new era of robust and sustainable growth.
