AIS เปิดตัว “AIS Infinite SMEs” ก้าวใหม่แห่งความร่วมมือในการทรานส์ฟอร์มธุรกิจ Startup และ SMEs ไทยให้เชื่อมต่อทุกความเป็นไปได้ ผ่านกลยุทธ์ “3 ส” เพื่อเสริม สร้าง และพาผู้ประกอบไทยสยายปีกอย่างแข็งแกร่งในทุกมิติ ด้วยองค์ความรู้และโซลูชันอัจฉริยะ ขยายโอกาสการสร้างพันธมิตรทั้งภาครัฐ เอกชน และเครือข่ายระดับโลก ผ่านหลักสูตรเฉพาะสำหรับผู้ประกอบการ เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะและสร้างการเติบโตอย่างมั่นคง พร้อมผลักดัน SMEs ไทยสู่มาตรฐานระดับสากล เดินหน้าขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจไทยให้เติบโตอย่างไร้ขีดจำกัดไปด้วยกันอย่างยั่งยืน
นายสมชัย เลิศสุทธิวงค์ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร AIS กล่าวว่า “AIS ไม่ได้เพิ่งเริ่มต้น แต่เราเริ่มวางรากฐาน มาตั้งแต่วันที่ “ดิจิทัล” ยังเป็นเรื่องใหม่ในประเทศไทย หรือกว่า 15 ปีที่ผ่านมา ภายใต้ AIS The StartUp โครงการส่งเสริมสตาร์ทอัพรุ่นใหม่ซึ่งเป็นกิจกรรมระดับชาติครั้งแรกของไทยที่จุดประกายความเคลื่อนไหวในวงการ Startup จนถึงทุกวันนี้ เราภาคภูมิใจที่ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการส่งมอบสินค้าและบริการของสตาร์ทอัพมากกว่า 100 รายออกสู่ตลาด พร้อมผลักดันผู้ประกอบการให้สามารถต่อยอดและขยายธุรกิจไปสู่ภาคส่วนใหม่ ๆ ที่ตอบรับกับแนวโน้มของโลกยุคใหม่ อาทิ การเปลี่ยนผ่านจากระบบขนส่งในเมือง (Urban Mobility) ไปสู่ระบบขนส่งที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม (Green Mobility) โดยอาศัยเทคโนโลยีสีเขียวเป็นตัวขับเคลื่อน ผ่านการสนับสนุนองค์ความรู้และ Digital Infrastructure ที่มีศักยภาพ และยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้เห็นหลายภาคส่วนเดินหน้าร่วมกัน เพื่อปลุกพลังผู้ประกอบการรุ่นใหม่ให้ขับเคลื่อนอนาคตของภาคเศรษฐกิจไทย
เมื่อผนวกกับวิสัยทัศน์ AI for Sustainable Nation ที่เป็นหมุดหมายหลักของ AIS ในปีนี้ ที่จะนำศักยภาพของโครงข่ายอัจฉริยะและ AI มายกระดับให้ทุกภาคส่วนของประเทศ รวมไปถึงภาคธุรกิจ SMEs เติบโตไปอย่างยั่งยืน จึงเป็นที่มาของการทรานส์ฟอร์มสู่ AIS Infinite SMEs กับพันธกิจใหม่ เพื่อเชื่อมโยงทุกความเป็นไปได้สู่การเติบโตอย่างไร้ขีดจำกัด พร้อมยกระดับมาตรฐาน SMEs ไทยสู่ระดับสากล ผ่านการเชื่อมโยงทุกมิติ ทั้งเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ตลาด และคู่ค้าพันธมิตร เพื่อมุ่งสร้างระบบนิเวศแบบเติบโตร่วมกัน ภายใต้กลยุทธ์ “3 ส” ประกอบด้วย เสริม ทักษะที่ใช่สำหรับ SMEs ที่จะทำธุรกิจในโลกดิจิทัลที่ทำให้เติบโตได้อย่างมั่นคงและแตกต่าง - สร้าง ระบบหลังบ้านที่เข้มแข็ง ได้มาตรฐานระดับสากลอย่าง ISO ซึ่งช่วยเพิ่มความน่าเชื่อถือในสายตาคู่ค้าและนักลงทุน และเตรียมความพร้อมรองรับการเติบโตในระยะยาว เป็นอีกหนึ่ง “ใบเบิกทาง” สำคัญให้กับธุรกิจ SMEs - สยายปีก ด้วยการนำศักยภาพของแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัลที่ AIS มี มาช่วยขยายโอกาสในการเติบโตได้ไกลยิ่งขึ้น เพื่อเชื่อมโยงธุรกิจ SMEs เข้ากับกลุ่มลูกค้าจำนวนมากทั่วประเทศ เปิดประตูสู่โอกาสเติบโตใหม่ๆ อีกมากมาย”
สำหรับพันธกิจของ AIS Infinite SMEs จะดำเนินการภายใต้แนวคิด “Transformation และ Standardization” ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 3 หลักการใหญ่ ได้แก่
• Infinite Skills เปิดประตูความรู้เพื่อการเติบโตของ SMEs ไทยทั่วประเทศ ซึ่งมี AIS Academy ที่ได้รับการรับรอง ISO 30401 (Knowledge Management Systems) ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสำหรับผู้ประกอบการ เนื้อหาครอบคลุมทั้ง 3 แกน ได้แก่ Information Technology, Marketing และ Entrepreneurship พร้อมด้วยความร่วมมือกับ F11/Wecosystem จัดทำคอนเทนต์ที่ย่อยง่ายบนออนไลน์ เกี่ยวกับศาสตร์แห่งการเติบโต ให้เจ้าของธุรกิจสามารถนำไปปรับใช้ได้ทันทีในโลกจริง
• International Standards ยกระดับ SMEs ไทยสู่มาตรฐานสากล ผ่านความร่วมมือกับสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย และ depa ในการผลักดันมาตรฐาน ISO 29110 ซึ่งเป็นมาตรฐานเฉพาะทางสำหรับ Software SMEs พร้อมเดินหน้าริเริ่ม ISO Marketplace for SMEs เป็นครั้งแรกในประเทศไทย
• Infinite Scales จัดทำหลักสูตร Transformative Infinite SME เพื่อตอบโจทย์ SMEs ที่กำลังอยู่ในช่วงเปลี่ยนผ่าน ทั้งที่เป็นกลุ่มธุรกิจที่กำลังขยายตัว (Scale-up) และกลุ่มทายาทธุรกิจรุ่นใหม่ ที่สืบทอดและยกระดับกิจการของครอบครัว โดยร่วมมือกับพันธมิตรจากทั้งองค์กรภาครัฐ เอกชน สถาบันการเงิน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญในหลากหลายสาขา เช่น ตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย (SET), สมาคมบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ เอ็ม เอ ไอ (maiA), สมาคมผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจครอบครัว (AFBE), และ F11/Wecosystem
ด้าน นายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) กล่าวว่า “ปัจจุบันโครงสร้างเศรษฐกิจของไทยกำลังเผชิญกับความท้าทายจากหลายปัจจัย ทั้งจากภายนอกและภายในประเทศ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นมาตรการด้านภาษีของสหรัฐอเมริกา การเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วของเทคโนโลยี วิกฤตสิ่งแวดล้อมที่รุนแรงขึ้น ซึ่งล้วนส่งผลกระทบโดยตรงต่อระบบการผลิต ตลอดจนพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภคที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป สิ่งเหล่านี้ได้ก่อให้เกิดแนวโน้มใหม่ในการดำเนินธุรกิจ โดยเฉพาะแนวทาง ESG ที่กลายเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในการแข่งขันบนเวทีโลกในปัจจุบัน
ท่ามกลางบริบทที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปนี้ กว่า 99% ของภาคธุรกิจไทยยังคงเป็นธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (SMEs) ซึ่งถือเป็นกำลังสำคัญของระบบเศรษฐกิจไทย การเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถและยกระดับมาตรฐานให้กับ SMEs จึงมีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง เพื่อให้สามารถปรับตัวและเติบโตได้อย่างยั่งยืนในระยะยาว
ด้วยเหตุนี้ สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) จึงร่วมมือกับ AIS ในการสนับสนุนและพัฒนา SMEs ไทยในหลากหลายมิติ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการส่งเสริมการได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานสากล เช่น ISO/IEC 29110:2018 การจัดตั้งสถาบันวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต (SMI: Small & Medium Industrial Institute) เพื่อยกระดับ SMEs ไทยให้สามารถเติบโตได้อย่างแข็งแกร่ง รวมถึงการผลักดันให้ธุรกิจไทยเดินหน้าอย่างมั่นคงภายใต้แนวทาง “4 Go” ได้แก่ Go Digital & AI, Go Innovation, Go Global และ Go Green นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการส่งเสริมการผลิตสินค้าและบริการภายใต้ตราสัญลักษณ์ “Made in Thailand (MiT)” – ไทยซื้อไทย ใช้ของไทย ไม่แพ้ใครแน่นอน เพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นในสินค้าและบริการของไทย เพิ่มมูลค่าให้กับผลิตภัณฑ์ และเป็นอีกหนึ่งเครื่องมือสำคัญที่ช่วยผลักดันให้ผู้ประกอบการ SMEs ไทยสามารถแข่งขันได้ทั้งในประเทศและตลาดโลก ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับแนวทางในการสนับสนุนเศรษฐกิจภายในประเทศให้เติบโตอย่างเข้มแข็ง และเสริมสร้างความภาคภูมิใจในสินค้าฝีมือคนไทยอย่างแท้จริง
ทั้งหมดนี้ไม่ใช่เพียงความร่วมมือเพื่อพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลให้กับภาคธุรกิจ แต่คือ พันธสัญญาร่วมกันในการสร้างโอกาสใหม่ และวางรากฐานที่มั่นคงให้กับเศรษฐกิจไทยในอนาคต”

On Friday, June 6, 2025, Mr. Apichit Prasoprat, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), attended the launch of “AIS Infinite SMEs,” a new collaboration to transform Thai Startup and SMEs by connecting all possibilities through the “3 S” strategy to support, create, and empower Thai entrepreneurs to strengthen their wings in every dimension with knowledge and smart solutions. This expands opportunities for partnership among government, private sectors, and global networks through specialized courses for entrepreneurs to enhance skills and promote sustainable growth at Club Siam Glowfish, 11th floor, Siam Patumwan House.
AIS launched “AIS Infinite SMEs,” a new collaboration to transform Thai Startup and SMEs by connecting all possibilities through the “3 S” strategy to support, create, and empower Thai entrepreneurs to strengthen their wings in every dimension with knowledge and smart solutions. This movement expands opportunities for partnership among government, private sectors, and global networks through specialized courses for entrepreneurs aimed at enhancing skills and promoting stable growth, pushing Thai SMEs towards international standards and jointly driving the Thai economy to grow without limits sustainably.
Mr. Somchai Lertsutthiwong, Chief Executive Officer of AIS, stated, “AIS is not just starting now; we have been laying a foundation since ‘digital’ was a new concept in Thailand over 15 years ago under AIS The StartUp, the first national initiative to spark movement in the Startup sector until today. Moreover, in conjunction with the vision of AI for Sustainable Nation, which is AIS's main goal this year, leveraging the potential of intelligent networks and AI to elevate all sectors of the country, including the SME business sector towards sustainable growth, the transformation into AIS Infinite SMEs with a new mission connects every possibility for unlimited growth. This also aims to elevate Thai SMEs to international standards by linking all dimensions—technology, market, and partnership—to create an ecosystem of joint growth under the “3 S” strategy, which includes enhancing the right skills for SMEs to thrive sustainably and distinctively in the digital business world; creating a strong backend system that meets international standards such as ISO, which helps increase credibility in the eyes of partners and investors; and helping to expand growth opportunities further by utilizing AIS's digital platform potential to connect SMEs with a broad customer base nationwide, opening doors to numerous new growth opportunities.”
The mission of AIS Infinite SMEs will operate under the concept of “Transformation and Standardization,” which comprises three main principles:
• Infinite Skills opens access to knowledge for the growth of Thai SMEs nationwide, which has AIS Academy certified by ISO 30401 (Knowledge Management Systems) in developing courses for entrepreneurs. The content covers three main axes: Information Technology, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship, in collaboration with F11/Wecosystem to create easily digestible online content about the art of growth so business owners can apply it immediately in the real world.
• International Standards elevate Thai SMEs to international standards through collaboration with the Federation of Thai Industries and depa to promote ISO 29110, a specialized standard for Software SMEs, and to initiate the ISO Marketplace for SMEs for the first time in Thailand.
• Infinite Scales creates the Transformative Infinite SME courses to address the needs of SMEs undergoing transition, including those expanding (Scale-up) and the next-generation heirs who inherit and elevate family businesses, collaborating with partners from government organizations, private sectors, financial institutions, and experts from various fields such as the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), the Association of Listed Companies on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (maiA), the Family Business Entrepreneurs Association (AFBE), and F11/Wecosystem.
Mr. Apichit Prasoprat, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), stated, “Currently, the structure of the Thai economy is facing challenges from various external and internal factors, including U.S. tax measures, rapidly changing technologies, and increasing environmental crises, all of which directly impact the production system and changing consumer behavior. These factors have created new business trends, especially the ESG approach, which has become a crucial factor in global competition today.
Amid these changing contexts, more than 99% of Thai businesses remain small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which are a critical force in the Thai economy. Enhancing capabilities and elevating standards for SMEs is therefore essential for them to adapt and thrive sustainably in the long term.
For this reason, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) collaborates with AIS to support and develop Thai SMEs in various dimensions, whether it is promoting international standards certifications like ISO/IEC 29110:2018, establishing the Small & Medium Industrial Institute to boost Thai SMEs to grow robustly, as well as driving Thai businesses forward steadily under the “4 Go” framework: Go Digital & AI, Go Innovation, Go Global, and Go Green. Additionally, there is an emphasis on producing goods and services under the “Made in Thailand (MiT)” symbol—encouraging Thai purchasing and use of Thai goods—to instill confidence in Thai products and services, add value to products, and serve as a vital tool to push Thai SMEs to compete in both domestic and global markets, aligning with the goal of supporting a strong domestic economy and fostering pride in Thai craftsmanship.
All these efforts are not merely a collaboration to develop digital technologies for the business sector but a shared commitment to creating new opportunities and laying a solid foundation for the future of the Thai economy.”
