เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 6 มิถุนายน 2568 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และนายชัชชาติ สิทธิพันธุ์ ผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร พร้อมด้วยนายหม่า มิงเกิง ที่ปรึกษาด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี สถานเอกอัครราชทูตจีน ดร.เฉวียน จ้าน จุน รองประธานสถาบันวิจัยวิทยาศาสตร์สิ่งแวดล้อมแห่งชาติจีน นายเหวิน หลี่ชุน ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท Lihe Technology (Hunan) จำกัด (Lihero) นายพรพรหม วิกิตเศรษฐ์ ที่ปรึกษาของผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร และผู้บริหารด้านความยั่งยืนของกรุงเทพมหานคร ร่วมพิธีลงนามหนังสือแสดงเจตจำนงจตุภาคี “ว่าด้วยโครงการสนับสนุนทางเทคโนโลยีในการหาสาเหตุและแนวทางการจัดการมลพิษทางอากาศในกรุงเทพมหานคร” ระหว่างสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) กรุงเทพมหานคร (กทม.) สถาบันวิจัยวิทยาศาสตร์สิ่งแวดล้อมแห่งประเทศจีน (CRAES) และบริษัท Lihe Technology (Hunan) จำกัด (Lihero) เพื่อผลักดันโครงการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีวิเคราะห์ฝุ่น PM2.5 แบบเรียลไทม์ในกรุงเทพฯ ณ ห้องรัตนโกสินทร์ ศาลาว่าการกรุงเทพมหานคร
โครงการนี้ มุ่งติดตั้งเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์ฝุ่นที่สามารถระบุองค์ประกอบทางเคมี เช่น ไอออน ธาตุ และแบล็กคาร์บอน ได้อย่างแม่นยำแบบเรียลไทม์ เพื่อเสริมประสิทธิภาพการเฝ้าระวังและการบริหารจัดการคุณภาพอากาศในเชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ นับเป็นก้าวสำคัญสู่ระบบควบคุมมลพิษทางอากาศที่ทันสมัยและยั่งยืน
นายเกรียงไกร กล่าวว่า “ภาคอุตสาหกรรมตระหนักดีว่า การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจต้องควบคู่กับการดูแลสิ่งแวดล้อมและสุขภาพของประชาชน เราจึงมุ่งมั่นเป็น ส่วนหนึ่งของการร่วมแก้ปัญหาฝุ่น PM2.5 อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ร่วมกับ กทม. อย่างต่อเนื่องผ่านโครงการ ‘คลินิกรถ ลดฝุ่น PM2.5’ และเดินหน้าแนวคิด 4GO ได้แก่ GO Digital & AI, GO Innovation, GO Global และ GO Green เพื่อยกระดับอุตสาหกรรมไทยให้เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมในทุกมิติตลอดห่วงโซ่อุปทาน (Supply Chain)”
ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นตัวอย่างความร่วมมือด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมไทย–จีน ที่ก้าวจากการแลกเปลี่ยนทางเทคนิค สู่การพัฒนาเทคโนโลยี มาตรฐาน และการบริหารจัดการร่วม ถือเป็นต้นแบบใหม่ของประเทศกำลังพัฒนาในการจัดการปัญหามลพิษทางอากาศในเมืองอย่างยั่งยืน
On Friday, June 6, 2025, Mr. Kriangkrai Thiennukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), and Mr. Chatchart Sitthiphan, Governor of Bangkok, along with Mr. Ma Minggeng, Science and Technology Advisor at the Chinese Embassy, Dr. Qian Zhanshan, Vice President of the Chinese National Environmental Science Research Institute (CRAES), Mr. Wen Lichun, CEO of Lihe Technology (Hunan) Co., Ltd. (Lihero), Mr. Pornprom Wikitseth, Advisor to the Governor of Bangkok, and executives from Bangkok's sustainability sector, participated in the signing ceremony of the Quadruple Letter of Intent regarding the “Project Supporting Technology for Identifying the Causes and Management of Air Pollution in Bangkok” between the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), the Chinese National Environmental Science Research Institute (CRAES), and Lihe Technology (Hunan) Co., Ltd. (Lihero) to push forward the real-time PM2.5 dust analysis technology development project in Bangkok at the Rattanakosin Room, Bangkok City Hall.
This project aims to install analysis devices that can accurately identify chemical composition, such as ions, elements, and black carbon in real-time, thereby enhancing the efficiency of scientific air quality monitoring and management. This represents a significant step toward a modern and sustainable air pollution control system.
Mr. Kriangkrai stated, “The industrial sector is fully aware that economic development must go hand in hand with environmental care and public health. Therefore, we are determined to be a part of the tangible solution to the PM2.5 dust problem in collaboration with Bangkok through the ‘Dust Reduction Clinic’ initiative and advancing the 4GO concept, which includes GO Digital & AI, GO Innovation, GO Global, and GO Green, to enhance the Thai industry’s environmental friendliness across all dimensions throughout the supply chain.”
This collaboration serves as an example of Thai-Chinese environmental cooperation, transitioning from technical exchange to technology development, standards, and joint management, setting a new model for developing countries in sustainably addressing urban air pollution issues.
