ส.อ.ท. บรรยายพิเศษโครงการพัฒนานักบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลงรุ่นใหม่ (นปร.) รุ่นที่ 17 ยกระดับขีดความสามารถของข้าราชการรุ่นใหม่FTI Delivers Special Lecture for the 17th New Generation Change Management Executives Development Program

On May 27, 2025, Mr. Apichit Prasoprat, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), was honored to be a guest speaker at the 17th New Generation Change Management Executives Development Program at the Office of the Civil Service Commission, Chaeng Watthana Government Complex.

The primary objective of the lecture was to enhance the capabilities of new civil servants, preparing them to drive change and work effectively with the private sector to jointly develop the country for sustainable growth. Mr. Apichit discussed the role of the FTI in relation to Provincial Economic Coordination Centers (กรอ.) in driving local economic development from the perspective of the private sector, covering the following key topics:
1. The current economic situation and challenges facing the global manufacturing sector 
2. The economic situation and industry in Thailand
3. The FTI’s driving strategies and collaboration in industrial development
4. Local economic growth from the private sector’s perspective through กรอ. 

The highlight of this lecture was the transmission of knowledge and real experiences from the private sector to the 17th Change Management Executives Participants, particularly in business management, adapting to the rapidly changing economic conditions, and creating new innovations to enhance the country’s competitive capabilities, aligned with the FTI's core policies referred to as the 4 GOs: GO Digital & AI, GO Innovation, GO Global, and GO Green.

Additionally, the emphasis was placed on the need for integration in collaborative work and problem-solving, applying digital technology in operations to increase work efficiency and create government services that meet public needs. The development of personnel with skills that meet market demands is crucial for producing a quality workforce capable of driving the country's economy. Furthermore, the creation of new innovations to enhance international competitiveness and the sharing of ideas and strategies for fostering collaboration between the public and private sectors aim to align efforts in national development, particularly in promoting investment, industrial development, and crafting new innovations that cater to global market demands.

FTI sincerely hopes that this lecture will inspire and promote the 17th Change Management Executives to become leaders in moving Thailand forward and to contribute beneficial impacts to society and the nation in the future.
