เมื่อวันที่ 23 พฤษภาคม 2568 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานในงานพิธีปิดหลักสูตร “Young FTI Elite” รุ่นที่ 11 พร้อมมอบถ้วยรางวัลเกียรติยศแก่กลุ่มผู้อบรมที่ได้คะแนนรวมทุกกิจกรรมสูงสุด และมอบประกาศนียบัตรแก่ผู้สำเร็จหลักสูตร โดยมีนายกรกฤช จุฬางกูร รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และประธานหลักสูตร Young FTI Elite กล่าวต้อนรับและชี้แจงรายละเอียดโครงการ “เพื่อนช่วยเพื่อน” กิจกรรมปิดท้ายหลักสูตร ซึ่งแต่ละกลุ่มจะเลือกธุรกิจของสมาชิกขึ้นมา 1 ราย เพื่อเป็นโจทย์ในการทำโครงการร่วมกัน และนำมาวิเคราะห์ปัญหา / จุดอ่อน / จุดแข็ง / โอกาสทางธุรกิจ และอื่นๆ มาจัดทำข้อมูลในการนำเสนอแผนส่งเสริม-ช่วยเหลือให้ธุรกิจนั้นๆ เติบโตขึ้น หรือแก้ไขปัญหาด้านต่างๆ ได้บนพื้นฐานที่เป็นไปได้ และมีโอกาสทำได้จริงในอนาคต เช่น ด้านการผลิต ระบบภายในโรงงาน การตลาด หรือ HR เป็นต้น เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าอบรมได้นำเสนอแนวคิดใหม่ๆ และสร้างความร่วมมือ นำไปพัฒนาต่อยอดธุรกิจของสมาชิกในกลุ่มให้เติบโตยิ่งขึ้น ณ ห้อง Ballroom โรงแรมเรเนซองส์ กรุงเทพ ราชประสงค์
ทั้งนี้ กิจกรรม “เพื่อนช่วยเพื่อน” ดังกล่าว ได้รับเกียรติจากนายถาวร ชลัษเฐียร รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. นายนาวา จันทนสุรคน รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และ ดร.วิรัช ฉัตรดรงค์ กรรมการ ส.อ.ท. ร่วมเป็นคณะกรรมการตัดสิน พร้อมทั้งให้คำแนะนำอันเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้อบรม
หลังเสร็จสิ้นกิจกรรมการนำเสนอผลงาน ได้มีการจัดงานเลี้ยงฉลองพิธีปิดหลักสูตร และการมอบรางวัล Young FTI 11 Awards ให้กับผู้ที่ชนะการ Vote ที่สุดของรุ่นจำนวน 5 รางวัล โดยการอบรมรุ่น 11 นี้ ได้จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 17 มกราคม - 23 พฤษภาคม 2568 รวมระยะเวลาการอบรมกว่า 4 เดือน
On May 23, 2025, Mr. Kriangkrai Thiennukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), had the honor of presiding over the closing ceremony for the "Young FTI Elite" Program, Class 11, where he presented the honorary trophy to the training group that achieved the highest overall score in all activities and awarded certificates to course graduates. Mr. Korakrit Chulangkorn, Vice Chairman of FTI and Chairman of the Young FTI Elite Program, welcomed participants and explained the details of the "Peer Support" project, the final activity of the course, in which each group selected one member's business as a case to collaboratively develop a project, analyze problems/weaknesses/strengths/business opportunities, and produce information for the presentation of plans to promote and assist those businesses in growing or addressing various issues based on feasible and realizable methods in the future, such as in production, internal systems, marketing, or HR, among others. This aims to encourage participants to present new ideas and foster collaboration to further develop the businesses of group members for greater growth at the Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel.
The "Peer Support" activity was honored by the presence of Mr. Thaworn Chollasethian, Vice Chairman of FTI, Mr. Nawapol Chantanasurakhan, Vice Chairman of FTI, and Dr. Virach Chatradorn, Committee Member of FTI, who served as the judging panel and provided valuable advice to the trainees.
Following the presentation of the projects, a celebratory event was held for the closing ceremony and the Young FTI 11 Awards were presented to the winners of the popular vote, totaling 5 awards. The 11th training program took place from January 17 to May 23, 2025, covering a period of over 4 months.
