เมื่อวันที่ 19 พฤษภาคม 2568 นายอมฤต ฟรานเซน ประธานกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมดิจิทัล สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) เข้าร่วมงานแถลงความพร้อมการเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดงาน Global ISO Conference 2025 ซึ่งเป็นการประชุมประจำปีของคณะอนุกรรมการด้านวิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์และระบบ (ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 7) โดยมีสำนักงานส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล หรือ depa พร้อมด้วยสำนักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (สมอ.) และสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) แถลงข่าวร่วม ณ บริษัท โทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ จำกัด (มหาชน) กรุงเทพฯ
Global ISO Conference 2025 ปีนี้ มีผู้แทนจากประเทศสมาชิก 21 ประเทศจาก 39 ประเทศเข้าร่วม โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหารือให้เกิดการกำหนดมาตรฐานกลางที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์และระบบงานสารสนเทศให้มีคุณภาพ ปลอดภัย และสามารถทำงานร่วมกันได้ พร้อมทั้งเพื่อเป็นเวทีในการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ระหว่างผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านมาตรฐานจากทั่วโลก ตลอดจนสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศในการผลักดันมาตรฐานให้สอดรับกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยี โดยในการประชุมครั้งนี้ ผู้เข้าร่วมจะได้แลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และร่วมกันพัฒนามาตรฐานในหลากหลายหัวข้อ อาทิ แนวโน้มเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและนวัตกรรมใหม่ (Digital Technologies & Innovation) การกำกับดูแล บริการ และการจัดการสินทรัพย์ด้าน IT (IT Governance, Services & Assets) การพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ด้วยความช่วยเหลือจาก AI (AI-Assisted Software Development) ความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์และความน่าเชื่อถือของระบบ (Cybersecurity & Dependability) การประเมินคุณภาพและการจัดทำมาตรฐาน (Quality & Standards) การพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันแบบโลว์โค้ด (Low Code Development) รวมถึงแนวทางการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์สีเขียวที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม (Green Software)
นายประเสริฐ จันทรรวงทอง รองนายกรัฐมนตรี และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม (กระทรวงดีอี) กล่าวว่า การเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดงาน Global ISO Conference 2025 เป็นโอกาสสำคัญของประเทศไทยในการแสดงศักยภาพด้านดิจิทัล โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งด้านเทคโนโลยี AI ต่อสายตาชาวโลก ต่อเนื่องจากการได้รับเกียรติให้จัดการประชุม The 3rd UNESCO Global Forum on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence 2025 โดยงาน Global ISO Conference 2025 ไม่เพียงแต่เป็นเวทีของผู้กำหนดมาตรฐานระดับโลกเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นโอกาสทองของประเทศในการสร้างความน่าเชื่อถือ ความร่วมมือ และอนาคตของเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัลอย่างมั่นคงและยั่งยืน
ด้าน ผศ.ดร.ณัฐพล นิมมานพัชรินทร์ ผู้อำนวยการใหญ่ depa กล่าวเสริมว่า ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 7 มีบทบาทสำคัญในการจัดทำมาตรฐานสากลด้านวิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์และระบบ ซึ่งมีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งต่อการพัฒนาระบบซอฟต์แวร์ที่มีคุณภาพ ปลอดภัย และสามารถทำงานร่วมกันได้ การที่ประเทศไทยได้รับเกียรติเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดงานนี้ ถือเป็นหมุดหมายสำคัญในการยกระดับบทบาทของไทยในเวทีมาตรฐานดิจิทัลระดับสากล และส่งเสริมให้ไทยก้าวสู่การเป็นศูนย์กลางความร่วมมือ
Global ISO Conference 2025 จะจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 8 – 13 มิถุนายนนี้ ณ อาคารดีป้า สำนักงานใหญ่ ซอยลาดพร้าว 10 ซึ่งภายในงานจะมีเวทีเสวนาเพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักพัฒนา ผู้ประกอบการ และหน่วยงานของไทยรับฟังบรรยายพิเศษถึงแนวโน้มและทิศทางการพัฒนามาตรฐานดิจิทัลในอนาคต พร้อมกับมีการจัดพิธีมอบใบรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC 29110 ประจำปี 2567 ให้กับผู้ประกอบการ จำนวน 103 ราย ภายใต้ความร่วมมือระหว่าง ส.อ.ท. และ depa
On May 19, 2025, Mr. Amrit Franzen, President of the Digital Industry Group of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), attended a press conference announcing the readiness to host the Global ISO Conference 2025, which is the annual meeting of the Subcommittee on Software and Systems Engineering (ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 7). The Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa), the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI), and the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) held the joint press conference at National Telecom Public Company Limited, Bangkok.
This year's Global ISO Conference 2025 will see representatives from 21 member countries out of a total of 39 countries participating. The objective is to discuss the establishment of a common standard for the development of software and information systems that ensures quality, safety, and interoperability, while also serving as a platform for knowledge exchange among standards experts from around the world. Additionally, it aims to foster international collaboration to align standards with technological changes. During this meeting, participants will exchange knowledge and collaboratively develop standards on various topics, including Trends in Digital Technologies & Innovation, IT Governance, Services & Assets, AI-Assisted Software Development, Cybersecurity & Dependability, Quality & Standards, Low Code Development, and approaches for environmentally friendly Green Software development.
Mr. Prasert Chanruangthong, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Economy and Society (DE Ministry), stated that hosting the Global ISO Conference 2025 is a significant opportunity for Thailand to showcase its digital capabilities, particularly in AI technology, to the world. This follows the honor of hosting The 3rd UNESCO Global Forum on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence 2025. The Global ISO Conference 2025 is not only a platform for global standard-setting but also a golden opportunity for the country to build credibility, cooperation, and a stable and sustainable future for the digital economy.
Associate Professor Dr. Natthaphol Nimmana-pacharin, Director General of depa, further stated that ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 7 plays a crucial role in developing international standards for software engineering and systems, which are essential for developing quality, safe, and interoperable software systems. Thailand's honor to host this event marks an important milestone in elevating its role in the international digital standards arena and promotes Thailand’s progression as a center for collaboration.
The Global ISO Conference 2025 will be held from June 8 to June 13, 2025, at the depa headquarters located on Soi Ladprao 10. The event will feature discussion panels, providing opportunities for developers, entrepreneurs, and Thai agencies to attend special lectures on trends and directions for future digital standards development. Additionally, there will be a ceremony to present ISO/IEC 29110 certification for the year 2023 to 103 entrepreneurs, under the collaboration between FTI and depa.
