เมื่อวันที่ 15 พฤษภาคม 2568 นายอรุณ เอี่ยมสุรีย์ ประธานสถาบันเศรษฐกิจและการลงทุนไทย-จีน สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้รับเกียรติจากกงสุลนครกว่างโจว และธนาคารกสิกรไทย เชิญร่วมบรรยายในหัวข้อ "Unlock Thailand's Investment Potential in the Global Economic Landscape: Incentives, Infrastructure, and Ecosystem" ณ ธนาคารกสิกรไทย สาขาสำนักงานราษฎร์บูรณะ
การบรรยายครั้งนี้ จัดขึ้นเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจและความมั่นใจแก่ภาคธุรกิจและนักลงทุนจีนเกี่ยวกับศักยภาพของประเทศไทยในฐานะศูนย์กลางการลงทุนและโลจิสติกส์แห่งภูมิภาค โดยนายอรุณได้กล่าวถึงปัจจัยสำคัญที่ทำให้ไทยยังคงเป็นจุดหมายปลายทางที่น่าสนใจสำหรับนักลงทุน อาทิ ทำเลที่ตั้งเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ ศูนย์กลางโลจิสติกส์ในทำเลยุทธศาสตร์ การเชื่อมต่อการค้าระหว่างประเทศทั่วโลก สิทธิประโยชน์ทางการลงทุนจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน (BOI) โครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่ทันสมัย และระบบนิเวศที่เอื้อต่อการดำเนินธุรกิจ รวมถึงความมุ่งมั่นต่อความยั่งยืนตามนโยบาย BCG และมาตรฐาน ESG
On May 15, 2025, Mr. Arun Iamsuree, President of the Thai-Chinese Economic and Investment Institute at the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), was honored to be invited by the Consul of Guangzhou and Kasikornbank to give a lecture on the topic "Unlock Thailand's Investment Potential in the Global Economic Landscape: Incentives, Infrastructure, and Ecosystem" at Kasikornbank, Rat Burana Branch.
This lecture was organized to enhance understanding and confidence among Chinese businesses and investors regarding Thailand's potential as a regional investment and logistics hub. Mr. Arun discussed key factors that make Thailand an attractive destination for investors, such as its strategic location, logistics hub in a strategic setting, connectivity for international trade worldwide, investment incentives from the Board of Investment (BOI), modern infrastructure, and a business-friendly ecosystem, as well as the commitment to sustainability under the BCG policy and ESG standards.
