เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 25 เมษายน 2568 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วยนายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. ร่วมงานเสวนา "ถอดรหัสนโยบายภาษีทรัมป์ : โอกาสสู่การค้ายุคใหม่" จัดโดยกรมส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศ โดยมีนายพิชัย นริพทะพันธุ์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพาณิชย์กล่าวเปิดงาน ณ สถาบันพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการค้ายุคใหม่ รัชดาภิเษก กรุงเทพฯ
ภายในงาน นายเกรียงไกร ได้ร่วมเสวนาในหัวข้อ "ผู้ประกอบการไทยจะต้องปรับตัวอย่างไรในยุคกีดกันทางการค้า" โดยได้นำเสนอถึงโอกาสของสินค้าไทยในสหรัฐฯ การหาช่องทางการตลาดอื่นๆ การเร่งการเจรจาความตกลงการค้ากับประเทศที่มีศักยภาพ และการเข้มงวดในการป้องกันการสวมสิทธิ์ไทยในการส่งออกสินค้า ซึ่งการจัดงานดังกล่าว มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้ประกอบการไทยรับทราบนโยบายภาษีทรัมป์ปี 2025 รวมถึงแนวทางการปรับตัวและโอกาสของผู้ประกอบการไทย

On Friday, April 25, 2025, Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Mr. Apichit Prasoprat, Vice Chairman of FTI, participated in the seminar "Decoding Trump’s Tax Policy: Opportunities in the New Trade Era" organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion, with Mr. Pichai Naripthaphan, Minister of Commerce, delivering the opening remarks at the New Era Entrepreneurs Development Institute, Ratchada, Bangkok.
During the event, Mr. Kriangkrai participated in a discussion on the topic "How Thai Entrepreneurs Should Adapt in the Era of Trade Barriers," presenting opportunities for Thai products in the United States, exploring other market channels, accelerating trade agreement negotiations with potential countries, and tightening measures to prevent the circumvention of Thai export rights. The purpose of this event was to inform Thai entrepreneurs about the Trump tax policy of 2025, as well as adaptation strategies and opportunities for Thai entrepreneurs.
