เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ 15 มีนาคม 2568 นายปณิธาน ปวโรฬารวิทยา รองเลขาธิการ สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ได้รับเกียรติเป็นวิทยากร ให้ความรู้หลักสูตร ผู้บริหาร Mini MBA: นวัตกรรมความยั่งยืนในการจัดการความปลอดภัย สุขภาพ สิ่งแวดล้อมและพลังงาน รุ่นที่ 5 ในหัวข้อ "มองไปข้างหน้า SHE&En ในภาคอุตสาหกรรม" ซึ่งจัดโดยคณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ร่วมกับการนิคมอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ณ โรงแรมเมอร์เคียว กรุงเทพฯ
การบรรยายดังกล่าว นายปณิธาน ได้มีการนำเสนอ 7 สาเหตุของการเกิดอุบัติเหตุ จากการกระทำที่ไม่ปลอดภัย ได้แก่
1. การกระทำไม่ถูกวิธีหรือไม่ถูกขั้นตอน
2. ความประมาท พลั้งเผลอ เหม่อลอย
3. การมีนิสัยชอบเสี่ยง
4. การไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
5. การทำงานโดยไม่มีอุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคล
6. การแต่งกายไม่เหมาะสม
7. การทำงานโดยสภาพร่างกายและจิตใจไม่ปกติ เช่น เมาค้าง ป่วย
นอกจากนี้ ยังได้กล่าวถึง 7 สาเหตุของการเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากสภาพการณ์ที่ไม่ปลอดภัย ได้แก่
1. ส่วนที่เป็นอันตรายหรือส่วนที่เคลื่อนไหวไม่มีอุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตราย
2. การวางผังไม่ถูกต้อง วางสิ่งของไม่เป็นระเบียบ
3. พื้นโรงงานขรุขระ เป็นหลุมบ่อ
4. พื้นโรงงานมีเศษวัสดุ น้ำมัน น้ำพื้น
5. สภาพการทำงานไม่ปลอดภัย เช่น เสียงดัง อากาศร้อน ฝุ่นละออง
6. เครื่องมือ เครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ชำรุด
7. ระบบไฟฟ้า อุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าชำรุด
On Saturday, March 15, 2025, Mr. Panithan Pawarolharuathaya, Deputy Secretary-General of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), had the honor of being a speaker in the Mini MBA for Executives program: Sustainable Innovation in Safety, Health, Environment, and Energy Management, Class 5, on the topic "Looking Ahead at SHE&En in the Industry," organized by the Faculty of Public Health, Thammasat University, in collaboration with the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand, at Mercure Hotel, Bangkok.
During the lecture, Mr. Panithan presented 7 causes of accidents resulting from unsafe actions, which include:
1. Improper or incorrect actions
2. Carelessness, lapses in attention
3. Risk-taking habits
4. Non-compliance with workplace safety regulations
5. Working without personal protective equipment
6. Inappropriate attire
7. Working under abnormal physical and mental conditions, such as hangover or illness.
Furthermore, he discussed 7 causes of accidents from unsafe conditions, which include:
1. Dangerous parts or moving parts without protective devices
2. Incorrect layout and disorderly placement of items
3. Rough factory floors with holes
4. Factory floors with debris, oil, or water
5. Unsafe working conditions such as excessive noise, heat, or dust
6. Broken tools, machinery, or equipment
7. Electrical systems or equipment that are faulty.
