วันที่ 6 มีนาคม 2568 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ร่วมเป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงาน Intelligent Asia Thailand 2025 and Automation Thailand 2025 ณ ศูนย์นิทรรศการและการประชุมไบเทค บางนา
ภายในงาน มีผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิร่วมงาน ได้แก่ Mr. Akai Lin, Overseas Director, Chan Chao International Enterprise Group and Yorkers Trade and Marketing Service Co., Ltd., Mr. Wolfgang Marzin, CEO & Managing Director, Messe Frankfurt GmbH, นายธีระ กิตติธีรพรชัย CEO , GMTX Company Limited และนางสาวศุธาศินี สมิตร ที่ปรึกษาด้านการลงทุน สำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน (BOI)
นายเกรียงไกร กล่าวว่า เศรษฐกิจโลกต้องเผชิญกับความไม่แน่นอนหลายประการ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นผลกระทบจากปัญหาภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ (Geopolitics) ระหว่างประเทศ ความผันผวนของห่วงโซ่อุปทานโลก ส่งผลให้ภาคอุตสาหกรรมของไทย โดยเฉพาะผู้ประกอบการ SMEs ต้องเผชิญกับต้นทุนการผลิตที่เพิ่มขึ้น การขาดแคลนแรงงานที่มีทักษะ อีกทั้งต้องแข่งขันกับสินค้านำเข้าจากต่างประเทศที่มีต้นทุนต่ำ
ส.อ.ท. ในฐานะตัวแทนภาคอุตสาหกรรม มีนโยบายในการส่งเสริมและยกเครื่องอุตสาหกรรมไทย ภายใต้นโยบาย "ONE FTI" คือ One Vision, One Team, One Goal เพื่อขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมไทย โดยเน้นยกระดับอุตสาหกรรมเดิม หรือที่เรียกว่า First Industries โดยมี 47 กลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม 11 คลัสเตอร์ 76 สภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด และสู่อุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต หรือที่เรียกว่า Next-GEN Industries ซึ่งเป็นทิศทางของโลกในปัจจุบัน นอกจากนี้ยังได้กำหนดนโยบาย "4 GO" (Go Digital&AI, Go Innovation, Go Global, Go Green) เพื่อยกระดับ SMEs ไทย สู่ Smart SMEs
งาน Intelligent Asia Thailand 2025 และ Automation Thailand 2025 เป็นงานแสดงเทคโนโลยีการผลิต เพื่ออุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคตสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และการผลิตอัจฉริยะ แถวหน้าของเอเชีย ซึ่งมีความสอดคล้องกับนโยบาย ส.อ.ท. ที่ต้องการให้อุตสาหกรรมถูกยกระดับด้วยระบบดิจิทัล และการนำระบบ Automation & Robotic มาใช้ในองค์กร เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต และลดต้นทุน ซึ่งจะเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมาย S-Curve & New S-Curve ที่เกี่ยวกับอิเล็กทรอนิกส์อัจฉริยะ ซึ่งมีความสำคัญอย่างมากต่อการสร้างเศรษฐกิจของไทย และสร้างให้ผู้ประกอบการไทยเติบโตไปได้อย่างยั่งยืน

On March 6, 2025, Mr. Kriangkrai Thiennukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), presided over the opening ceremony of Intelligent Asia Thailand 2025 and Automation Thailand 2025 at the BITEC Bangna Exhibition and Convention Center.
The event featured esteemed guests, including Mr. Akai Lin, Overseas Director of Chan Chao International Enterprise Group and Yorkers Trade and Marketing Service Co., Ltd., Mr. Wolfgang Marzin, CEO & Managing Director of Messe Frankfurt GmbH, Mr. Thira Kittitheerapornchai, CEO of GMTX Company Limited, and Ms. Sudasini Samit, Investment Advisor of the Board of Investment (BOI).
Mr. Kriangkrai stated that the global economy is facing numerous uncertainties, including the impacts of geopolitical issues between nations and fluctuations in global supply chains. This has led the Thai industrial sector, particularly SMEs, to confront rising production costs, a shortage of skilled labor, and competition from low-cost imported goods.
As a representative of the industrial sector, FTI has a policy to promote and overhaul the Thai industry under the "ONE FTI" policy, which represents One Vision, One Team, One Goal to drive the Thai industry forward. This emphasizes upgrading traditional industries, referred to as First Industries, consisting of 47 industry groups, 11 clusters, and 76 provincial industrial councils, towards future industries, known as Next-GEN Industries, which align with current global trends. Additionally, FTI has established the "4 GO" policy (Go Digital & AI, Go Innovation, Go Global, Go Green) to elevate Thai SMEs to become Smart SMEs.
Intelligent Asia Thailand 2025 and Automation Thailand 2025 is a showcase of manufacturing technology for the future industry focusing on the electronics components and smart manufacturing sectors in Asia. This aligns with FTI's policy to elevate the industry through digital systems and the implementation of automation and robotics in organizations to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs, which will play a crucial role in driving S-Curve and New S-Curve industries relating to intelligent electronics, significantly impacting Thailand's economy and enabling Thai entrepreneurs to grow sustainably.
