วันนี้ (4 มีนาคม 2568) สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ร่วมลงนามความร่วมมือใน “ด้านวิชาการและงานวิจัยเพื่ออุตสาหกรรม” โดยได้รับเกียรติจากนายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และดร.ณัฐวรพล รัชสิริวัชรบุล อธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร (มทร.พระนคร) ซึ่งความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ จะก่อให้เกิดการขยายผลงานวิชาการและงานวิจัยด้านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมไปสู่ภาคเอกชนมากขึ้น เพื่อสนับสนุนให้ภาคเอกชนสามารถแข่งขันได้อย่างเข้มแข็งต่อไป ณ ห้อง Passion (802) ชั้น 8 ส.อ.ท.
นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) กล่าวว่า สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ดำเนินงานตามนโยบาย ONE FTI (One Vision, One Team, One Goal) เพื่อขับเคลื่อนภาคอุตสาหกรรมที่เป็นกำลังสำคัญทางเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ โดยมีเป้าหมายในการเปลี่ยนผ่านจากอุตสาหกรรมดั้งเดิม (First Industries) ไปสู่อุตสาหกรรมใหม่ หรือที่เรียกว่า Next-Gen Industries ที่สามารถตอบสนองต่อความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นในปัจจุบัน
“ผมมีความยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้ร่วมมือกับมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร โดย ส.อ.ท. จะนำจุดแข็งในการเป็นแหล่งรวมของภาคอุตสาหกรรม ซึ่งปัจจุบันมีมากกว่า 16,000 ราย ครอบคลุม 47 กลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม และ 77 จังหวัดทั่วประเทศ มาทำงานร่วมกับมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ในการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ประกอบการ เพื่อเปลี่ยนผ่านจากอุตสาหกรรมเดิม (First Industries) ไปสู่อุตสาหกรรมใหม่ (Next-Gen Industries) ในด้านการร่วมวิจัยพัฒนาและถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ การพัฒนากำลังคนทั้งการศึกษาตามหลักสูตรปกติและการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต เพื่อให้อุตสาหกรรมไทยสามารถแข่งขันได้อย่างยั่งยืนและเกิดการกระจายรายได้อย่างทั่วถึง เป็นธรรมต่อไป” นายเกรียงไกร กล่าวเสริม
ด้านดร.ณัฐวรพล รัชสิริวัชรบุล อธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร กล่าวว่า มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร เป็นสถาบันอุดมการศึกษาด้านวิชาชีพและเทคโนโลยี มีพันธกิจในการผลิตและพัฒนากำลังคนให้พร้อมเป็น “นวัตกรบูรณาการ” ที่มีความรอบรู้ และรับมือกับความท้าทายได้อย่างรวดเร็ว บริการวิชาการต่อยอดอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมาย เพื่อยกระดับการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน อันสอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ของมหาวิทยาลัย “ราชมงคลพระนคร” มหาวิทยาลัยแห่งเทคโนโลยี นวัตกรรม และการบูรณาการ ซึ่งมหาวิทยาลัยพร้อมให้การสนับสนุนและร่วมมือกับสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ในด้านวิชาการและการวิจัยเพื่ออุตสาหกรรม เพื่อสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมให้ภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทยสามารถเติบโตได้อย่างยั่งยืน
“การลงนามในข้อตกลงฉบับนี้ จะเป็นกลไกและหมุดหมายที่สำคัญในการสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างภาคการศึกษาและภาคเอกชน ซึ่งนอกจากจะเป็นประโยชน์อย่างมากต่อการพัฒนาและเพิ่มศักยภาพทางการแข่งขันของอุตสาหกรรมไทยแล้ว ยังเป็นผลดีอย่างมากต่อการศึกษาของเยาวชนในการเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดี เพื่อนำไปสู่การต่อยอด สร้างสรรค์ธุรกิจที่ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของตลาดต่อไป” ดร.ณัฐวรพล กล่าวเสริม
นายวิวรรธน์ เหมมณฑารพ รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสถาบันนวัตกรรมเพื่ออุตสาหกรรม กล่าวว่า ความร่วมมือ “ด้านวิชาการและงานวิจัยเพื่ออุตสาหกรรม” ระหว่างสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทยและมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร มีวัตถุประสงค์สำคัญเพื่อร่วมกันพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ประกอบการภาคอุตสาหกรรม สู่ Next-Gen Industries รวมไปถึงธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับห่วงโซ่อุปทานด้วยงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรม รวมทั้งเพื่อประสานความร่วมมือทางด้านวิชาการ ส่งเสริม และพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน การฝึกอบรม รวมไปถึงการพัฒนาทักษะทางวิชาชีพและกิจกรรมอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องในภาคอุตสาหกรรม
“ส.อ.ท. คาดหวังว่าความร่วมมือระหว่าง 2 หน่วยงานในครั้งนี้ จะก่อให้เกิดการขยายผลงานวิชาการและงานวิจัยด้านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมไปสู่ภาคเอกชนมากขึ้น เพื่อสนับสนุนให้ภาคเอกชนสามารถแข่งขันได้อย่างเข้มแข็งต่อไป” นายวิวรรธน์ กล่าวเสริม

Today (March 4, 2025), the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon signed a cooperation agreement on “Academic and Research Activities for Industry,” with the honor of Mr. Kriangkrai Thiennukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), and Dr. Nathavorn Ratchsirivacharabul, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP). This cooperation is expected to enhance academic and research work in technology and innovation for the private sector, thereby supporting the private sector to remain competitive. The signing took place at the Passion Room (802), 8th Floor, FTI.
Mr. Kriangkrai Thiennukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), stated that the FTI operates according to the ONE FTI policy (One Vision, One Team, One Goal) to drive the industrial sector, which is a key economic force of the country. The objective is to transition from traditional industries (First Industries) to new industries, known as Next-Gen Industries, that can respond to current changes.
“I am very pleased to collaborate with Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The FTI will bring its strengths as a hub for the industrial sector, which currently comprises over 16,000 firms across 47 industrial groups and 77 provinces nationwide, to work with Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in developing the capabilities of entrepreneurs to transition from traditional industries (First Industries) to new industries (Next-Gen Industries) through collaborative research and development, knowledge transfer, and human resource development for both formal education and lifelong learning, so that Thai industries can compete sustainably and achieve equitable income distribution,” Mr. Kriangkrai added.
Dr. Nathavorn Ratchsirivacharabul, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, stated that Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon is an institution of higher education focusing on vocational and technology fields, with a mission to produce and develop human resources ready to become integrated innovators who are knowledgeable and can quickly respond to challenges. The university aims to provide academic services that enhance targeted industries to elevate sustainable development, in line with the university's vision of being “Rajamangala Phra Nakhon,” a university of technology, innovation, and integration, and is ready to support and collaborate with the Federation of Thai Industries in academic and research activities for industry to bolster the sustainable growth of the Thai industrial sector.
“The signing of this agreement will serve as a vital mechanism and milestone in creating collaboration between the education sector and the private sector. This will not only significantly benefit the development and enhancement of the competitive capabilities of Thai industries but will also greatly benefit the education of youth by providing valuable experiences leading to business innovations that meet market demands,” Dr. Nathavorn added.
Mr. Wiwat Hemmantharop, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and Chairman of the Innovation Institute for Industry, stated that the cooperation on “Academic and Research Activities for Industry” between the Federation of Thai Industries and Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon aims to jointly develop the capabilities of industrial operators towards Next-Gen Industries, including businesses related to the supply chain through research and innovation, as well as to coordinate academic collaboration to promote and enhance teaching and training, as well as develop vocational skills and other related activities in the industrial sector.
“The FTI expects that this collaboration between the two organizations will lead to an expansion of academic and research work in technology and innovation to the private sector, thereby supporting the private sector to compete more strongly,” Mr. Wiwat added.
