เมื่อวันที่ 11 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 ดร.สัมพันธ์ ศิลปนาฎ รองประธานสายงาน FTI Academy ผู้แทนสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ร่วมบรรยายในหัวข้อ "การพัฒนาทักษะแรงงานเพื่อขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาในพื้นที่ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจพิเศษ 4 ภาค" ซึ่งจัดโดยกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ณ โรงแรมเดอะพาลาสโซ ถนนรัชดาภิเษก กรุงเทพฯ
สัมมนาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในการพัฒนาแรงงานในอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมายของพื้นที่เศรษฐกิจพิเศษ 4 ภาค ภายใต้โมเดลเศรษฐกิจ BCG (Bio-Circular-Green Economy) เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายยุทธศาสตร์ชาติและการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals - SDGs)
ภายในงานมีผู้เข้าร่วมกว่า 76 คน จากภาคเหนือ ภาคใต้ ภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันตก และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการบรรยายจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชนที่เกี่ยวข้อง อาทิ สำนักงานสภาพัฒนาการเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ (สศช.), สภาหอการค้าแห่งประเทศไทย และกองพัฒนาผู้ฝึกและเทคโนโลยีการฝึก ที่มาร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางพัฒนาทักษะแรงงานให้สอดรับกับการเติบโตของเศรษฐกิจพิเศษในอนาคต
On February 11, 2025, Dr. Samphan Silapanad, Vice Chairman of the FTI Academy, representing the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), delivered a lecture on "Developing Workforce Skills to Drive Development in the Special Economic Corridor of Four Regions," organized by the Department of Skill Development at The Palazzo Hotel, Ratchadapisek Road, Bangkok.
The seminar aimed to prepare for workforce development in target industries of the Four Regions Special Economic Area under the BCG (Bio-Circular-Green Economy) economic model to achieve the national strategic goals and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Over 76 participants from the northern, southern, central, western, and northeastern regions attended the event. Additionally, there were presentations from relevant government and private organizations, including the National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDC), the Thai Chamber of Commerce, and the Training Development and Technology Division, which exchanged approaches for skill development to align with the future growth of the special economy.
