On Wednesday, January 22, 2025, Mr. Suchart Janthararakrachat, Vice President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and Chairman of the Labor Committee, organized a special lecture on 'Key Lessons: 10 Essential Points Employers Must Know for Success in the Present Era,' featuring Mr. Paiboon Thammasathitman as the speaker and Mr. Theera Thanakarnjanasut, Deputy Secretary-General of FTI Labor, as the moderator, held at Passion Meeting Room (802), 8th floor of FTI, and via ZOOM Meeting.

This special lecture was part of the 2024 Industrial Wage Survey project that provided benefits to FTI members. Approximately 100 participants attended the lecture, including members of the Labor Committee, FTI board members, and FTI members.
