ระหว่างวันที่ 16-17 มกราคม 2568 สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) นำโดยนายอภิชิต ประสพรัตน์ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และ ประธานสถาบันวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต (SMI) พร้อมคณะกรรมการสถาบัน SMI คณะกรรมการสายงานสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด และสภาอุตสาหกรรมภาคเหนือ จัดการประชุม เพื่อระดมความคิดเห็นในการจัดทำแผนส่งเสริมภาคอุตสาหกรรมและ SMEs ในพื้นที่ภาคเหนือ ณ โรงแรมเทวราช จังหวัดน่าน
ทั้งนี้ แผนส่งเสริมภาคอุตสาหกรรมและ SMEs ในพื้นที่ภาคเหนือ จะยึดแนวทางการดำเนินงานผ่าน 4GO ซึ่งประกอบด้วย
1. Go Digital & AI ส่งเสริมการนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) มาประยุกต์ใช้ในกระบวนการผลิตและการบริหารจัดการ
2. Go Innovation สนับสนุนการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมและผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน
3. Go Green ส่งเสริมการผลิตที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม และการใช้พลังงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
4. Go Global สนับสนุนให้ SMEs ขยายตลาดสู่ต่างประเทศ
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีแผนที่จะสนับสนุนช่องทางและโอกาสในการเข้าถึงแหล่งเงินทุนให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการ ในการนี้ ยังมีประเด็นเสริมด้านปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อภาคอุตสาหกรรม เช่น มาตรการเยียวยาจากผลกระทบการขึ้นค่าแรงและ ผลกระทบจากสินค้าจีนและมาตรการเร่งด่วนเพื่อบรรเทาผลกระทบและแก้ไขปัญหา
นายอภิชิต กล่าวว่า “ภาคเหนือ มีศักยภาพสูงในการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมและ SMEs ดังนั้น การนำนโยบาย 4GO มาประยุกต์ใช้ จะช่วยให้ผู้ประกอบการสามารถปรับตัวและแข่งขันในตลาดโลกได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น”
ผลการประชุมครั้งนี้ จะนำไปสู่การจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการที่เป็นรูปธรรม เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาภาคอุตสาหกรรมและ SMEs ต่อไป
From January 16-17, 2025, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), led by Mr. Apichit Prasoprat, FTI Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Small and Medium Enterprises Institute in Manufacturing (SMI), along with the SMI Institute Committee, the provincial industry council committees, and the Northern Region Industry Council, organized a meeting to gather opinions on the development plan to promote the industrial sector and SMEs in the northern region at the Tewarat Hotel, Nan Province.
This promotion plan for the industrial sector and SMEs in the northern region will follow the operational guidelines of 4GO, which consists of
1. Go Digital & AI: Promoting the application of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in production processes and management.
2. Go Innovation: Supporting the creation of innovations and new products to enhance competitiveness.
3. Go Green: Promoting environmentally friendly production and effective energy usage.
4. Go Global: Supporting SMEs in expanding their markets internationally.
Additionally, there are plans to support access to funding sources for entrepreneurs. This meeting also discussed factors impacting the industrial sector, such as mitigation measures against the effects of wage increases, the impact of Chinese goods, and urgent actions to alleviate impacts and resolve issues.
Mr. Apichit stated, “The northern region has great potential for industrial and SME development; therefore, applying the 4GO policy will enable entrepreneurs to adapt and compete more effectively in the global market.”
The results of this meeting will lead to the development of a concrete action plan to drive the advancement of the industrial sector and SMEs henceforth.
