วันที่ 10 มกราคม 2568 นายเกรียงไกร เธียรนุกุล ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) พร้อมด้วยนายชาติชาย พานิชชีวะ นายอรินทร์ จิรา นายอสิ ตัณสถิตย์ รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. และ ดร.วิบูลย์ รักสาสน์เจริญผล กรรมการบริหาร ส.อ.ท. ร่วมให้การต้อนรับและหารือนางเอวา กริสตีนา กูวายา-ซันโทปูโลส (H.E. Ms. Eeva Kristiina Kuvaja-Xanthopoulos) เอกอัครราชทูตสาธารณรัฐฟินแลนด์ประจำประเทศไทย เนื่องในโอกาสเข้ารับตำแหน่งใหม่ ณ ห้องมงคลสุธี ส.อ.ท.
ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้มีการหารือถึงแนวทางความร่วมมือด้านการค้า การลงทุนระหว่างกัน ตลอดจนความร่วมมือด้านการศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์และการวิจัย นวัตกรรม การเปลี่ยนผ่านดิจิทัล และการเปลี่ยนผ่านสีเขียว ทั้งนี้ ส.อ.ท. ได้เรียนเชิญสถานเอกอัครราชทูตเข้าร่วมงาน FTI Expo 2025 ซึ่งมีกำหนดจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 12-15 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 ณ ศูนย์ประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์ อีกด้วย
On January 10, 2025, Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), along with Mr. Chatchai Panichchivarak, Mr. Arin Jira, Mr. Asi Tannasathit, Vice Chairmen of the FTI, and Dr. Wiboon Raksasan-Jaroenphol, FTI Executive Committee Member, welcomed and held discussions with H.E. Ms. Eeva Kristiina Kuvaja-Xanthopoulos, Ambassador of the Republic of Finland to Thailand, on the occasion of her new appointment at the Mongkolsuthee Room, FTI.
Both parties discussed avenues for cooperation in trade, investment, education, science and research, innovation, digital transition, and green transition. Additionally, the FTI invited the Embassy to participate in the FTI Expo 2025, scheduled to take place from February 12-15, 2025, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
