During this period, Mr. Kriangkrai Theeranukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), alongside Mr. Chatchai Panichcheewa, Vice Chairman of FTI and Chairman of the Trade and Investment Committee, participated in the 25th Meeting of the Japan-Thailand Joint Trade and Economic Committee. The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Sanan Angubolkul, Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Federation of Thai Chambers of Commerce, who co-officiated the opening with Mr. Ishii Keita.

The event was also honored by the presence of Ms. Prangthip Kanjanahatthakij, Ambassador to Japan, who attended to officiate the opening at the Keidanren office in Tokyo, Japan.

During the meeting, significant business information was exchanged between both parties, such as economic, trade, and investment data between Thailand and Japan, foreign policy and relevant cooperation frameworks, changes in the global Supply Chain, and industrial sustainability. The session featured speakers from the Thai side, including Dr. Phacharapoj Nantaramat from the Thai Bankers Association, Mr. Kraisint Wongsurakrai, Deputy Secretary-General of the Federation of Thai Chambers of Commerce, and Dr. Suwanit Boonyasuwat from the FTI's BCG working group, who provided information and recommendations to the Japanese side.

The Keidanren organization is a representative body of the business and industrial sector of Japan, established in 1946 to promote economic development and foster relationships between the government and private sectors in Japan. It has continuously cooperated with the JPCS, holding joint meetings each year to update economic and trade information.
