เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 8 กรกฎาคม 2567 นายถาวร ชลัษเฐียร รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และประธานสถาบันเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถมนุษย์ ร่วมเสวนาในหัวข้อ “เมื่อ Skill สำคัญกว่าใบปริญญา การพัฒนาคนต้องเปลี่ยนไป” ภายในงาน “Learn to Earn in Digital World through E-Workforce Ecosystem Platform” โดยได้เสนอมุมมองในการพัฒนาทักษะและสมรรถนะของคนในโลกยุคปัจจุบันที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว ว่าการพัฒนาคนให้ได้รับการรับรองทักษะและสมรรถนะในอาชีพนั้น เป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่ต้องเร่งพัฒนา ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้ทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง ซึ่งมองว่าพื้นที่เขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก หรือ EEC จะสามารถเป็นโมเดลต้นแบบได้ ณ ห้องประชุมนภาลัย เอ บี ซี โรงแรมดุสิตธานี พัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี จัดโดยสถาบันคุณวุฒิวิชาชีพ (องค์การมหาชน)
งานสัมมนา “Learn to Earn in Digital World through E-Workforce Ecosystem Platform” จัดขึ้นเพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถให้การแข่งขันของประเทศให้คนไทยได้มีทักษะความสามารถ เพิ่มขึ้นจากการทำงานและการฝึกอบรมให้ทุกคนทุกช่วงวัยมีทักษะ ความรู้ความสามารถ สามารถพัฒนาตนเอง แสวงหาความรู้และเรียนรู้ได้อย่างต่อเนื่องตลอดชีวิต (Life Long Leamning)
ภายในงานได้มีการแนะนำแพลตฟอร์ม E-Workforce Ecosystem Platform (EWE) ซึ่งเป็นแพลตฟอร์มอัจฉริยะเพื่อเชื่อมโยงข้อมูล ด้านกำลังคนของประเทศจากแต่ละหน่วยงานให้เป็นฐานข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ (Big Data) อยู่บนโครงสร้างเดียวกัน สามารถเก็บประวัติข้อมูล ด้านการศึกษา ผลงาน ประสบการณ์ทำงาน ประวัติการฝึกอบรมต่าง ๆ ผ่านระบบแฟ้มสะสมงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-portfolio) และสามารถเข้าใช้งานระบบย่อยอื่น ๆ เช่น ระบบสั่งสมสมรรถนะการเรียนรู้ (Competency Credits Bank) ระบบให้คูปองเพื่อพัฒนาคนทำงาน (E-Coupon)
On Monday, July 8, 2024, Mr. Taworn Chollatthiarn, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and President of the Human Capability Enhancement Institute, participated in a discussion on the topic “When Skills Matter More Than Degrees: The Transformation of Human Development” at the event “Learn to Earn in Digital World through E-Workforce Ecosystem Platform.” He shared insights on the development of skills and competencies in today's rapidly changing world, emphasizing that it is crucial to expedite the recognition of skills and competencies in professions to keep pace with transformations. He views the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) as a potential model for this development. The event took place in the Napalai A B C Conference Room at the Dusit Thani Hotel, Pattaya, Chonburi Province, organized by the Professional Qualification Institute (Public Organization).
The seminar “Learn to Earn in Digital World through E-Workforce Ecosystem Platform” was organized to enhance the country's competitive capabilities by equipping Thai citizens with increased skills and competencies through work and training. This initiative aims to ensure that individuals across all age groups possess the skills, knowledge, and abilities necessary for self-development and continuous learning throughout their lives (Life Long Learning).
During the event, the E-Workforce Ecosystem Platform (EWE) was introduced. This intelligent platform aims to link workforce data from various agencies to a centralized large database (Big Data), maintaining a unified structure. It is capable of storing educational history, accomplishments, work experiences, training records, and more via an electronic portfolio (E-portfolio). Additionally, users can access other subsystems such as the Competency Credits Bank and the E-Coupon system for workforce development.
